We had to take a road trip for a funeral and on our way back home, we stopped at this Burger King location to not only get something to eat, but to used the restroom. I pretty much had to get a employee attention to order some food. The service was slow especially since it wasn't busy at all inside. Would give 0 stars if I could. The lady who took our order was extremely rude. We had to pull forward and wait for our food, which is completely fine, but when the lady brought our food out, she told us our card had declined--even though no one had ever asked for or taken our card. On top of that, she was eating a Push Pop while handling our food, repeatedly putting it in and out of her mouth with the same hand she was using to carry our food. We went through the drive through while we were traveling from Georgia to Florida. Last time I will bother to even pull off the road here. I ordered a chicken biscuit combo and had to wait about 10 minutes. Ok, maybe not many people order those, fine. But the biscuit was hard and cold, the chicken was greasy. Like, bad, old grease. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm from Miami and when you think of Alabama you think of "southern hospitality." But Nope! I've never been treated more poorly in my life. My family and I came up to Greenville for a Family Reunion. We have a 15 passenger van. I know fast food places close earlier inside than in the drive through so we parked our van and ask my dad to check the door to see if they were still open inside. We were trying to be nice because imagine how hard it would have been to take 15 people's order in the drive thru. Anyways, my dad goes to the door. It's open. He asks "hey are yall still open inside" he said the staff looked like deers in headlights and just ignored him!! So we all proceeded to get out the car. And why do we see one of the girls RUN to lock the door as we were about to enter. And then wouldn't even look us in our eyes. It was 3 mins until the inside closed. 3 mins! A nice man was still inside and decided to open the door for us. We walked inside and why did the works start winning like big babies talking about "BRUH WHY??" And then guess what. They all including their sorry manager hid in the back and refused to serve us. We even tried explaining nicely that it's a lot of us and we didnt want to make it harder on then to take our order in the drive through. They didn't care, they wouldnt even speak. It's BK and it met the need. On our road trip a few of us were hungry. We made a quick stop here and used the drive- thru. Not sure the last time I had Burger King but the Whopper Jr., add cheese, onion rings, and coke hit the spot for someone that needed to eat. Service was fairly quick. We stop by here when we are going to the beach. Last time it took 22 minutes to get two whopper meals and then the toppings weren't even on it. This time the whoppers were extremely dry, the tomato on it was the size of a quarter and little to no lettuce. The reason I like whoppers is because of the toppings. The food is okay, but the service is terrible. The restaurant was completely empty and I had to wait about 10 minutes to get waited on. A worker came in and started the register, looked right at me, and walked away. Another worker finally came and took my order. I went to get my drinks and the dispenser didn't work. I fooled with it until they had my food ready. (Last time I was there the ice machine didn't work.) I asked the worker if she could fix my drinks because I couldn't get the machine to work. She leaned over the counter and looked at the machine and then looked at me. I repeated that I couldn't get the machine to work, and she took my cups without saying a word. I had to go back and get my own lids, which were spread everywhere. Then I realized I needed ketchup. A worker was taking an order and as he was walking away I asked if he could get me about 5 packs of ketchup. He looked like I had ruined his day and handed me 3 packs. Never said a word. Only stopped to use the bathroom but apparently so did everyone else on the interstate. Waited in line to use it, toilet paper all over the floor, hand towels were on top of the dispenser instead of inside it. Worst BK experience ever, and I don't mind eating fast food every now and then. My boyfriend's and my sister's burgers both had hair in them so they got up to go complain. I realized my whopper didn't have any cheese in it (forgot you had to ask for cheese) so I got up to ask. There was a frustrated customer standing by the counter asking me if I was "also in line to complain." Mine wasn't a complaint, but the employees stared at me like I was inconveniencing them. I can't believe we continued to eat there, but there was nothing else around and we were so out of energy and needed to eat pronto. We only stopped by this location because we were on our way back to GA from FL and had our dog with us, so we were trying to find a quick bite where we could also sit outside with our dog. Unfortunately, the outside seating had absolutely no shaded areas from the summer heat and that whole environment just made us feel miserable. Lesson learned. read more

Stopped here at the drive through for a large fry which we had a coupon for. When we went to pay and showed the coupon, they told us we had to say we had a coupon when we ordered and that we would have to go back around and reorder... stupidest thing but fine, we did that. One car snuck in in front of us. We waited 15 minutes in the drive through line and the car in front of us never left the pay window. Wow! not even sure where to start....stopped in to grab a quick burger but unfortunately there was nothing quick about it. We were in line for 40 minutes and if that isn't enough to keep you from going there, one of the employees behind the counter started talking all crazy saying "howz we not be 6ft apart" and started taking pictures of everyone in line but what she should have corrected was the boys cooking our food that have their mask down on their chin. Bathroom had now toilet paper and there was a lot of newspaper on top of the dispenser. I guess the employees expect me to wipe with newspaper. I ordered an ice coffee and specifically requested no milk no sugar. The cashier responded asking if I want mocha or vanilla syrup. I made it CLEAR I wanted no milk or syrup. Then serve me an ice coffee that CLEARLY had milk in it. I told them I wanted my coffee without milk. She said the coffee turns that color when you mix it with ice. However staff took the required breaks to the point that over ten minutes not one person had their order taken. 27 people were inline and still not one staff member came to regiater. 6 families left during that time. Then when orders were being made zero the staff were literally wandering around the kitchen looking lost. Soda machine out of numerous of numerous soda brands and ice. Each was reported and over ten minutes before ice was filled. Staff at register refused to continue on the register zero wanted new regiater opened for her to use. And then cold hot dogs!!!! read more
