I stop in on 07/28/26 @ 8:43 pm. Oh my God the store was so clean and the kitchen was so clean. I saw the manager he was right in the kitchen watch over his staff plus helping . It was the best whoppers we have had. Put together nice not sloppy. I use to manage a burger king so long ago. All I can say he made me laugh after having a very bad day. Got good hot food. From a very clean place. Plus the whole staff was great! read more

Young man with the man bun (bandage on his forearm) has great customer service attributes. I ordered a double whopper and was sharing with my wife. He paid attention and offered to cut the burger in half. He followed through and made sure it was done. Noticed him greet customers as they came in. I think his name is Daniel. They took my original post down that I posted two months ago. Long story short, I ordered two chicken sandwich with two small fries on the offer app in which I like better. I had eaten my first sandwich and then was eating the fries until I almost ate one with a long hair stuck on it. I went back to the store and discussed the employee to let her know and she didn't have so sympathy when I told what happened and she had an attitude when I asked for a refund or something. She was like "you ate one sandwich already" and I said yes and while eating fries until I saw the hair in which disgusted me. It took her forever to think about what she wanted to do and back and forth and she then said I'll give you your refund back and need to put back on card in which I did. I used to come here almost once every two weeks but I eat at other BK stores. read more

Let's face it, my first choice is McD, but they often have too long of a line or I'm not in the mood to deal with a screwed up order. I also love wendy's but if I don't want to drive that far... then it's burger king! They don't seem to screw up like McD, the line is always short, even if it's longer they seem to get thru it faster. And sometimes.. u just need a WHOPPER! I mean, it's a Burger King. I'd give it a higher rating except the prices went up and portion sizes went down. This isn't on the employees, of course. I can't really speak to the service here though since there is an enormously high turnover rate and the employees are different every time I go, which is admittedly not often anymore. The one guy I do recall who worked there a decent length, and might still be there, was super great and friendly. I think some might be going to this place expecting a 5 star restaurant because I've read so many negative comments but I've gone here about 13 times and I've never experienced what others bitch about. I think it's important to remember it's a fast food restaurant and not a 5 star sit-down restaurant lounge. I also feel like when you go ANYWHERE you should check your food before you go home. People make mistakes and if you want your order to be right every single time you definitely need to check it before you go home. I personally don't have much sympathy for those who bitch about their order being wrong after getting home. No one is perfect. No place is perfect. You had the chance to check your food before you left the restaurant but you didn't and honestly the mistake lays on you too for that not just the restaurant alone. I've experienced what I expect to experience in a fast food restaurant here. I have experienced great customer service and friendly faces and subpar food. If I wanted amazing food I would go to a fancy restaurant to eat. I love this burger for what it is and I think others need to get a clue as to what they SHOULD expect out of any fast food restaurant but some are just snobs and you can't do much about that! read more

The assistant manager at this location is incompetent and rude. They had a computer issue with a register and instead of offering to try another register he told me he couldn't and that it's my card. How do ALL 3 different cards decline and it says computer error on the screen. Then when I asked for corporates phone number he tells me he doesn't know because he has never had to use it. The audacity. Then says I can wait until the other manager comes in but couldn't tell me when he/she was coming. read more

There are some pretty savage reviews on here but we had no qualms about our experience, it seemed like typical fast food. It was my first time trying the impossible patty and I was impressed by the nice char flavor that contributed to the meat-like taste and mouthfeel of the burger; impossible patties are by no means a health food but it is a worthy alternative to the standard burger for me. Size of burgers here is generous. Fries were a bit lackluster. Overall a fine meal on the road. read more

We stopped Sunday morning around 9:30. Was pretty busy. Did the drive through. Hubs and I ordered the ham croissant and drinks. Service was fast. Both hubs and I said it was solid. Best croissant we ever had at a BK. read more

Told them multiple times nicely to plz make it without mayo. Now I get that it's Burger King but one simple request and they still screw it up. We've been to this location a couple times over the past few months and have found the service to be great-very friendly, accurate orders, and apologetic when there is even a slight wait. They even offered us free drinks once when we had to wait 5 minutes for our chicken sandwiches. It is typical Burger King fare. The new Eggnormus Burrito lives up to the name and it was delicious. read more

Take your own risk at this location, I went there last night and ordered two combos. The chicken on the chicken sandwich I got for my husband was dried and very salty, and the whopper meat did not taste like grilled the cheese on both orders looks and tasted fake and everything was NOT WARM enough. The staff did not even greeted us when we got there nor to others customer, I had to say "hello, Hello" so they will notice us. it took forever to order and even longer to receive our order. The WORST service I've ever had. Sat for over 20 minutes in the drive-thru waiting to PLACE an order; then decided to continue on through without doing so. The gal at the window laughed as I drove on by to leave. I called the restaurant to complain. I explained to the person answering the phone what happened, telling her what poor non-service there was. She could have cared less, responding, "is that all? ". I will never return to this restaurant EVER! I went to McDonald's next door instead. Havn 't been to a burger king in a while.... wow ! what happened? the barely there meat on my double hamburger was so thin and small i could barely see it and the two patties together were not as big even as one should be, had the taste and consistency of cardboard... i was so hungry i ate it but returned the cold $2.00 fries at least they were thicker though. a good thing. I gave it one star, simply because there is no way to give it negative stars. It really deserves an accolade of NEGATIVE 5 stars. No. Really. And, it really isn't the people who work there. They simply have not been taught how Burger King should be, (even though that leaves a lot lacking). These people are just winging it. The ownership has no clue about the food, and therefore cannot relate to the customer base which it is intended to serve. Works great for truckers living paycheck to paycheck, spending their last four dollars and thirty seven cents, but for everyone else, not so much. I purchased the "new bacon and cheese crispy chicken sandwich". I should have known when I received it in 3 mins that something was going to be wrong. The bacon was burnt and the chicken was so cold that my cheese never even melted. Is it too much to ask for a fresh HOT sandwich? If I wanted cold I would have went to the deli down the road. Okay. Here's the deal. If there was ever a place to give a "Black Hole" rating, where ALL the stars were sucked into oblivion, this location would be it. From the goopy gallon and a half of mayo, frozen piece of cheese, on a teency-weency shriveled up hours old piece of....(well, THEY call it meat) on an ICE COLD bun with the consistency of Limestone, and a slice of last week's tomato sliced wafer thin, you might like it. I got a Hot Dog and it was so hard I thought I chipped a tooth biting into it. Now, as for the help, they're friendly, and all too eager to make your meal again, since they do it so much, that you actually feel sorry for them having to work there. This is the second truck stop Burger King I've been disappointed by. However, at least this time they made my sandwich right (one put a chicken burger on a whopper bun and there was way too much bread, plus it was burnt). Anyway, the cashier was hard of hearing or something because I said I just wanted the Chicken burger and he asked me if I wanted small, medium, or large. I then told him no ketchup, and he thought I said no pickles. I asked for a side of barbecue sauce, and of course he forgot, and he put our order in a bag, even though we were eating in. I asked for my barbecue sauce again, and I got a tiny plastic container with a tablespoon of barbecue sauce in it. First of all, that's not even enough for one nugget, let alone a sandwich. Secondly, why is it in a plastic container and not the standard BK barbecue sauce in the sealed plastic cups? I threw the crap away, I don't trust it not being in a sealed container. It would have been one thing if I saw him pump it into the cup from a Heinz pump, but it was already in the container just below the counter. At least the food was hot and cooked right. read more

WORST BurgerKing in the state of Texas. The service is slow and sometimes given with attitude. You would think that one Burger King's food would be like the rest of them, not true here. Usually the burgers and fries are cold, warm if your lucky. It's almost like they cooked everything hours before you come.
