Tonight, Monday, 11/14/22, there was one car in the drive through and one customer at the counter. The customer at the counter was demanding a refund. This didn't seem right. My food was fine ... the nuggets might have been a little too crispy ... the chicken was good but crust was overly crunchy.

I drive to the window a second time and they give me 5 very burnt tenders and forgot my condiments. All around terrible time. I learned to not be considerate at this location because it will be taken for granted.

Food quality is inconsistent, sometimes it's great and other times it's the smallest chicken pieces you've ever seen with a horrible texture. They also never get delivery orders correct. You will have to double check your order is correct in person before leaving or else it will be wrong (every time). Customer service is forgettable, there's worse places for sure. I don't recommend ordering from here unless you will be picking up in person and can validate the quality and correctness of your food.

I liked that. On top of that, her voice was clear and the video screen was working well. At the window for payment, the employee was friendly with a smile.
