The deal they wouldn't honor !

Manager called me ... made the issue right. He said it wasn't acceptable to deny a special when it's clearly a franchise wide special. He said it would be discussing it with the employee.. and said they have a lot of new employees and hopefully that was the issue. Love the food here, always have, and the immediate address of the issue I give 5 stars all day long.

So I give this location 4 stars because the two times I've been there my sandwich has not been ready the time that I requested it to be ready, so I sat for a few minutes in their lobby . once the sandwich is actually made, it's pretty good, especially with a few things I added at home..the staff are nice..

I needed dinner and I needed it fast. I came in at 8pm and the awesome crew greeted me coming through the door. I placed my order and I watched the ninjas making a load of sandwiches for the drive through. My #11 was done freaky fast and it was delicious! Thank you JJ's!

The "Big John" combo, $16 dollars. Seriously? I don't need to say much more

My $16 combo? This is the 'big John'. What a scam. Disgusting and soggy. This is such a pathetic sandwich

Most expensive lettuce sandwich I've every had. Was expecting what I'd had two months ago from this same location. So disappointed that my 'Unwhich' was not only wrapped in lettuce, but mostly filled ONLY with it. One thin slice of turkey and two small slices of cold bacon. One tiny slice of tomato, made it almost insulting. For $11.50 ( with tax) absolutely not worth it. Do I try it again and hope for my first experience? I'll have to think twice.

As this place just opened, I was prepared to have the maximum level of patience for the new employees. I guess I am starting to get lazy in my middle age, so I went through the drive thru. I went around 6:30 p.m. and it wasn't to busy. Getting in to the parking lot is kind of treacherous when entering from Martin Ave, but I made it in. Right now there appears to be a lot of employees. I sure after this grand opening week the amount of employees will decrease a bit because I don't anticipate it being as busy as it was for the first couple of days. It only took 8 minutes from order to delivery. They really were moving fast that night. I did like though that they had an outdoor eating area which might be nice in the spring months coming up, possibly if it's not raining but it is Washington sooooooooo ya know. Only problem with the outdoor eating area is that you have to cross the drive thru road in order to get to the patio and if cars are exiting the drive thru at a great speed or the driver isn't paying attention, pedestrians might get hit. Now for the sandwich, I ordered the large veggie. They have the small one and the large one. Honestly, it was nothing special. The bread was just a plain ole white roll and for a "veggie" sandwich, it really doesn't have a lot of vegetables on it. A few cucumbers, about 3 slices of tomato, several globs of mayonnaise, and an overabundance of layers of cheese. The menu notes avocado spread, but I did not get any on my sandwich. I also had a hard time eating the sandwich as the cucumbers and tomatoes make the sandwich so moist that the cheese slides out the back every time you take a bite. Also, for some reason my stomach didn't feel right after consuming the sandwich. I was glad to support a newly opened business but probably won't be back as I can get a more flavorful sandwich from Subway or maybe even Quiznos. This sandwich was overall bland. They do deliver though just in case you don't have time to get something on lunch.

Finally! Be scared Meconi's! You aren't the only Italian hero in town anymore! It is true that parking is limited and access to/from the store is precarious; it's also true that the freaky fast delivery is harder to replicate here in Lacey than in Seattle, BUT the sandwiches are soooooo GOOD! I ordered #9, the Italian hero, thru the drive thru and it was ready within a few minutes (like less than 2 minutes); and the place was humming inside during a high noon lunch rush. The bread has a crusty outer shell yet it is still soft & chewable. The lettuce was fresh & chilled. The cold cuts were chilled and delicious. Each bite begged for yet another. Sorry Meconi, you just let yourself go, I've chosen another Italian love!

    Slim 3 on french bread.

Ordered a Slim 3 on French bread with Cheese. I got home and opened the sandwich to see this. The other sandwich I ordered had the same quantity of tuna. The person I got the sandwich for was a previous worker of the company (in a different state) and they reported that this was not the right quantity. It was not during a busy time of day. The cashier who took my order was nice and pleasant.

I wondered if now that they've been open awhile they are now serving smaller tenders? The chicken - I have dined here 7-8 times since it opened. With the exception of my most recent visit for dinner on 7/10/26, the tenders were big, well-seasoned, juicy and crispy. I was disappointed on the last visit. The tenders were much smaller, were overcooked, and dry. I hope this was a one-off, because I would hate to see the food quality go downhill. The fries - the hand-cut, perfectly cooked and seasoned fries are amazing. The servings are huge, and the fries are hot & crispy. They serve the best fries I've tasted. The condiments - I love the condiment bar! They offer a wide variety of sweet, savory, spicy dipping sauces which you pump into serving cups and come back for more! The fountain beverages are also self-serve with free refills. The custard - I've only ordered the custard once. We took it home and it was very good. You won't be disappointed. However, right across the parking lot is Humble Cow ice cream and, given the choice, I definitely prefer Humble Cow. Service - the service is always efficient and friendly. I like that they bring the food to your table as soon as it's ready, so it's always fresh & hot. Atmosphere - the restaurant and tables have been clean on every visit. They have some TVs for watching games. The high ceilings make it overly loud and the air conditioner makes it so cold you'll want to have a sweater handy. The photo of tenders was from an earlier visit. They were much smaller on the latest visit.

Then I saw their TikTok last night, and let me tell you, that video had me craving it instantly. The scrumptiousness was living rent free in my brain all night, so today my son and I had to stop in and see what the hype was about. We ordered the Sour Diesel, the Fire, and the Afgoo, all on their toasted jalapeño cheese bread. First of all, the female employee who helped us was so friendly and welcoming. We do not eat out much, so we were genuinely excited and maybe a little impatient to try them. When they handed us the sandwiches, I immediately noticed how heavy they were. And the smell in the car on the way home, oh my goodness. Pure torture waiting to unwrap them. Then we got home and opened them up, and I was honestly shocked in the best way. There was actually a MEAL on that bread. Not one of those sad sandwiches that's 80 percent lettuce and air. These were loaded. My teenage son even commented on how good his was, and trust me, teen approval is not handed out lightly. The portions were generous, the flavors were bold, and each sandwich was totally unique and delicious. I can confidently say I have found a new favorite sub spot. Total hidden gem if you love a good sandwich that actually fills you up and tastes incredible. I did not grab a shake this time because it was freezing outside, but after seeing all the flavor options on the menu, I will absolutely be trying one next visit. Highly recommend in every aspect. Well, it all started when we began our semi-annual trek to Del Taco in order to achieve our quest of tacos, burritos, and most importantly -- inferno sauce. It was quite the drive to get there as we crossed city boundaries several times. Our journey began in Olympia, then Lacey, then Olympia, then Lacey. It was a lovely trip, enjoying a cool breezy July day as we drove to the only Del Taco within 30-miles. As we arrived, we were greeted quickly as we were fully supported in placing our order. Only a short while later, we received our food along with a pirate's bounty of Inferno Sauce as we trekked back -- beginning in Lacey, then Olympia, then Lacey, then Olympia. Arriving home, a fine glass of Japanese Whiskey was poured as the perfect accompaniment to the food. For me, 2 Value Tacos and 2 Value Burritos -- a truly invaluable value meal. The folds of the burrito tortilla were gently opened as I surgically placed the first taco in, and used 3 Inferno Sauces. 1 within the taco and 2 in the beans of the burrito. I took a bite... magnificent. Another bite. Beautiful. A sip of whiskey. Another bite, and the inferno sauce's spice began to mix with the whiskey spices. I will let you decide where this journey goes from here, but what I can say is... 5/5 almost as good as Del Taco.

I usually order curbside pickup, and they have about six designated spots, which is honestly more than a lot of other locations I've been to. The curbside service has been pretty solid overall. Employees usually bring out my order quickly, and everything has been accurate so far. I especially love that they actually include the exact number of condiments I request in the app--sauces are non-negotiable for me when it comes to chicky nuggets. From the brief interactions I've had, staff seem friendly enough, and the food is typically hot, fresh, and about as good as you can expect from fast food. My main issue is with their late-night reliability. This location advertises being open 24 hours, but that wasn't the case during our recent visit around midnight today. My husband and I had placed a mobile order, only to arrive and find all McDonald's entrances blocked off with cones and no signage explaining what was going on. We ended up asking someone in a visibility vest, who told us to try walking up to the drive-thru. So we parked in the general plaza parking, and literally walked behind cars in the drive-thru lane, which already felt awkward and strange. It looked like they might have planned some kind of construction(?) work, but there was no clear indication--just one worker we spoke to and another using a leaf blower. When we finally spoke to a cashier, they said they couldn't view or fulfill any orders, without giving a clear explanation. When we mentioned we already paid through the mobile app, we were told to request a refund through the app, which we did end up receiving hours later, but it was still frustrating in the moment since we were hungry, had already spent our remaining funds for the night for McDonald's, and couldn't go elsewhere because everything was closing. As we were leaving, I noticed a worker placing what looked like stencil frames on the ground, possibly to repaint their faded markings for their drive thru directional arrows on the ground. If that was the case, it would've been nice to have some kind of notice ahead of time. Aside from that experience, my visits during the day have been consistently decent. Just probably won't risk coming here late at night again.

Of which, there was no one around. In comes Jordan to save the day. From the busy drive through, Jordan hurried over to take care of who he could. Unfortunately he still had cars to take care of so it was short lived. I ordered on the kiosk at 12:19, had to wait in line at the cashier, and again for my food which came out at 12:35. From arriving at the location to leaving, we spent 35 minutes to get our food. This location appears to always be understaffed. You are very lucky if you get your order correct and not someone else's order entirely. Aside from Jordan, this stop was not a positive one.
