My family and I stopped here on a road trip and they were kind enough to separate each of our orders without us saying anything. I did an online order, and arrived at the store for a pickup at 7:54 pm. The doors were open, and the store is listed as being open until 9:00pm. I was ignored at the counter while the girl obviously wasn't interested in making eye contact. FINALLY, I was told: "The store is closed". I offered in return: I'm just here to pick up an online order. She replied: "The diningroom is closed, you're not supposed to be inside. You'll have to go thru the drive-thru". I replied: "My order is right there in on the shelf.. All you have to do is hand it to me". She replied: "You'll have to go come thru the drive-thru.. You shouldn't be inside". I replied: It's 3 feet from you. All you have to do is hand the bag to me...... .. AND in the most indignant manner, she managed to GRAB the bag, and just about fling it at me. I'm not sure what happened with this croissant sandwich, but that is certainly not a full egg. Part of the egg you can see light through it's so thin. Much different than the others in the order. Someone needs to up the quality check. read more

TERRIBLE!!! It's unfortunate because this location was completely renovated within the last couple of years and it's one of the most improved locations aesthetically. But as you were renovating and upgrading....upgrading the employees that will have the privilege of working in a fresh, newer, updated environment would have completed the renovation! every time I come to your store, there's some type of sob story on why I should feel bad for you and give you allowance and let you do my food really slow. This time you guys make me wait 10 minutes to proceed to tell me that yall system is down. it's hard to believe when you hear them giggling and laughing in the background with no one in line and the store empty . The absolute slowest service ever. There are a number of things I can think of that would be faster than waiting in this Burger King's drive thru: 1. Waiting at the DMV 2. Watching grass grow 3. Assembling furniture from Ikea 4. Transferring Apple data 5. Finishing the Lord of the Rings trilogy Among others. I don't know if this was a one time thing, but I got in line at the drive through and they took 20 minutes to order for 2 cars. We got to the ordering station and worker told us to give him a minute. He didn't return for 5 minutes and we just abandoned ship and left. We believe there was only one worker at the establishment. read more

It is a typical Burger King. You know what you are going to get when you go here and you know what it is going to cost. The thing that stands out about this one is the poor service. This one is not a have it your way Burger King. It's not like we asked for a bunch of customizations we only asked for a diet soda with no ice. When the lady at the window handed us the drink we went to hand it back to and told her it had ice. She argued with is when it obviously had ice. She finally gave in and took it back to us and was like oh and dumped it out and gave us a regular soda. At least it had no ice but we wanted a diet soda. I do have to say I am surprised we got service this time. The last two times we went we didn't get service. (Yes they were open during those visits. We should have taken the hint and not gone back.) we will never return to this one again. read more

My closest BK never made the numbers to keep them open despite the fact that they were located on a busy intersection with thousands of cars passing by daily! I found my current location to be very good and despite the fact that your mobile order isn't started until you hit the drive through; you spend your anticipated time savings sitting in your vehicle, waiting for your food to be brought to you. My only other issue with every BK is their charges for things like lettuce and tomato. I guess they figure most people don't remember BK's slogan, "Have it Your Way"! read more

If I could give a negative review I would. I was there today at 2:15. Sat in drive thru for 15 minuets. They got our food wrong. We went in to tell them it was wrong on receipt. Manager was to busy, cashier was complaining about being to busy and giving his friends fries. Finally manager came out took burgers and rolled his eyes made burgers incorrectly again. When we rolled him he got mad grabbed hamburger and just scrapped it all off and said here!! He said he had other customers to deal with and only 4 employees working. Really?!?! It's bad to see the service levels starting to drop at this location. I have had several bad experiences from this location ranging from cold stale food. This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I ordered a whopper with cheese and I didn't get cheese so I went back and asked politely and I got the same whopper back and they put 3 pieces of cheese fresh out the cooler. The place also had a lot of trash laying around and the workers were lazy. read more

Worst place ever!! They are always understaffed and when fully staffed they play around and talk like sailors, you can hear them fighting amongst them selves through the intercom for the drive-thru. I can say that maybe only twice has my order has cam out the way I asked for it. Don't even try to come at night because it takes the ten minutes to answer the drive-thru and it takes another fifteen to get your food after you have paid. read more

Every time I eat here, I'm thoroughly disappointed. What's worse is when you speak to the staff, they don't care. I've made several complaints through the surveys on the back of the receipt and nothing ever changes. Guess I'll go to another place to eat from now on. Employees here seem to have hearing problems when it comes to taking orders or they just don't care if they get the customers order correct. Almost every time I use the drive thru at this Burger King there is something wrong with my order. Get cold fries with salt, instead of the fries with no salt I ordered. I pay for a small fry that I didn't order, instead of the value fry I ordered. I pay for a sandwich with cheese added and get no cheese. Ask for the senior discount at the menu board and get regular price. When I get to pickup window, they give me less money back then I would have gotten if the senior discount was put on the order in the beginning. Figure that one out. With all this, employees don't even offer you anything for all your frustration with their service. If the order was shown on the screen, then at least the customer can correct what's wrong on their order. I guess each customer needs to stop at the drive thru window and go through there order and check their receipt. I go to their site on the internet and post my issues and when I do, the site ask about calling me back. I say yes and never hear from them. They don't care!!! I don't recommend this BK if you want what you order to be correct. read more
