New store. All is shiny and fresh, but.... Took 15 minutes to get a simple order. Chicken nuggets were barely warm, nothing was hot. I thought they were cooking it all that time. No? Maybe trying to find it? More staff than guests. They didn't address the slowness. Not engaged, not friendly. Might want to see what Chick Fil A is doing with customer service for some clues. Please get everyone here fired... I ordered 3 burgers. Burger #1: Said a number 2 extra onions, and mayo. They gave us a #1 with no onions, no mayo, and jalapeno for some reason. Burger #2/#3: Said two number ones with cheese and ketchup and mustard only. They gave two #1 with everything on it. Gave it back and got 2 #1s with ketchup, mustard, and MAYO?! After that it took 4 times of telling them the right order till they actually understood what ketchup and mustard only meant. While waiting to be addressed in drive-thru, another car pulled behind me. 3rd car pulls up, in 2nd lane (fair enough). Instead of being waited on first, after already waiting, that 3rd car gets addressed first. When mentioning it to the guy in the drive-thru....just a shoulder shrug and not a care in the world. It seems like their customer service matches the service received there as well. You should have an option for no stars....it would make it more accurate. read more

Place is gross and needs to be cleaned. Regular cleaning of a soda fountain is important to ensure consistent drink quality. The soda had bad taste and machine needs to be cleaned. The homeless left their garbage in the seating area. Employees are standing around acting like they have nothing to do when counters are nasty and filthy. The entrance and dining room area are smeared with nasty stuff. I had to use my pinky to open the door. Bathroom looks like a truck stop just plain nasty and funky. I quickly ate my whopper as there was a guy across from me eating with no teeth as he was gumming his fries. Hygiene and cleanliness is a must if you are going to eat at an establishment. read more

It is newly built in the lobby, staff is late to respond to customers. The staff needs training concerning customer service.

You could serve the food hot. The cheese is not even melted on the burgers and you got four people leaning over the counter doing absolutely nothing. I'm giving this review five stars. A couple with a small child came in after I had ordered my food. The child had a severe allergy to onions. the manager and the cashier were able to not only take the order but communicate back to the parents exactly what the allergy concern was. their tray was assembled and before the tray went out another worker at this restaurant check the tray to make sure that nothing would harm the child. You've got to give these burger king employees some credit. Not every fast food restaurant would handle the situation the same. read more

A 15 minute wait (as a previous poster stated) is actually nothing compared to the 30+ minutes it took when my wife stopped through 2 nights ago. They did not bother telling her that they were short staffed when she placed her order. She couldn't get upset though because the young black lady that was managing explained how the owner insists on running as few people as possible per shift. THERE WAS 2 PEOPLE WORKING, IT WAS 8 PM ON A WEEKNIGHT. Herself and another young man of maybe high school age. Shame on the owner for screwing over his employees. And double shame because they are too much of an idiot to understand the difference between saving a buck on shifts, versus loosing customers because it takes 30+ minutes for a drive through order. I visited this Burger King today. Lots of teenage employees. They worked together, they worked quickly, they made me laugh at their antics. They were funny but professional. it took about 10 minutes to get my food, but it was justified. I ordered something that needed to be cooked on purpose. Food was Hot, Fresh, and tasty. Burger king in Greenville Texas is the worst place to eat in Greenville. If I could give 0 stars I would!! From a severely disabled customer... Don't waste your money! LITERALLY! I placed my order, paid with my credit card which was successfully charged even recieved both a text message from Capital One saying that it was successful and a push notification from the app saying the same thing. The female cashier then asked me again to pay even though I showed her the messages stating the time and location that the charge went through. The font on my phone is set quite small so I asked if she was able to see the message and she hatefuly and sarcastically said NO I'M BLIND! I demanded a manager who was 3 feet from this whole interaction and not bothered by it at all. He let her keep dancing in place saying I'm blind, I'm blind. Then when I get more upset at the way HE IS LETTING HER ANTAGONIZE ME, he instead starts yelling at me claiming he doesn't see a receipt and doesn't care what the time/date stamped transaction says I can either pay again or stand an wait for the transaction to change from charge/hold to posted which takes 3-5 DAYS!!! HE WANTED ME TO STAND THERE FOR 3-5 DAYS WITH SEVERE SPINAL INJURIES, 6 HERNIATED DISCS AND A SPINE FRACTURE! You can clearly see me on the surveillance cameras having trouble standing and stretching just to remain upright. It ended with them keeping my money, my food, I have to LITERALLY (NOT FIGURATIVELY) starve TONIGHT. There IS SOME SORT OF FRATERNIZATION GOING ON WITH WHAT IS SUPPOSED BE A LEADER AND A LOWER LEVEL EMPLOYEE... 2. Cleanliness... NOW What I noticed as I was leaving they have half the dinning room closed off "Because they are shorthanded. The open side of the sitting area had 3 tables being used but the entire room was filthy! Dirty floors, dirty tables and the drive through was very slow to empty. How is it that this establishment can not keep this business clean or at least acceptable with what looked like 8 people on staff at the slowest time of day? I have personally seen Whataburger run GRILL, CASHIER, DRIVE THROUGH, AND KEEP THE FULL DINING AREA 95% clean with 10 times the business going on. Food is fine.... the problem is the orders are almost always wrong. When you order online, they have it right there so they just need to read it. I made a mistake as well, so it happens but then they don't respond when you contact the company to get a refund. If I didn't like the Whopper, I wouldn't bother with the Greenville, TX location. They ALWAYS get my order wrong at the drive-thru. The people working at the window read back my order too quickly, & I end up checking the bag in the parking lot before I go. I've gotten home several times only to find out they screwed up again. Most (not all) of the employees (managers included), have a poor customer service attitude. Possibly they are understaffed & overworked. Not my problem. It shouldn't be difficult to fill an order that is typed for them to fill. I check the receipt & it says what I've ordered, but there's a disconnect somewhere b/c that's not what's in the bag. The drink machine SMELLED like it hadn't been cleaned in months, it was almost unbearable and made my stomach turn as I drank my drink, thinking about where it came from. The food was good and the staff was friendly enough but the entire restaurant was disgusting. I had to check 3 booths before I found one that wasn't dirty-and they weren't busy. Then I saw a staff member killing time wiping down tables when there was a half eaten patty under the table next to mine. This Burger King opened a almost a year ago and yet even after giving them time to work out the kinks in their staff and procedures this location is so bad I felt it was time to put it into words as a warning to potential customers. First the good. They get one star for the Burger King Burgers, Fries, Chicken sandwiches and Nuggets. It seems these items can't really be messed up taste-wise. When the order is made right (which is a whole other issue) things taste good. I really am sorry that is all I can say positively about this Burger King. I have made 8 trips over 6 months to this location and to say each one was a disaster is being kind. Some of the highlights to save space; 1) The soda is made in one of those new touch screen Coke machines where it's got all kinds of flavor and sodas and yet the formula/mix is never right. I would blame it on Coke but they seem to work at every other location I see them at. 2) several trips through the drive thu over several months and not one of my orders was fast or correct. I mean every time the wait was 10 to 15minutes with no other cars in the line and the order was still wrong. 3) No matter how busy the Burger King is they can't get orders taken quickly. It's like the employees have never used the register before and these are people I've seen here for months. The last point I want to make is the speed of the kitchen and service getting your food to you once you paid. This Burger King is bad. So bad that ever since they opened they clear orders from their timer screen the minute you pay for them so that their ticket times seem immediate (and I have been to Burger Kings where this was the case, and a Wendy's too) but also I am sure it is so Corporate never knows the truth of how awful their ticket times are. When I asked management about the ticket time screen when they first opened I was told that they did that because they were swamped, had hired people who didn't work out and didn't have adequately trained. When I was in college I worked for Wendy's in Oneonta NY. We were hired before the restaurant was completed and we were trained using paper food cut out of construction paper. We had 90 second ticket times at the drive through and 120 second times in the dining room during an opening that was wall to wall cars and people. There is no excuse after being open for many months to be cheating on your ticket times unless you are so bad that corporate would fire everyone for being so bad. Avoid this Burger King. This place was a disaster - on 12/30 @ 8:00 pm waited nearly 10 minutes at a nearly empty counter to even get waited on - looked like they had only one person (supervisor) who could run the register and she was doing other things while employees either stood around - talked on cell or ate in seating area. I should have walked out like others were doing but I decided to see how this turned out. Food was cold when delivered because it sat while this one supervisor was doing it all. Total time from entering building to getting food - 25 minutes = many of the drink selections were empty - just threw the food away... This was my 2nd (and last) time to visit this particular BK and I see it closing soon - such as great location by Walmart and other venues but its a waste of good real estate.
