The food was not what I asked for and I had to order online since there was a long line and somehow they'd missed the list of my order on a big tv. Either they did it on purpose or they need a bigger tv. They didn't even care when I asked for no onions they just put in the onions, and this is dangerous for anyone that has severe allergies and It can just put a hole in your wallet and make you go the hospital. DO NOT EAT HERE. I've never been so sick in all of my life. I got food poisoning after I ordered from this place and it was a nightmare! I shudder at the thought of what could have caused me to become so violently ill. I vomited so hard and then dry heaved FOR HOURS AND HOURS. We forgot to take anything out of the freezer and we're broke, so we decided to take a chance on bogo Whoppers. I know there is not much to mess up, but sadly they managed to on every previous occasion to my recollection. Not this time. The lettuce was properly broken down, the tomatoes and even the onions were of good quality and sliced properly. The meat was fresh and didn't taste like burnt grease or stainless steel cleaner. Went to get an Italian original chicken sandwich, the person taking orders at the drive through told me that they were discontinued. Signage pasted all over the store advertising them, still showing advertising in the media. I asked a second time and was told they were definitely discontinued. This store continues to provide inferior quality and service. Consistently fails to get orders correct, is very slow, dirty in and out and staff have poor hygiene especially when it comes to food handling. If you want fast food just go elsewhere, this place is definitely not worth the time or money. read more

We were the only ones at the counter and were ignored for quite a while. BOTH drink machines has NO ICE and the pop was room temperature. I mentioned it to an employee an they said, "We know." This Burger King has just been remodeled. It looks great on the outside and inside. The employees are friendly and willing to help you in every way. The variety of new items including burgers and chicken is a great addition when feeding a family. The price point is good for the average family. The coupons are especially value if you are on a tight budget. The app is also great, many daily values. read more

Terrible, terrible food! We ordered whoppers with cheese and chicken sandwich meals. The sandwiches were hard and stale! The bun and meat were clearly old and flattened, had very few low quality toppings (one was missing lettuce and onion completely)... except the cheese. There was so much cheese on them that it killed the taste of the sandwich. The cheese had clearly been thrown on as an afterthought because it had barely melted and there were 5 or 6 pieces thrown on. The fries and onion rings were also cold and stale. Avoid this place at all costs! I live in the area so I know. I stopped going there a couple of years ago after a couple of bad experiences. Generally, I get parked then am lucky if my order is correct. I finally tried them again yesterday, wish I hadn't. Even though it was late and they weren't busy, I was parked. I ordered two sandwiches, a Whopper and a spicy chicken sandwich, not a complicated order. I was parked because the chicken wasn't ready. Big surprise! I sat in full view of the counter for 22 minutes before going inside to see what the deal was. Mind you, I had surgery on my arm days before so my arm is in a cast set in a sling. An employee told me that someone else came in and claimed my order. I asked how that could have happened and was told that another person came in and stated that they ordered the exact order I had made so it was given to them. What are the odds of that, especially when I had a clear view of the counter and only one guy went in, placed his order, got it and left. They flat-out lied to me. At that point I simply wanted a refund. I was told that a manager would have to approve it. The 'manager' came out. She honestly looked like a homeless person that bought a uniform. Missing half her teeth, scraggly hair, and of poor hygiene. This person proceeded to attack me. She was mean and nasty. At this point all I wanted was a refund and I was told that wasn't possible. She said they would get my order. I told her I no longer wanted the food as I am now a spectacle so one of her employees would probably spit in my sandwich. I was then told I could just leave. I asked for a refund and was denied. When I complained, she got one of her employees to call the police on me. A refund is all I wanted. I ended up paying for food I never got.
