I've ordered through the app sometimes; the old set of workers were friendly and definitely came from the area. The food is what you'd expect from BK but at times the quality is bad or the wait time is long. The area is family friendly as far as I can tell but it is almost always absent the entire time I've gone here. It's definitely bright and meant to look upbeat but the emptiness counters this heavily. I waited in line for over 5 minutes for Chicken fries and Bacon cheese burger. all the food was cold. Burger meat was not hot cheese not melted. chicken fries also cold. asked for sweet and sour sauce, they put 3 in the bag. Ordered 3 Whopper meals through the drive thru. Service was slow and the burgers were cold. The order was right though.‍

Ordered online, box combo chicken fries and an original chicken sandwich meal. Arrived and waited 25 minutes with other irritated customer. I received my food with only french fries and my drinks because they didn't have my sandwich, but also left out the chicken fries. My son ordered and paid for an ice cream, then afterwards was told the machine was broken, and that they were unable to refund the money. How can a business not provide the product but keep your money? They wrote the manager's number on a post-it and told him to call her later, which he did and she never answered. This place needs help. Management has been some young person, either creepy, dirty, too young and immature, or just all together horrible as management. You can order at a decent amount of time. Food usually takes awhile to finish. Usually forget something. Even if I need sides I have to stand there until they come back and see I am still standing there. Usually management is not to be seen or they are just reading the screen for orders. They could help get food together to serve and be a customer service rep and help people needing condiments or a correct order. The place has some decent kids there at times. I don't expect much from them if they are not getting proper training from management. Call corporate and they never know what is going on there. That's why it's so bad. The management doesn't let higher up what is going on. Most likely because they are the problem and that trickles down to the kids working. Can't blame them when they don't have proper management above them teaching them and guiding them. They are just thrown to the wolves as I see it. Food was normal BK food. I got home and happened to log onto my checking acct. I discovered they charged me more then my bill ,almost $5. More. I called them , sound like a teenager said he was a manager . He made excuse after excuse they have new employees and several registers they are training . Never an apology! He's going to research and call me back . I dug through my trash and got the receipts . We will see. This place is bad I had an impossible burger and I was cold and over cooked and we asked for extra pickles and they didn't have any pickles

Food is good, insides could be cleaner. When we went in all the tables had crumbs on them. I think the problem is one of the female supriviors or Manger chatting and gossiping with the employees instead of work. Some of the employees could also work on there customers service skills. read more
