This is by far the worst location! On my visit on 11/7 I went to place my order and was told my order could not be fulfilled because they did not have any meat. NO MEAT!?!?!?!? You mean to tell me that you all only serve mainly one thing which is hamburgers and you have no meat! I asked the cashier at the window why they didn't have any meat and she responded she don't know and that's is not her problem! I immediately asked for the manager. She yelled the mangers name and covered her name when I asked for it. I ordinarily would not write a negative review but I really like Burger King and was very happy when it came to my neighborhood but have been disappointed multiple time with this particular location. Today I stopped for the slowest fast food lunch ever and I wouldn't have minded so much since the lady at the window stated that they were understaffed, if my food would have been close to warm. Easy enough meal, #7, junior whooper with cheese, no onion (which still ended up on my burger), with onion rings (they had no onion ring sauce at the time). At least the Sprite was correct. Multiple people drive up to the drive thru to find the "we're sorry our store is closed" message playing along with a massive delay in service on the other end. The young man answers that he will be with us in one moment- ten minutes later we are still waiting. Every time I come here there is always an issue. There registers are not working or they don't even respond to you when your in the drive thru! It takes a lot for me to take the time to write any kind of review on anything. This Burger King is the absolute worst. I like Burger King and this is the closest one to my house. I've gone here a number of times and every single time this location has screwed up my order. And that's not an exaggeration, I mean seriously every single time this location has either given me the the wrong food or just flat out forgot half my order all together. I was just there yesterday after placing an order online, only to get home and find out that they forgot a whole entrée once again. Typically I would check my food to make sure they got everything correct, but I was in a hurry yesterday and needed to get going. Either way, I shouldn't have to do that every time and yesterday was just last straw for me. The food, when they do get it right is at least still very good, but I will not be retuning to this location, because their attention to detail is absolutely the worst. The only thing I can suggest to anyone going here is to triple check your order, because it's almost a guarantee that they will mess it up. read more

When i moved to Oakleaf years ago, we sold on the Town center life. While the schools are good, the people are generally pleasant, we have the worst fast food, only second to like Pearl St in Jacksonville. Burger King Oakleaf is slow, sloppy and not sure how they continue to have business. They are forever going through employees and i watched a manager eat a sandwich in the first window. Maybe that's why y'all can't get the orders right. Last year after one of their employees told me to to remove the ketchup if my kid didn't like it (he is allergic), almost had me catch a case, i literally almost climbed in the window. This Burger King is about half as good as my normal experience with Burger King. Extremely long wait in the Drive-Thru line. We had two orders which came out wrong. FILTHY! If you want to experience one of the dirtiest places you'll ever eat, then stop on by the Burger King on Argyle Forest in the Oakleaf area. For this being a new facility, it's sad on how rundown this place looks. They are consistently slow, my orders are consistently incorrect, I complained to a manager once he didn't seem to care. One time I ordered a milkshake I waited for 10 mins for them to tell me AFTER they charged my card that they were out of the strawberry flavor.
