Love this place! Fast food if you love chicken tenders. Yes they have different sizes and combos. I usually get full with the 3 piece, the cole slaw is good and love the Texas toast. This is one of the few fast food places that I enjoy and is a regular spot to go to.

That's a lot of food! (We shared it).

After trying Raising Cane's 3 times, I'm finally ready to write a review. I learned after the first time that the key to having great chicken at Cane's is to always, always eat in. The food comes out HOT (like burn your fingers & mouth hot). The chicken is juicy, the sauce makes the fries & chicken taste amazing. Even for white meat, the chicken was juicy and tender. The only thing that would have made it better is if the fried coating stuck to the chicken better. It frequently slid off when we grabbed it. Service is good--we were pleasantly surprised that a manager stopped at our table to ask how our food was--nice touch. My reason for removing 1 star: I do not recommend taking out to eat at a later time. After eating takeout from there the first time, I didn't think I'd ever go back. Glad I gave it another chance~

I should've listened to my fellow Yelper's and dined in instead of going through the drive through. The quality was good. Chicken was crispy and tender, loved the toast, and their signature sauce. Wish they would bag the meal rather than having me try to balance it to get it into the car. Service was average for a drive through.

3 Caniac Combos and 3 hot sauce packets. I said plenty hot sauce. Didn't know plenty now means a few.

How is 3 hot sauce packets enough for 3 Caniac Combos?? 18 pieces of chicken. Each chicken only can have 1/6 of a hot sauce packets?

I came in 11/30 and ordered a combo box. Finishing the left over chicken strips this 12/1 I took a bite and after chewing for a bit heard a crack and felt a sharp pain in my tooth. Spitting the chicken out I found something the size of a grain of rice and a chip of my tooth. I called into the store and spoke with a manager detailing what happened. Was given a email for a general manager because they were not sure how to respond. From a customer service perspective I was surprised she didn't even offer an apology for this situation. I am going to the dentist tomorrow or as soon as possible as my molar currently hurts. I am really disappointed, this is only the second time visiting the restaurant and I am not sure I will feel comfortable returning.

Finally got to give this place a try since the hype has definitely died down. We don't usually eat here, even in the mainland but im so glad their menu is pretty straight forward. We ordered two 4 piece box combos. The combo consists of 4 crispy chicken fingers, crinkle fries, Texas toast, cole slaw and a drink. We asked to switch the cole slaw to another piece of toast. The ambiance at this location was pretty cool. Felt like a diner vibe with the jerseys on the wall, disco balls on the ceilings and various paintings and murals throughout the dining area. Service was fast and before we knew it, our order was ready. The chicken fingers were fresh and crispy on the outside and the meat inside was tender. I also enjoyed their fries and the cane sauce that comes with the combo. My favorite was probably their toast. It was delicious and love a hint of crisp from the grill. For a quick bite or to fulfill your cravings, Raising Canes wont disappoint!

The price is still pretty decent. I always get their 2 piece chicken tenders, fries & toast, still a good bargain. Quick drive thru.

Lunch in Kapolei, O'ahu, Hawai'i…read more.. Some people think that Kapolei is far... Well, it's relatively far, depending on where you start from and if it's peak traffic time. I went on a Monday before the lunch crowd. My goal was to pick up my Instagram prize. There wasn't much traffic! The parking lot was spacious! The outside had some construction going on. Inside was really nice - because it's kind of new. The restroom was clean and didn't have a code for the door... LOL! I ordered a Kids' Meal which included a small drink and a toy (coloring board with crayons). The 5-piece chicken nuggets were not all the same shape which means to me that they're fresh pieces of chicken - not formed from little scraps or anything like that. I dipped them in the Polynesian sauce - it was kind of a smokey sweet sour flavor. The fresh fruit cup was created from blueberries, strawberries, and mandarin orange slices. It was fresh and colorful! This Kapolei Parkway location had an Instagram contest and I happened to win 2 cow plushies (what i really wanted), a pen, 2 plastic cups, a tray, shades, a bottle of sauce, and 4 gift cards! Wow! Thank you so much! And thanks for the pleasant service! The patient cashier had to help me figure out how to get credit for my purchase on the app!

The only thing I'd love to see improved is speed. The last few times I've visited, service has been pretty slower and slowed me down significantly (whether I was ordering inside, mobile order, or drive through). Still a solid location and one I still visit pretty often.

I understand that they ate most of it, but when I brought it to their attention I was just met with attitude about being a chef. I told the girl that came from the back, I'm assuming the kitchen manager, that I was a chef and know raw chicken when I see it, and she returns with well "I've been one for 10 years" great and good for you but that's not what I'm addressing. I was being as polite as I possibly could be, and I could see and hear an attitude rising in her voice and demeanor. What people need to understand is that if you're a chef and someone is making a complaint about the food, it's not a personal attack on them or their capabilities but simply on an isolated incident. I asked for a partial refund, they said they don't do that and refused to give a refund since the bowl was mostly eaten already. No resolve. People who read my reviews know I do not leave reviews like this, and this is a first for sure for a good reason. I didn't even get to the food. For a Japanese store to claim to have authentic chicken karaage, they fell extremely short in that department. You're doing one thing and supposed to be doing it well, and you failed. Update: my husband ended up getting stomach pains and threw up everything that he ate from the establishment. DO NOT eat there. It's not even real karaage?!?!?! The chicken was blond and had no karaage taste. Trust I'll be making it more at home instead of coming to this place. Save your time, money, and stomach from this place.

Passed by this place several times, always rolling down my window to smell the smokey goodness. Finally decided to give their huli huli chicken a try and we did not regret it. The chicken was so delicious. Seasoned and smoked to perfection. It was so tender and juicy. Opted to go for a chicken plate which came with half a chicken, 2 scoops rice, corn and a side of their sauce. It was $18 which I gladly paid for because of how delicious it was and how big the portion was. It was good enough for 2-3 people. The staff was really nice. Shoutout to the braddahs working the smoker. Showed so much aloha with their smile and throwing shakas all around. Mahalo to the Braddah who without hesitation lent us his fan when he saw my daughters. In his words, "it's hot, keep the kids nice and cool". So good. I'll have to come back and their other food!

I didn't get the side of potato salad but wanted to try the pickled ung choy $10. for container. I loved how the chicken is cooked, fire roasted huli chicken. My opinion, Wow- so Ono! I loved the fried pork, super tasty, I loved the dipping the pork with vinegar sauce and the chicken, so tender, juicy and loved it. I love the flavor in every bite eating fried pork, chicken, rice and ate it with the ung choy instead of corn. The best huli chicken here at Waipahu side.
