I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. First issue was, customers park in the curbside pickup spots so I had to wait for an available spot. Once I parked I checked in as always. I was sitting there more than 15 minutes already and I witnessed 3 cars arrive after me and get their food before me. I stopped the worker after he gave another car their food and told him I've been waiting nearly 20 minutes and still haven't gotten my food. I told him the cars he just delivered to came after me. He then said our fry machine is not working. That caught me off guard and I said really? He asked for my order number and walked back in the restaurant. Within a couple of minutes he came back with my order and said it wasn't the fry machine it was the fish sandwich that took a long time. I am sure they know some people go to eat during their lunch break. Many people get 30 minutes. Thats roughly how long it took to get my food. They need to have a corporate person go in undercover and see how this restaurant operates. I don't think we will be returning here. Use caution if you go! If you are on a time constraint do not go!
