I don't do Burger King often, but for some reason when I take my car to the Fields Lexus (and before when it was Bredemann), I get a craving for a cheese whopper and will stop in here. Nafeesah A. commented in April 2019 about the parking lot and guess what folks, it has not changed. Gotta be careful driving in there. The inside is clean, just dated in appearance. The bathrooms are located outside of the restaurant. The bathrooms are located in between two doors, one from the restaurant side and the other one that leads outside to the parking lot. Kind of strange since most fast food places like to restrict who can use their bathrooms. With these, anyone can walk in through the parking lot and enter. Food is just what is is, although every single time I have to ask for hot fries. No idea why they pre-cook fries that are just going to sit and then try to server them to customers. You need to get new people who actually want to work. I get its fast food but there is a reason why its called that, drive thru lines are all the way around the corner, you go inside and lines are long also. You have this short hispanic woman standing around chewing gum, a guy with glasses just staring at the workers making the sandwiches. People are on their lunches and have little time to order and eat, make these people move a little faster behind the counter. They take forever to take care of you. I go there a lot in hopes things have or will change but it doesn't look like it. Same people all the time working there and do a crappy job. They are friendly here but very disorganized. I have always ordered my whoppers with no bun. It always comes in a box like a normal whopper, just with no bun. Today, I placed that order and when I got to my office, they had put the burger patty in a paper bag, the cheese was in another bag, the pickle/onion/tomato was in yet another bag.... Given me some mayo packets, no ketchup, and then forgot the straw for my drink. The assembly (or lack thereof) of the burger was a bit off putting, my coworkers found it odd but hilarious. They redeemed the free whopper w/ no hastle for doing a survey for my last bad experience at the Skokie location. Last time I was at this location, I believe I got exactly what i ordered too. Hope manager for this location reads this.....Went to burger king for lunch today. Ordered bacon double cheese burger (no cheese) from value menu... they charged me 5 bucks for just the burger. I questioned drive through attendant at window who proceeded to tell me that the one on value menu is a single. That is not true... look up value menu....there is a double. I'm surprised to see that this location doesn't have more positive reviews. I work up the street and frequent this BK quite regularly on my way home from work, and the staff is super quick and always very polite and accommodating. The gentleman who almost always helps me out (Hector I believe... I don't see his name tag often) is beyond professional and always honest with how long my order will take. Definitely an awesome employee, so please pass praise along to him and shoot him a raise! Given the area, customer service can be extremely challenging, and customers can often be unreasonable, but I've witnessed most of the staff members providing excellent service every time! You guys are doing a great job and I don't think I've ever had my order messed up. I also observed a poster in the office (looking through the drive through window) noting the importance of Net Promoter Score, so I know the management is working to deliver great service and it shows. This location is bogus for their parking lot being riddled with potholes some that are inches deep. For where it's situated in Glenview the owner of the restaurant needs to do better. They need to fix the parking lot or be sued by customers for damage to their vehicles. I currently work in Glenview and each time I pass by this place I get the feeling that the owner doesn't care that their parking lot is tore up from the floor up. You would think that a franchise owner would consider investing in remodeling since many franchise owners are giving their restaurants makeovers to stay current. Place is a dive. Parking lot looks like a 3rd world war zone. My wife and I went to try the new "Impossible Burger" that is meatless that's been featured in BK ads. Really mediocre sandwich that tasted like cardboard and not worth the effort or cost. We are semi-vegans, so we were not expecting miracles. Staff was totally indifferent. Best part of the meal was the ketchup. We looked up the ingredients of the Impossible Burger and it's loaded with fat, salt and stuff you want to avoid. We driving down Waukegan Road searching for the elusive Ace Hardware 99 Cent Geranium, when we decided to stop at BK for a fast lunch. Of course, we had a BK two-fer coupon stashed in our car for contingencies like this. As you know, BK used to employ an advertising slogan, "Have it your way." Unfortunately, at this location, it's "Haz lo que quieras." The people there have some allergy against using the English language, and think WASPy Glenview is somewhere south of the Rio Grande. Frankly, having people speaking a foreign language in a business environment in the US is offensive to me. To paraphrase a linguistically challenged Chicago alderman, if you are in the USA, you should not speak Mexican. Anyways, we decided to try their "Chicken Big King" sandwich. I asked them what the "King Sauce" was made out of, and the counter clerk had no clue. The manager told me that it was King Sauce flavored. Real helpful. ¿Si? I tried to explain that I wanted to know if it was a type of mayonnaise, a dressing, or whatever. No comprehendo. NOBODY knew what their sauce was made from. While waiting for them to assemble the sandwich, I noticed that the assembly area right behind the serving counter was messy - not exactly dirty, but loose condiments were sprawled all over the surface of the counter. Not so appetizing. Anyways, they put the sandwich together, but the contents were wrong. We had told them what we wanted on the sandwiches, and they really messed it up. I did not want to wait another ten minutes. After all, doesn't BK brag that they "Hold the pickle, hold the lettuce, special orders don't upset us?" And to add to the goofiness, they charged me 15 cents for a slice of tomato. What is that all about? Here is a fair assessment of this Burger King. Service was OK. Somewhat friendly, though not honed in. Very casual in conversations between employees, but not much beyond the basics for customers. I ordered only the Jalapeno Chicken Fries as a snack while driving through. I guess as a service, he added some regular fries because I had to wait for the chicken, which was actually good and hot! The fries, however, were cold and not very good. It would have been better to just say "Do you mind waiting for some fresh Chicken Fries?" My take on the Chicken Fries was just OK. VERY salty, but not bad flavor. The building is fairly old, and only basically kept up. Moderately clean, but mechanically aging. The door by the very pre-ADA compliant bathrooms made a very loud screech when it scraped on the floor. Glad I don't have hearing aids... read more

This place should be put out of its misery and razed. A friend and I stopped in last night (1/30/13) at around 8 PM for some ice cream and were the only customers inside. We waited for two or three minutes at the register while several people walked by, one in particular an older woman who slowly shuffled by. Nobody even acknowledged our presence. Thus, we walked out. This isn't the first Burger King where I've experienced this. There was another occasion a few months ago where there was an incredibly friendly employee who reached into her pocket to add the dime to my bill so that I wouldn't be stuck with a pocketful of change. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Hector. He offered me a replacement. When my hubby went back the next week, not only did Hector remember....but he replaced the entire order, not just my chicken fries. We usually go to Taco Bell or McDonald's. Husband drove to this BK location to get dinner for the family. They forgot to pack a whopper that was ordered and paid for. When husband got home we noticed the missing sandwich therefore one person was out of luck for lunch. We called this location and was told the sandwich was there that they forgot to pack it in our bag that they gave us. We asked if they could drive it to us since it was THEIR MISTAKE. Just ordered a Texas whopper and Crisp chicken and was asked if I want jalapeño. I said yes then I asked them not to put jalapeño on my the whopper. Turned out they didn't put the jalapeño at all on both. Paid $.50 for nothing. The general manager was present and she personally told the guy making the sandwiches about my change of mind. Guy or gal didn't get it apparently. The other worker I asked first was rude. We ordered about $10 worth of food through the drive through. When we got home, my husband was halfway through his whopper and found a grease pencil in the sandwich. He called the store - they said they could not refund him - he would have to come into the store the next day to talk to the manager, which was not going to happen. Associate took name and number and we asked that they call us. Never heard from them. After several calls through corporate customer service, and after 2 weeks, the manager of the store called and offered a $10 gift card -said he would mail it, after he ask that we text pictures. Another week and half go by and nothing. Called corporate again - manager calls again said he would mail the $10 gift card. So after all this work -calls, follow up - we may get our $10 back.
