We got double patty and got charged twice, NO onion rings AND NO BBQ sauce on the burger but loaded it with jalapenos. Oh and gave us a kids size drink. Unfortunately, I have to give this location 1 star. This is now twice I've had dried out chicken sandwich. The chicken was hard and dry as if left out for a whole day and the bread was like a crouton- dried and also flattened. I tried to microwave it to revive it but it made it worse. If you utilize the drive thru, be prepared to be instructed to pull forward and park in the parking lot and wait for quite some time. Apparently dinner for two at BK costs $35+ now too. They are no longer fast or cheap. So you can certainly have it your way, as long as you have a lot of time and money to throw away! read more

The last three times we've used the drive thru, we've had to pull around to the front and wait 15 minutes for our Impossible burger orders. After finishing Z nation on Netflix I had a hungering for some BK. Drove the Larry mobile over to Burger King and grabbed 2 long cheeses burgers with no onions and a large lemonade. I was surprised to find how helpful the staff was. I payed and was given my drink without it being all sticky (because they usually spill it all over). Got my food and was asked if I wanted anything else..........WOW they asked me if I actually needed anything. "I need some napkins," then wait for it. Already in the bag, they said. Went through the drive thru 3 months back, ordered my food. Waited 15 minutes for it, girl handed it to me, I checked bag as I drove off, food was cold, yes cold, pulled into front and parked went in and complained... to a dwarf gal.. she is a dwarf.. they made me a new order of the fries and 2 burgers, took them 12minutes.. I went home and decided to call and report this BK to corporate. I had to do this through Email, got a response back 2 days later, they could care less, so I now avoid BK at all costs even though I do not frequent that often. We'll probably continue to visit this BK because it's close, but it's not all that great. While it's clean inside, the kids' play area is worn-down and lackluster and you can clearly see the boxes and stuff they're storing behind it. When we go through the drive-thru, it takes a while and I never feel like they really care that much. I ordered the whopper meal and 2 taco's. The bun was stale and hard. They did not put any lettuce or cheese on the 2 taco's. I have emailed the store and corporate 2 different time and have heard NOTHING back from either one. You would think they could make the order right in the first place. Cuz I like to say that it took 45 minutes to get my order done. Second they had plenty of help and no one was taking initiative to look at the orders. The manager just kept ignoring that the food was out there getting ready to give it to us cuz it was already except for the french fries. The help they had was too distracted talking and the other one was too slow. While we were waiting he had a cookie on a warmer that he was eating but decided to put on the warmer in the manager asked what's this doing here it is not allowed here because of health issues and he just put it there to keep it warm and they laughed about it.
