What is so hard about understanding "No Cheese"??? Every single time I order a burger with no cheese, guess what? It has cheese! It's happened multiple times but yesterday was the final straw. I called and spoke with the manager on duty, Alex, who said it was a communication error. Okay...he offered a apology and said I could return for a free new order and said my name would be put on a list. I go in the next day to collect the order and I told the lady at the counter about the incorrect order and told her Alex told me to come in for a new order. 4/20/23 Drive-thru! Two soft serve vanilla cones ordered. I asked the worker if he could please make it to go in a cup with a bag and that wasn't a problem. The line was long and moved fast! Paid for the order and the worker was very kind. Next window and that worker kindly handed it over with good day wishes! Appreciated! I really love these place's location and ambience but I've stopped going because of the prices. I can't remember the last time my order was correct here. I don't order any substitutions or changes or anything, but something is always wrong or left out of the order. And on top of that it's so slow! I tried curbside the other day and waited well over 20 minutes in the parking spot for the food to be brought out. Maybe a week before that I ordered two chicken nugget Happy Meals and they forgot all the nuggets. This morning, I went in the drive thru and ordered The Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and when I pulled up to the window to pay they didn't even have my order. I guess it wasn't placed when I ordered at the speaker. So I reordered my meal at the window and when I got home ... they forgot the hotcakes. Also my caramel iced coffee was a giant cup of iced caramel milk. It wasn't even slightly tan colored from the caramel. There definitely wasn't any coffee in it. Very busy location and the wait can be long, but the service is good and the people are friendly. This is a nice old school McDonald's with a simple classic style that I really enjoy. There is always a group of old farmers at one of the larger table drinking coffee and talking crops. The staff are a mix of old and young and the place as a whole has a charm to it that you just don't see anymore in today's fast paced cell phone age. The food is what you expect at Mcdonalds and the staff are always hustling to get your food to you fast as they can, but being the only Mcdonalds in town (outside of the one in walmart) you will have some lines. read more

It's McDonalds... You get what is expected from the Golden Arches. The kids love the happy meals with the cute minion toy they play with for about 30 minutes. They enjoy the very consistent tasting chicken nuggets and warm addictive french fries. Don't forget you loved it at some point :-) it's still tough to say "NO" to the french fries. When I do order along with the kiddos I get the mcchicken. I can't seem to enjoy the burgers like I did once. The meat doesn't taste like real juicy hamburger but the chicken isn't bad. Yes, the mcflurry is not mixed. It is soft serve with candy sprinkles. It has been served like this for years so my kids don't know any better or care. They are just happy to be at McDonalds at all. We don't eat inside. We go through the drive through for the most part. The building is old and smells like frying oil. So it smells like expected. I'm just not comfortable with that. The drive through service is quick and the orders tend to be correct. I still double check my orders before driving off. But I do that for all drive throughs. read more
