really spent my whole 35 min lunch break in the drive through :/ took like 25 mins to finally get to the window & pay, I wish i was kidding. we came to this burger king and we ordered two whoppers and my mom paid 60 extra cents for cheese on a whopper so when we got it we realized it had no cheese so my mom took it to the front and they started talking bad about us in spanish which we speak they said we were like the indians that only ate half of the burger/whopper and then brought it up to get another one which for me that isn't a nice think to say to a customer so my told them in spanish that I only took one bite of the whopper and when she said that the manager didn't care so she pointed at us like if we were inturuping something SOO important and gave us look filled with attitude and the two workers who did that their names were blanca and beatrice so i wouldn't recommend this place if u want to eat burger king read more

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been too. They are literally out of everything on the menu. We are now stuck in the drive thru that is at least 10 deep and cannot back out. We tried ordering nuggets for the kids, they are out, we tried ordering chicken fingers, they are out, we tried ordering a bacon hamburger, yep, you guessed it, they are out. No sweet tea either. As an amazon driver it's so difficult having clean hands especially during a pandemic. On my lunch I stopped here and was about to order and asked if I could use the restroom for only washing my hands so I can eat in clean peace. The worker said they were closed but she could give me napkins and I said no that's dirty and isn't clean. So I ordered and asked if she could ask the manager. This is a very clean Burger King when I walked in the door the staff was mopping the floors and cleaning the tables. My order was taken by a very polite young lady and my food was out in a flash. The food must have been good because my wife and kids ate it up with no complaints. They have a inside plat area for the kids and TV for the guys with ESPN on all day. This location is always deserted which should give a clue as to the quality but sometimes you just want Burger King ya know? Well, the inside is also always a barren wasteland with no souls to be seen except the lone employee. I wouldn't actually mind this if the food was ok as I don't necessarily like people that much. But, the food is not ok. I keep wanting it to be a mistake but it's now too consistently not ok. It's always cold. The cheese is never melted. The fries or hash browns have clearly been left to sit and get cold yet somehow rock solid until they are just a crisp, cold shell seasoned with salt. I won't be back and I don't suggest you try thinking this is an error either. Your food is going to be cold. Ordered the ultimate breakfast platters and when we pulled them out at home it was like they just stuck the trays of food in the microwave melted literally melted trays struck together... The service has been very poor for years. The only reason they stay in business is probably because McDonald's drive thru stays packed. I don't know if it's the employees here or what. Kerman Burger King never, and I do mean NEVER, fails to disappoint. Why is there no escape lane from the drive-thru!? I keep thinking things will improve and I caught them on a bad day, but I have a bad experience every time. The drive-thru takes forever. Last year, on my last visit, I was in the line for an easy 25 minutes and ended up just canceling my order when I got to the window. Today I was craving the Original Chicken Sandwich. They had a mix n match deal including them, but were all out. No sign on the menu so we were good and stuck for 10 minutes in line and left empty-handed. Middle Aged Chubby worker with the glasses & dark hair was very rude while I was ordering in the speaker and while I was at the window. The sign on the window says sauces are 25 cents each and when I asked for 2 she said they were 27 cents. then when I asked why the sign on the window said 25 cents each she got VERY rude and told me with tax they're 27 cents. We place our order or start to anyways and after the first part my dude says I have a coupon code and this "chick" says (yelling through the speaker) u know what u need to start with that next time bc next time we won't be giving you the price difference. I started boycotting the Burger King in Kerman 2 years ago, when the then manager just kept getting rude and messed up my order without even being sorry. Recently, I decided to try it again and was happy to see that that manager (who informed me she had been in customer service for 15 years, so apparently knew all about providing lousy service) is no longer there. Unfortunately, the food has gotten worse. Their double bacon croissant had 2 pieces of bacon cut in half (and they were small) and that was DOUBLE! I suppose that means their regular bacon croissant has 1 piece of bacon. What a rip off! I can buy a pound of bacon for $5.00. I ordered their new Whopper Melt and it had 2 hamburger patties and cheese and a little bit of sauce and that was it! I thought it was supposed to have grilled onions at least. I will never recommend this Burger King to anyone and as a matter of fact, I think they should go out of business. Their owner obviously doesn't care or things would improve. Wish i had looked reviews before we came here because theyre totally on target. Place was empty at lunchtime on Sat. That should have been our first clue. In spite of no one being there no employees greeted us. Thats fast food 101 greet your customer. Ordered. two value meal combos. Speed food came out was acceptable. Burgers were Ok, but fries had clearly been sitting in the warming tray for a couple hours. Dining room was clean but when we saw how the guy cleaned it we were DISGUSTED. He swept the floor with his little broom, swept the TABLE with the same broom and then continued to sweep the floor again. Then came out and wiped some tables with a rag, but totally bypased the one he used the broom on. Were not from Kerman but would definitely not eat at that BK again. Well...after many chances at redemption I think I may be done. Previously I've received incorrect orders, and cold bread(supposed to be toasted sourdough) and cheese on burgers...today I gave BK another chance and ordered the nightmare king, which is supposed to have a piece of crispy chicken...I opened my burger to find 2 luke warm beef patties. I thought about returning it but after seeing the review about multiple hairs in an order involving returned food, I decided against it. If this place doesn't change soon I don't see how it can stay around much longer. read more
