Sat for 35 minutes today waiting on 2 drinks and a cheese stick. I think it was a problem with the receipt of the person infront of me but 35 minutes for 3 items is kind of ridiculous. I have had other problems with this sonic and the past with the food being cold but this was CRAZY. read more

Literally ordered a drink and a kids meal while driving through on our trip, and after taking 5 minutes to even answer the drive-through speaker (with 2 cars at the other stalls), they got our one drink wrong, then took forever for the kids 2 piece chicken tenders. Chicken was piping hot, and the fries were cold. Then we knocked on the window to get the kids apple juice and the lady said "oops forgot". No applesauce or toy included which is whatever, but taking forever while they were not busy is just a bit ridiculous. read more

Passing through and stopped for ice cream. We couldn't hear hardly anything through the speaker, it was extremely muffled. The staff was fine, nothing to note. But when I say I had literally 5 M&Ms in my Sonic Blast I am not exaggerating. I ate probably half with nary a chocolate morsel to be found. Super annoying. I went to sonic craving a sweet treat this week. My boyfriend and I pulled in and decided what we wanted, then ordered. He got a classic cone and I got a hot fudge sundae. The worker serving us was very nice but it took a little longer than appreciated for the food to come out. The overall flavor of my sundae was okay, nothing special. read more

I love sonic so much I don't know what it is but it has always been the best food . Even though it does take a little bit of time for them to bring the food out it is okay . the service here is absolutely the worse in Greenville. several times I have contacted the store manager and advised of the rude employees and closing early, refusing to make food due to them closing in 20 mins, but nothing has changed! they need to fire everyone and restaff completely! tonight we were sitting in two of the lanes someone came across the speaker and advised it was drive thru only, which was fine but we were sitting in two separate vehicles and was trying to figure out what everyone wanted so only one vehicle would go through the drive thru. while sitting there a young lady came out and very rudely advised again it's drive thru only, we advised yes maam we are just trying to figure out what we want! at 9:40 my daughter went to the drive thru speaker and was advised they had already started closing for the night and put everything in the big freezer so it would take a very long time to make the food! read more

Where can I even start. The employees all had attitudes and when they answered the call for us to order it sounded like they were joking around instead of working. The service was terrible and they messed up the order twice. We had ask multiple times for different things and I would recommend NOBODY to come here. just went and waited till 8am on a Sunday to get breakfast while traveling with 3 small children. my oldest is allergic to eggs so this is one of the only places we can grab food that is not just breakfast as he can not eat it. at 8:23 we left after waiting to place an order for 23 min at 2 different stalls and drive thru that no one would answer even thou we could see the women inside. will never darken there doorstep again. The time to get our food was average, about 10 minutes for two orders of chicken. The food was okay. Our server was good, she was polite and friendly. The bathroom however was horrendous. There was trash everywhere and the entire bathroom was just plain dirty. read more

Worst Sonic experience ever. Staff was extremely rude. I've never experienced staff yelling and screaming at customers the way that they did with every single person that pulled up. Everyone felt very uncomfortable. This Sonic either needs a completely new staff or needs to be shut down. read more

Not impressed. I couldn't understand quite a bit of the person taking our order because they were slurring their words. I asked if they had a certain small vanilla ice cream dish. (For kids)The person said "yes", and then rang up something twice as expensive (a regular ice cream sundae). I asked why he did that, and he said "We don't have the vanilla ice cream dish". Weird. I just asked and he had said yes. Then, when the food came out (I think it was the same guy because of the way he talked), he asked something I couldn't understand. Then, I asked him to repeat it and he was asking if we had heard their commercial. I was confused, but he basically was asking me for a tip and said it was National Tip Day. I would give ZERO stars if I could! Waited for over 20 minutes for two hotdogs and two cheeseburger meals. Order was wrong and had to wait another 10 minutes before being yelled at by their employee for being in the lobby? How else was I supposed to get the food or inform them of the mistake. I came here and ordered a cookie dough master blast with no whipped cream, and of course they put whipped cream on it. The waiter then took it back in and instead of making me a new one they just scraped it off which was not ok at all because of health related problems. read more
