    Large Fries

First time at five guys! First impression, Walking in I was greeted with smiles and laughs from the guys and gal behind the counter. I sat back to see what all is on the menu letting seasoned goers pass me. Glancing across the board my wallet started crying... $8 for a large fry. $13 for a bacon cheeseburger. I approached the gal at the counter and she started off with a bit of an attitude but I smiled and told her my order. A chocolate shake with a. Cheeseburger and large fry. She asked what all I want on the burger. Uhhh what do you mean ma'am? She then repeated herself to which I answered I've never been here... I then got the run down on how the ordering system and things work there. The total for my portion of the food was just shy of $32 Food & quality I got my shake 5 minutes before my food. I did not get the whipped cream on top like ordered but not a hill I would die on. The music was pretty loud and I looked for a spot that didn't have a speaker right above me but they were everything. THE FOOD over all was decent. The fries reminded me of dicks the shake was a malt... very good. The burger was ok the meat was not seasoned it seemed but definitely greasy!!! On top of my burger and cup of fries was the rest of the basket of fries they cooked up. I took home 3 cups of fries just from the bag.

Friendly staff and good food! Fries are a bit over salted I got two burgers one with everything & one plain just cheese, and a regular fry Reason for 4 stars, $40 for fast food a little bit of fast food is insane

Came here today to celebrate my daughters birthday. Ordered 5 REGULAR burgers, 5 fries and drinks. 3 of the burgers looked like the picture. Remember the old commercial "Where's the beef?" That's what this was! I took the burgers back up to the counter and talked to a rude blonde haired girl with tattoos and glasses (description because I didn't see her name tag). I kindly told her we ordered all regular burgers and these seem to be "littles". She snapped back at me and asked if I ordered 2 patties with each one, I told her no, we all wanted one patty. She said well if you wanted a regular you had to order 2 patties. Those are correct she tells me. Ok fine.... but I'm feeding teens here and these "burgers" are far from the other 2 we received!!! We have been here many times and never had such rude service. Cashier was great, but he did ask each of us who ordered a regular burger "would you like 1 patty or 2?" I thought maybe they changed things up. If our only option for a regular burger is 2 why ask if we want 1 or 2? And why were 2 of our burgers nice and big and filled the bun and 3 were a joke? If today was their standard of customer service we will not be back. The blonde girl wanted nothing to do with making our order right and her attitude completely ruined our lunch celebration. And for that I thank you for 5 disappointed guests, including the birthday girl.

When will we learn? We spent $53.00 on 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 2 shakes and 1 fry at Five Guys. Then to top it off my burger that was ordered w grilled onions, mushrooms and bacon had tiny specs of shrooms and onions, and zero bacon. To the managers credit he is giving us free burgers in the future.

It's about what I saw. This truck charges extra for lengua and certain other meat items that are higher on the "cost" side so they compensate by adding a charge. In this case the burrito itself was $15.39(or something close). The total that I was given was $19.17 with the extra charge. I saw that I had exactly $20 in cash. I just said to put the change in the tip jar. There was nothing in the tip jar. So I was taken aback to see the lady working put what looked like $4 in singles into the tip jar. My change was .83. Just an observation. On a final note, this truck is now charging .50 and .99 for salsa cups(depending on size). My burrito came with a bag, no napkins. No salsa. No plasticware. Nothing.

As always the service was excellent but not so much for our meals. I ordered the bean and cheese burrito, wet, and it was about 1/2 the size as normal. We also ordered a cheese enchilada plate and there was hardly any cheese inside the tortillas. The prices have gone up a lot and I get that running a business cost more now but you don't let the quality suffer. I am very sad that our favorite food truck has gone this way.

The food is always freshly made and delicious and on a hot summer day I always crave a good burger from them and a milkshake. If you want a good old fashion burger this is the place to go! A recommendation of mine is the Corndog, they are fried fresh and that's exactly like one you'd get from a fair. I really enjoy this place and recommend it to everyone.

We will never spend our money at this place again. The service was terrible. The prices were extreamly high for everything. We ordered 2 deluxe cheese burgers, a large fry, a small fry and 1 shake: Our bill was $45.07. The burger patty was SOOOO thin, SOOOO hard with a lot of gristle & it did not even seem to be freshly cooked. The lettuce, tomato & bun on the burger was fresh & as was the frys. But the prices they charge here are for a sit down burger & fry meal at a restaurant. They ask you if you want fry sauce & ketchup & how much you want but what they dont tell you is that they are going to charge you for it. I saw the sign on the window so I asked & thank goodness I did ask. They allow 4 ketchup for the large fry & 3 for the small fry for free then they will charge you for the additional packets & fry sauce - if you want 6 small packets of ketchup per fry. I asked if they charge extra for extra napkins and thankfully they didnt!! Maybe thats a charge they will add next time???? Do yourself a favor & spend your money at a sit down restaurant instead of at this drive through where they will nickle & dime you to death & they are not even nice or kind to customers.

The time is now 2:12 and left after the manager(?) claimed a happy hour drink, alone, at 50% off is $11....now being understanding that the young lady was in training who was taking the orders, have not yet felt like disregarded guests or anything of that nature; the wait time wasn't the worst part of that experience. It's wasting 30 minutes for 2 (TWO) D R I N K S...after being extremely patient DESPITE the absurd wait time for 2 items that require quite literally pushing a button to create, the manager or whoever on duty 5/4/26 (posting around 2:20pm after leaving off put by the customer service and empty handed) Wait times happen, People are in training. That is understandable. What isn't is the "upper" management attempting to say one limeade slush is $11 during happy hour......it's not that serious but it is, do better. Stop playing with people's time and money, her dishonestly and apparent ignorance to her job was extremely off putting and this particular business will not receive another dollar from me or my family alike. You should probably practice knowing your prices, customer service and time management if you expect people to hand you money for your job....the experience I just had let me know there is clearly a disconnect between whoever was the "upper management" today and the care they seemingly have to not only avoid wasting customer's time, but also being knowledgeable/honest about pricing.....there is not a single $11 limeade during 50% off happy hour that she could show me so now instead of just "oh they had a bad day" it's moved onto "you're liars and not getting my money" because how difficult would it have been to just be logical in that moment and realize AS MANAGER training a new employee is not an excuse to lie about prices or try to rush people off because YOUR LINE TOOK 20 MINUTES and we are not the only customers who had to leave empty handed. If management hates their job, quit. Just wasted my time, which affects my money; which yes, some of us DO actually care about. Much love and encouragement to the young lady who was in training and doing her best, I can see why we just sat there around 30 minutes and left empty handed because she clearly isn't receiving any help from management.....whatever woman was "in charge" today seriously needs an evaluation. That was the worst experience I've had at ANY Sonic. Hope those $11, "50% off happy hour" singular slushes are coated with real gold because what....0/5 no stars if I could because they couldn't manage to just pour a drink in a cup today.

The meat itself was greyish in areas and had a metallic, salty flavor. The wisp of lettuce was very wilted and brown in spots. The fries were barely lukewarm and in one big, gross, nasty clump. I cannot believe they would serve just a massive clump but they did. And I didn't get a receipt so I can't ask for a refund. Everything just tasted of salt and chemicals.
