It was slow roasted and it looked like it had been smoked with lots of spices. If I were to raise any concerns, it's just that that piece of chicken was awfully small. I think when they roast it for that long it just dries out some and then it shrinks a lot, but it was darn tasty. The service is quite good. The place is clean and you get yourself a free ice cream cone as long as you want to pull it yourself after your meal.
