Had the chicken pram sandwich. I like it better than the old one they use to carry. It's a small size than before but not drowning in sauce. It's BK- the food is the food, The location is convenient if you have to go to Kapolie. If you need a tame cold drink after going out to White Plains for too long like I seem to sometimes do- then here is a nice go to stop before heading back to Honolulu town side. The food is all the same. There is just enough seating- not a ton so it can get crowded if you go at the wrong time. Parking can be a pain too sometimes as it is not as easy to get in and out quickly. read more

Went here last night and the first thing I got was the soda for my meal... so while I was waiting on my meal I drank the soda... the soda was watm with very little ice. I shook up the cup to cool down the drink and took another sip... there was no carbonation in my sprite. I told the employee and she offered me the fruit punch but I wanted soda... she said if the sprite was oit of carbonation then the rest of the sodas would be the same way. I LOVE the interior design of this place! love! it's very modern, bright and inviting. The only bad part about this Burger King, is the PRICE. Wow this place must be run by cheapskates. Then again it has always been a pet peeve of mine to see the sign "one refill only" or to see that the fast food value menu really isn't a value menu. During our order, the employee informed us that the credit card machine was out of order. Since we are here in Hawaii on business this was quite an inconvenience. We were not offered any consideration... I think they intentionally took the machines down to save on credit card merchant fees. All I asked for was an extra drink and they said no. I informed him that the back of the receipt read "any size fries and drink" and that value is included in the offer... heck it's been included for years at so many other different Burger King Restaurants. I'm so flippin disgusted with this location and the staff. My family and I are always used to large orders so this has nothing to do with the amount we paid. All the breakfast items we ordered we extremely over cooked, all the bacon in all 4 breakfast platters were burnt, black and burnt. The Hashbrowns were soggy, as if it was sitting for a while. The bread on breakfast sandwiches were also soggy and the coffee was crap, it tasted old and burnt and had no sugar in it! This is not an exaggeration. It was un edible. I called and spoke to the manager. I did get a full refund but was greeted with stupid looks and stares from all their staff and some of them speaking in their Filipino native tounge. I was outraged and will be contacting corporate and their franchise owner. I have Filipino friends and family so I'm not prejudice! But speaking in another language in front of the customer is a no no! This location is never consistent and something always seems to be wrong. Against my other half's better judgment, he went there anyway. I didn't know he went there to get us breakfast after his morning out fishing. We will never ever go back there.
