Being from Wisconsin, I know Culver's like the back of my hand. Pretzel bites are always my go to with the Wisconsin cheese. Someone left the pretzel bites in the oven way too long! A little dark for my liking kind of like burnt toast.

Food at this location is good. The fries were a bit burnt, I was missing one item and another item came out wrong. We asked for a plain burger, however it had cheese. I sent it back and after 15 mins or so the item arrived to perfection, with the item that was missing as well. Definitely service needs improvement. Overall it is a good place to eat a tasty burger, just be patient during busy hours.

Bad experience today! Been waiting for over 30 min. And I didn't order a soda. They said they don't give refunds. My meal was sitting behind the counter. Fries are cold sandwiches is cold. All you can do is email the DM! . I thought I was going to love this place, but I'm done!

Heard about and passed Culver's so many times, today was the day I stopped by. The Butterburger is thick n juicy. Picked my toppings. Seasoned right, not too overwhelming, not too bland. Right in the middle to make it delightful. Definitely juicy in every bite. The french fries are hot, fresh n crispy. The Buffalo Chicken Tenders are good . Inside is juicy, outside crunchy. The Boom Boom Sauce compliments the tenders right. Overall, my visit was pleasant. Ate inside during lunch, the staff was friendly. Enough space for small groups. Yes, I'm go back and try some of the desserts. See you there.

I'm not big on fast food. Not that I don't like it, but I just try to eat healthier when I can. That being said, I will come out of retirement for something that might be worth it. Culver's cod sandwich is highly reviewed as being very good, so I took a chance and lost big. We all know that in America, you can't possibly expect the food that you receive to look like the ad but even this was pretty bad. The fillet was half the size of the bun and had more in common with a fish stick than a fish fillet. The worst part was that it was dry and chewy. There is no way it was freshly prepared. Maybe that only applies to their burgers. Needless to say, I'm going back into fast food retirement for a while. I'm very disappointed I wasted my hall pass on this. I guess they need to just stick to burgers because my wife said hers was delicious. Also the nice lady that bought us our food was super friendly. She and the burger are the only reasons this review gets two stars.

My burger was good, I would have liked the bun to be softer. Fries were hot and crunchy. My husband got the cod sandwich and was very disappointed, fish was tough and a very small amount of fish considering the bun size. Customer service was good . Restaurant was clean.

The shop was completely empty when we arrived, so there was no reason for us to feel rushed. However, the employee hurried us through placing our orders. One person in our group was in the restroom and hadn't had a chance to decide what they wanted yet, and the employee was very short and impatient with us. When we asked to sample one of the ice cream flavors, she simply responded, "Okay," and came across as unfriendly and annoyed. While we were ordering, another customer came in, and we noticed the employee spoke to them with the same impatient attitude, so it didn't seem like it was just our group. The biggest issue came when the last person in our group ordered a sorbet. It was frozen so solid that it was impossible to scoop or eat. We let the employee know, and she said she would "soften it," which apparently meant microwaving it. She brought it back, but it was still hard as a rock and still wasn't edible. Unfortunately, the customer service overshadowed the visit. A friendly attitude and serving products that are ready to eat go a long way. We hope this location improves both its service and the quality of the experience for future customers.

My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday for a tour of the candy making facility, where we learned a lot about how the chocolates and other candies are made, and we were even able to design and enjoy our own custom chocolate bar. From our tour with Joy, our complimentary sea salt caramel from Barbara, everybody on staff provided a joyous afternoon. The tour is highly recommended, where you'll get to see how the product is made, and even get to see one of the original Golden tickets from the original Wonka movie. Pricing for the tour is very reasonable, and it's a great way to spend an afternoon. Parking was easy right around the corner from the front entrance. The owners family has been in the candy business for years and he still works there everyday, that's awesome! :)) I'm glad we checked it out. Thank you Sweet Petes! Of course, we had to end the evening with ice cream, so we purposely made our way to Dreamette. The line was long, which is always a good sign, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The menu has so many tempting options that I had a hard time deciding. Thankfully, the wonderful Mari came to the rescue! I asked about their bread puddings, and she recommended the pecan bread pudding, telling me it's made fresh from Biscotti's (if I remember correctly). That was all I needed to hear. Even though I was completely stuffed from dinner, I somehow managed to eat every last bite. It was rich, warm, buttery, and absolutely decadent. My husband took Mari's recommendation and ordered a vanilla mix-in with cookie dough and waffle cone pieces blended throughout instead of just a waffle bowl. He loved it and said the blended waffle cone added the perfect crunch in every bite. Now I'm wondering where the closest Dreamette is to us because this definitely won't be our last visit! Trust me, the line may look long, but it's absolutely worth the wait. Tip: If you go, don't be afraid to ask for recommendations. Mari steered us toward two fantastic choices, and we couldn't have been happier.
