We came in at a weird time today (2pm on a Sunday) so we had to wait an extra minute for our food to cook and it was so worth it! About a week ago, in the afternoon, I went through the drive-thru. I placed my order, paid, and was told to pull up and park. I did, and I waited. after a few minutes, a pickup did the same. More minutes, and a car pulled up behind me. After a very long wait, an employee came out carrying a bag. She went to the truck. When it wasn't his, she started to head back inside, carrying the bag. I said "what the heck?". She asked me what was wrong. When I complained about the wait, she then asked me if my order was... I said yes. She handed me the bag. She had been going to take it back inside. Today, I tried again. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches. I had to pull up and wait. It wasn't an unusually long wait. but when I got the sandwiches, both had seemed to have been squashed on half the sandwich. I probably will not be going back. read more

The ladies working today at lunch were so nice! My husband and I made a large order and the lady taking our order was very helpful. The young lady that helped prepare our food had the sweetest and bubbliest personality. I understand that sometimes people don't enjoy their jobs, but when people are nice and have a smile on their face it makes the customer even more appreciative of their hard work. This hasn't been the first time , but everytime I come to this Burger King they are always taking their time. Either they don't have any meat ready or they just forget about your order. They first tell me to pull up the second window and then tell me to back up behind the first poll , then 10 min have passed they tell me to pull up to the trash can . This was my second visit to this location in six months. Not certain I'll return.. This location has a dirty dinning room. We had to clean trash off the table and wipe table with dried condiments on the table top. Person at cash register didn't know products they're selling. New hire she said and didn't bother to ask anyone else to answer the question. Wait time for food seemed ridiculous. Food was not even hot when they called our number. Have to ask for ketchup and sauce they asked if you wanted when placing order. Condiments only come in packets (really dislike those packets). French fries with the #1 combo meal were super small and only had twenty fries in the container. Only mayonnaise on top bun, nothing on bottom bun, makes the burger dry. Another dislike, sign on door says no loitering. 30 minutes or less. By the time, slow boat from China, your food is ready, then having to go ask the harried staff for condiments, you don't have enough time to enjoy your food. read more

I pulled up to Burger king to pick up my order, when I was told to pull up past the 2nd window. When I did I sat for 15 minutes. When I backed up my car to the window, the staff forgot about me and my order. Very unprofessional and rude and this is a very common occurrence for this location. Very disappointed. First time to this Burger King, and it seems to be one of the best Burger Kings I've ever been to. Waiting for my food, I looked at Yelp reviews, and am shocked. I did not experience anything the prior reviewers did, though the reviews were all a year or more old. We were the only customers in the store on a Sunday morning. I immediately noticed how spic and span the kitchen looked when I walked up to the counter. The employees were very nice and working diligently. The dining room was spotless. They have WiFi. I am new to area and have eaten at this BK a couple of times. There are no niceties when from the staff, no can I help you, no thank you, no smiles. The eating area is typical for this type of fast food place, dirty tables and full trash cans. The last straw was the last week when I went and the the lobby was closed. So I went to the drive through and waited 20 minutes at the speaker though there were no cars in front, when I got to the window they asked me what did I order? Once my food was ready they shoved the order out the window without a word. They shorted the simple order and ignored me at the window, so I tapped the horn to get their attention, several workers looked my way for a second and then resumed chatting with one another. I then laid on the horn until someone finally came back to the window so I could get the rest of my order. I understand being short handed and food service can be a tough job, but this is beyond poor service. I made a mobile order, prior to my lunch break. I ordered something for myself and two other people. I got their and the line was WAY backed up. After waiting 15 minutes, I finally got my food and took it back and lo and behold my order was wrong. Instead of the double stacker king meal, they gave me a regular whopper meal which is almost a third the price. At that point, it was 7 minutes until the end of my lunch. I tried to call to see about getting it rectified and they didn't answer the phone... If you're gonna close your lobby, at least answer the phone, because I CANNOT go and sit through that line for another 15 minutes read more

Waited 23 minutes for a to-go order while we watch them serve one after another after another through the drive-thru window. Try to ask the clerk to have someone give us our burgers that were sitting in the window and she said okay turn around and ignored us. Asked another employee to please have someone get our food it was sitting there in the window she didn't even respond just turned around and ignored us.
