When I called to address the issue, the same young lady who originally took my order answered the phone. She was polite, professional, and offered to check whether a refund, credit, or resolution could be provided. She then transferred me to the manager, who I believe is named Rob. I calmly and respectfully explained the situation. However, during the call he immediately placed me on hold and then disconnected the call, which required me to call back. On the second call, I again attempted to explain the issue and request a refund for one of the two pizzas, as the second box was completely untouched due to the quality concerns. The manager remained dismissive and repeatedly stated that the issue was simply that we "didn't like the pizza."
