The cheeseburger itself isn't very big, but I think the perfect size. And for those super hungry or a bottomless pit like my 13 year old son they have the option of a double cheeseburger. And if you're looking to go a little healthier you can get your single (or double) cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. It's upsetting when you get a place in the suburbs and you have expectations based on what you had in the city. Then you go to the suburban location and you feel kind of taken advantage of. As though you somehow didn't know what to expect because you lived a few miles north. Like there maybe was a presumption you hadn't been to the real deal and the name would just be enough. This McDonald's always provides good food, friendly service, and a beautiful dining space with great seasonal decorations, and is in a location that is near to several stores and parks that I love to visit in Winnetka.
