Stopped here during a road trip around 7:00/8:00PM for dinner on a Saturday. The person who took our order was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and even offered us water cups. It seemed like she was a manager, just the way she was working. We got the cobb salad, chili, and spicy chicken sandwich. All tasted great and fresh. I feel like I enjoy Wendy's the best out of the big three due to the freshness and variety. The only thing that was kind of a negative was the condition of the restroom, it was pretty bad. Only the women's restroom was open because the men's was out of order, so everyone was using the same two stalls but it was pretty gross. read more

While traveling I stopped here to grab a quick bite. I prefer Wendy's over most fast food chains. The frosty paired with their fries is a match made in HEAVEN! The drive thru was super packed so I figured going inside was the best idea , since we were in a hurry. There was also a line inside but it wasn't terrible. The floors were extremely slippery! I ordered my usual : 6 piece spicy nuggets, fries & junior frosty. Sadly, they were out of the vanilla flavor so I couldn't get my normal chocolate / vanilla mixed frosty. Darn! The service was decent , I didn't have to wait long for my order and my meal was fresh! The restrooms were clean as was the inside dining area. Only complaint is that it's difficult to find parking if there's a long line in the drive thru. Poorly designed. I would certainly come here again if in the Greenville area. read more

I usually love Wendy's chili, however, it's changed. Absolutely NO meat! It has two different kinds of beans now and No meat! Save your money! This is more of a bean soup! Four cups were ordered and all four were the same. Unacceptable! read more

We went through the drive thru for breakfast. Attendant was rude we got coffee we weren't asked if we needed sugar or creamer,nor did we receive it. The potatoes were excellent I ordered a bacon egg English muffin it wasn't toasted which made it doughy the bacon biscuit and sausage biscuit was good. If i could give 0 stars i would. We Waited 45 minutes to order only to wait another 20 For our food. Then the order wasn't right. They were out of ketchup, no napkins were stocked. Such a miserable experience that we probably won't ever go to another Wendy's anywhere for a long time. No one seemed to care about wait time either. The coming soon remodel is long overdue. Seems as if routine upkeep has not been done for some time. Stopped for an early lunch and fries were already overdone. Only plus was no line, no waiting to order. I think I can guess why. Normally I prefer Wendy's over Burger King or McDonalds but if in the area again at a meal time in a hurry, I think I will try them instead. read more

Went thru the drive thru, cashier tried to short $10 in change. My bill was 9.67. I gave her 20.67. She handed me the receipt with $1 for my change. I told her I gave her a $20. Her name was Lillie. She got the supervisor who told me Lillie tough I gave her a 10. The supervisor did a count and she gave me my $10 bill I was owed. I told Lillie you supposed to put on the side the money a customer gives you before you give change and close the drawer. She said "I've been doing this 8 years". Either everyone who works here dropped out in middle school or their parents were actively using drugs throughout their pregnancy. Nonetheless, this was the worst fast food experience I've ever had in my life. Who's the manager at this place? Pennywise the clown? The crew members made jokes while I attempted to place my order in the drive thru. Seeing that they weren't mature enough to take an order via speaker, I went inside only to be ignored for approximately 30 hours. After finally acknowledging my presence, a kind, but possibly brain dead crew member asked me "You tryna order?" Like, WTH. We went through the drive thru around 11:10am on 8/17/22 and the lady at the second window was so incredibly rude. She never spoke or responded to us one time and gave us dirty looks the entire time we waited for our food which was quite awhile. We had to ask for multiple things that were not in our bag and she started handing us other things that weren't ours and just glared at us. I've never seen someone so rude at a drive thru. We are traveling home from Destin and it was disappointing to say the least. Our food was also screwed up. There are plenty of other options of places to eat nearby so I would avoid this one. Waited 20 mins inline inside this restaurant. 4 people in front of myself. The staff did not care that people were waiting. They were 7 people working behind the counter. The employee working the register did not seem to know what was going on. The staff was confused and arguing With each other. They did not appear that they were trained to do this work. Ordered the new strawberry frosty and was overcharged. I asked for a receipt, she told me that the receipt machine was broken and did not know what was wrong with it. I seen other customers that had there orders incorrect. I did not want to stay there anymore. Finally got my order and left. Will not return to this place. Awful experience. read more

I can't evaluate the food because it doesn't appear that it will ever come. We have been here quite some time and looking around, NO ONE is eating. Nobody has any food. The natives are getting restless. At least the fireplace and Christmas tree are lit. I turned them on! You're welcome Dave! They are great at taking orders. I went to this location for breakfast. When I got to the pick up window the cashier as well as other co-workers were wearing masks that did not cover their noses. I told them to cancel my order and told them exactly why. It just didn't matter to them. They never adjusted their masks to cover their noses. Stay Away from the Covid-Diner! read more

WOW! This is the BEST Wendy's I have ever been to. We stopped on our way down to Orange Beach and they took our orders and served our large group very quickly and efficiently. On our way back we stopped at Ruby Tuesdays, who refused to serve us. We had enjoyed our Wendy's experience so much, we decided to go back there! Same great service with a smile. read more
