I'm a vegetarian. The only burger I could eat at BK was their Impossible burger. A few days ago late at night, I ordered it thru my account with BK.com. I received a regular beef burger with 2 patties and a sauce, which I did not order, in their regular box (not Impossible box). So, I contacted BK thru my account. 2(!) days later BK emailed me back asking for a photo. They did it again 5(!) days later. Who in their right mind keeps a wrong food for 2 or 5 days?! So, BK is not issuing the refund. Why don't they ask for a photo at the same time you contact them, as Uber does?! Great strategy for BK, less refunds will be issued! I closed my account with BK. I work for money, I'm not going to waste them on the food that I cannot eat. And you, guys, need to take responsibility for your wrong order. read more

The food was delicious. It usually is. The whopper with cheese has a great after taste. I'd probably suggest taking some onions out because they do seem to include a generous amount. This is my first time eating inside. I usually go through the drive thru because I'm rushing somewhere. The employees were friendly and attentive to the customers ordering. They have a section to eat on the side which is enough space because only three people came in while I ate my meal. Two people actually sat down. For the little service they get with people eating inside, you'd think they would clean more or that it'd be easy to maintain the cleanliness of the eating area. It was surprisingly difficult to find a clean table. The ambiance is actually inviting with the wall art and pictures but dirty tables everywhere definitely killed part of that vibe. read more

Took a while to order on sat afternoon, around 2pm. Wasnt asked about sizes, so i automaticly got lg, which turned my $10 burger fries and coke into $15.69. Food came quickly and it was good. The flying bug near the soda machine wasnt fun to watch. read more

Used the Drive Thru. Ordered a classic chicken sandwich, and added cheese, tomatoes, and onions, plus extra mayo - and a medium order of onion rings. Cashier at the Drive Thru was wearing a face mask (as was I), I got my order, and pulled over to eat in a nearby parking lot. Literally the most poorly operated fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Every single time I have been there I have had a bad experience. The first time I went I pulled up to the drive thru where a lady told me to hold on just one second. I said okay no problem. 10 minutes later I am still sitting there. I pull up to the window to see what is going on and they are just standing around. I beep my horn to get someone's attention. He comes up to the window and just looks at me. I tell him I have been sitting there for 10 minutes waiting to place my order. He proceeds to take my order and apologizes. Okay that's fine. I get my food and half of the order is missing. I then have to drive all the way back to get the rest of my order and they don't seem to care. The second time, there is a trash can just sitting in the middle of the drive thru lane. I go inside and they say oh, the drive thru is closed. With a trash can? Smart. The third and most recent time I ordered through door dash. I ordered at 12:30 am right when I got home from work, as my only options were there and another place I did not want. An hour later, now 1:30 am, I get a notification saying they couldn't make the order. I try to call the store (it is 24 hours) and the first time someone answered and immediately hung up. A few more times and they let it ring until I get a busy tone. Very very poorly operated. I hope whoever is managing this place is fired as they obviously have no experience being a manager and can't even manage a Burger King. read more

This location is the absolute worst! They need to bring in new management, and the current manager needs to be removed and also go through a lot of training! What I'am upset about is the fact, I had to go pick up a order from door dash. I get there and the lights are lit up at the drive thru. I sit there for a few minutes, saying hello...hello. A car pulls up behind me, so I end up pulling up to the drive thru window, and the lights are out. All you can see is the menu lights. I pull to a parking spot in the front of the store, also notice someone sitting in their car. Looked to me as if it was another door dash driver. I walked to the door, looking for the hours posted, so I could take a picture for door dash, if I needed to send as proof. (That's sad I even have to do that, as some drivers I assume are dishonest.) There wasn't even hours posted. So I just took a picture of the inside, and clearly can see they are closed. This isn't how you run a business. No hours posted, just lock up and close a business. Also can someone help me understand, why do fast food restaurants always leave the drive thru menu lights on? I've never understood that. If your closed then turn the lights out for the love of god! I'am sure you have several people pull up at your drive thru, during the night, and sit there waiting for someone, to come over the speaker. Then to pull up and realize, the store is closed. I'am fairly still new as a, door dash driver, I then have to contact the customer who placed the order through door dash. (She wasn't happy, she told me it had already been a hour, and then she gets a call from me saying they're closed.) (Please know that in the end, when things like this happen, us delivery drivers are the ones, who get fussed out/cussed out when something goes wrong, and it isn't my fault the store was closed!) I don't know what customers go through, trying to get their money back. I then have to contact door dash to let them know, the store is closed. Then I go on the app, and hit can't complete order, and then hit the store is closed. (Door dash isn't taking calls from anyone, so it's frustrating. We have to reach out through messaging.) I also then had to reach out to door dash, to make sure they adjust my pay. So someone enters it manually. We end up driving to the location, from where ever we are, burning out gas, wear and tear on our vehicles. We should get some pay. Door dash gives us half of what the order was going to pay us to originally pick and drop off the order. With all the Technology out there today, why is there not some type of notification that the customer gets first hand saying the store is closed. Then we don't have to go through all this. I sat in that Burger King parking lot for about 45 mins, to almost a hour, from start to finish. Contacting the customer to contacting door dash, to get my half pay. So I ended up having to pause door dash, until all that was resolved, missing other orders, and time and money. After resolving everything. I can unpause and take the next order. I'am the type of door dash driver, that likes to keep moving, and not wasting unnecessary time, with a store being closed. It's just frustrating! So it ended up costing me money in the long run, because of all this. I finished up around 3:30am. I'am able to look back at all my deliveries. I think at one point or another, everyone should be a delivery driver in their life, to see what we go through. We rack up miles on our cars. The wear and tear on our vehicles. Also how much we spend on gas! When I finished it was about 3:30am. At the end of the night, when I look at my pay, and the deliveries. It's very upsetting to see and know that 5 out of my 10 deliveries, didn't tip me at all. Zero! zilch! Us delivery drivers rely on our tips our customers leave. I wish that people knew the situation of drivers, and why we do what we do. We don't get the recognition that we should. I take my job serious. I put my all into what I do. Just very disappointing at the end of the night, 5 people didn't even tip a dollar. I feel if you don't have the money, to tip a driver, then don't order delivery! And If you do have the money, and your just not a person who tips, be a delivery driver for one day, it should change your mind to tip us. You should understand. Sorry for getting of the topic, but it relates to the whole story. Burger King please get it together. Also you should regardless, have your hours posted on the door. I try and remember establishments like this place, who just closes whenever they apparently feel like it, and stay away from taking orders from this Burger King location. read more

Just ordered breakfast...worst $16 I spent. Was the only car in drive-thru when I pulled up and ordered 3 of the same meals. Waited an extremely long time for a popular menu item. Food was warm not hot and fresh, hash browns were hard and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Ended up giving food to the birds and going across the street to McDonalds. read more
