Consistently cancel online orders, food doesn't seem to be fresh when they decide to actually cook. Needs better management

EVERY time UI order something is missing or wrong. Today a burger was missing, also the "sprite" was straight up soda water. Went there today July 2024, and was impressed at the cleanliness and order of the place, including the ladies room. It was my first time there, but it looked like it may have just been renovated. I know, I know it's fast food and what were we really expecting? Well....at most places they can get the order right. There's that. Hadn't been to BK in years. Got it into my head that I wanted a whopper. Drove up, we ordered two whoppers, two onion rings and a diet coke and a chocolate shake. When we pulled up to the window all there was were a bunch of kids in there fooling around. We got the stuff home and we had one cheeseburger, one whopper, one onion rings, one fries a vanilla shake and a cherry coke (or a Dr. Pepper). WTH? This place is the worst if you want a good meal, fr I understand that its fast food and all but the service is horrible along with the food and price. I went with my gf to get some quick decent food and we got a number 12 or chicken sandwich and the lady forgot to give me fries the 2 sandwiches without fries or a drink and it cost $13.00 then when I got my food at the window it didnt come with fries so I had to ask for them in which the young lady serving me got annoyed and I had to pay another $5 for 2 medium fries. I dont understand how this food can cost $18.00 overall even if we had gotten drinks which we didnt. I got over myself and sucked it up to go home and eat my food. When we got home we unwrapped out food and took a bite and in my first bite we found out quickly that the food was obviously microwaved because of how dry it was and how fast it cooled off. Not only that I found a gnat in my sandwich which there was also about 100 gnats all over the window at the drive through so it doesnt surprise me how it got into my food. I am overall disgusted with the food, service, and price of this because it is all and all ridiculous. I will never be seen going back to this establishment. I would like a refund. This is probably one the most run down burger Kings I've seen in a while. The drive thru has a gaping pot hole in it that will make you scream obscenities after you drive into it. The fries are always cold and somehow they are out of Sprite as often as Mcdonalds ice cream machine is down. Inside doesn't seem very clean which would explain the empty parking lot every time I pass by. read more

Don't eat here!! We just have this Burger King a second chance. I placed an online order and I asked for cheese to be added and I got my burger with NO cheese!! The burger was dry and flavorless! Big improvement in the new fries but still far behind Micky's and Wendy's. I love the fact that Hudson has a BK but your looking a 50-50 shot of your order being accurate. For some reason it's always on the omissions and not the additions? I think they are just conditioned to put mayo on everything. Gave this location two tries. First time, they charged me for a larger size than ordered even after reading the order back to me correctly, while still serving me the smaller size hoping I didn't notice. Second time I got the large chicken sandwich, and was served the value sized chicken patty on the large bun. Clearly deliberate, since the patty only covered about half the bun. I just went to Burger King #3465 and the woman at the drive through could not have been any ruder. I had a coupon for Chicken fries and a large fry for $3.49. I got to the drive through and was told almost $7. I handed the girl my coupon and a $20 and said " I have a coupon". She handed me back $13 and some change. I looked at her and said "I had a coupon". She looked REALLY ANGRY at me. Then she said something to the manager and came back and said "well it's your fault, you were supposed to tell me about the coupon before you ordered", and gave me a dirty look. Since moving to Marlboro in 2011, I've been to this BK a few times and felt it was my favorite BK of all time. I wait longer for my order here but my food is always perfectly done: the sandwich is always freshly made, the onion rings or fries are perfectly crisp, the bottled water is ice cold. This BK always made my order correctly until (dunt, dunt, dunt, dah!) Tuesday, 8/7/12, apx 2PM. I went through the drive thru, ordered a #8 which is CLEARLY the "Classic Chicken Sandwich" which has a long, sesame seed bun, long chicken patty, lettuce and mayo. What I received was Chicken Tenders. They didn't even offer me SAUCE! Because if they HAD I would have known right away they did my order incorrectly. So they lose one star for getting my order wrong. Don't let it happen again or you will feel my wrath like I had to give the worst BK in the universe: Marlboro (shudder). Okay, first things first- What the heck. Me and my two friends went on a long and treacherous walk to attended this Burger King and you know what we got? Freaking SHIT. I ordered a sundae and a small fry and although the fries were above average, the service WASN'T. The sassy cashier decided it'd be funny to make fun of me and my friends for walking to get our food by saying, "oh, you walked here?" It was beyond rude.
