The wait time is ridiculous! Outside is filthy. Customer service sucks! Not returning!

I love this place! It's just a simple old school style cheeseburger and greasy looking fries, but when you eat it with the special mayo/mustard sauce it is delicious. The meat is a homemade patty, and the fries is thin and soft which don't bother me. A dear friend turned me on to this place during my teen years, otherwise I would remain clueless about this place. I'm so happy they remained opened despite a couple of name changes/new owners perhaps, but that special yellow sauce remained the same thank goodness! It's far and you'll feel like you'll never get here, but always worth the drive. Good thing I live far away, I can't be eating this stuff as often as I probably would. read more

Only take out, counter service, with free parking in the lot. Don't even think about calling them via phone. We've tried it and no one answers the phone. Go there in person and place your order(s). Peak time gets busy. My family and I only order hamburgers, cheeseburgers without ketchup, soft, sometimes hot, slightly pāpaʻa fries with their famous mustard mayo sauce. Hamburgers and cheeseburgers automatically includes ketchup and mustard mayo sauce. If you don't want either of those ingredients in burger(s), inform Cashier when placing your order(s). It's been a long time since I eaten here yet yearned for mustard mayo sauce and fries. This was our favorite teen hamburger special sauce place. It was ok yet could have gotten a bigger burger on Nanakuli Ave truck with the special sauce and cost less. The pastele stew was the worst I had ever. It was very salty, lots of olives, hardly any meat and I should have known not to get it especially since she had to check if they had enough for 2 plates. I think they used fillers like extra rice to make 2 plates. They have a sign on the counter top that reads " pastele and gandule rice$8, it's actually $18. Small little "hole in the wall" in the center of waianae.. Its pretty cool coming here is like going back in time to a drive inn restaurant in the 80's. Just a window in the side of the building (kam hwy side) then pick up is around the corner on the other side. The staff is friendly and cool and the place looks old but seems clean from what I could see. The Teri butger was not anything outstanding but good and worth the price... I heard some raving about the french fries and the special sauce. The cashier is always so patient with me and always reminds me that the Deluxe burger is what I want. Deluxe burger comes with the LTOP ketchup mustard mayo. Every time I've gone the wait has been reasonable, within 15min from ordering. I usually order 3 burgers, 3 fries and 2 large drinks. It's all just the right amount of food for lunch. I wanted to try the famous West side Homemade Burger with special SAUCE. I love the flavor of the Patty, which is pretty thick, nice sear on outside and soft inside. Their sauce is a mayo-mustard and some secret ingredient, which makes it majical tasting. We ordered a Nutella shake, which blew our mind, I drank most of it... so much for sharing with my bf Now I've much to say about ALL the NEGATIVE reviews from ppl who are ignorant. If you're not familiar with our West side population and have NO inclination or empathy for humanity... DONT GO THERE. The wait for this place was pretty long although there weren't many customers. I ordered the cheeseburger meal and the portion was small. The fries were a bit soggy. I had the sauce on the side and it tasted more of like honey mustard. If you are on a budget I would recommend coming here other than that I wouldn't come back. for the prices it's no worth it. for a Teri burger it's $8 if you want cheese its 1.60 more so almost $10 and if you want it a deluxe add 2.00. its nothing special just a mays hamburger patty with cheese n their special sauce. we also ordered a mini hamburger steak which came with a scoop of rice spread on the bottom of the with a small hamburger patty (which was good) but it got ruined by what tasted to be package brown gravy with their own twist and a side container of potato salad that was the best part of the plate which was $12 . Altogether we ordered 3 Teri cheeseburgers one of them was a meal, mini hamburger steak and 2 orders of pastele lumpia 2 pieces for $5. Total was $66.55 with tax, 4% fee and tip. Updating because I came back to try it again. My husband still loves this place. The kids love the burgers and fries. For the price, I can't be mad. I'm still not a lover of their burgers BUUUUUUTTTT I had their pastele stew with gandule rice and that will be my go-to when I'm cruising Waianae. When it used to be Faiths this was my favorite old sku burger place. Ever since the change its been a steady decline in quality and service. Fast forward to 2023 and now the price for a single cheeseburger is $3.00, that used to get you a double cheeseburger a year ago. The fries is all crumbles half the time and yet that also went up in price. Some may argue its the times but for what it is it's too much. Plus we had to pay extra for cheese on our Teri burgers and we didn't even get the extra cheese!
