Never thought I would leave a five-star review for a fast food place but here we are. This is the best Burger King in PA, especially if you have a kiddo. There's *two* play areas and my son loved the indoor one especially. We went here in the morning to kill time before going to Sesame Place and we had an affordable, hot, yummy breakfast and my son got to burn off energy. The manager was really nice and gave him a couple of bonus toys when he found out his birthday was coming. I would happily return here if I was ever in this part of PA again. read more

Came in with some family while hungry after a super long day. We all ordered separately at the register. The girl helping me out was decently pleasant. My first go-to option was to get chicken tenders, which this location was unfortunately out of. Once I finally decided what I wanted, I went for a Large Fries and Chicken Fries that I had a $3 coupon for. I additionally made an order for a small onion rings. My food was ready in a pretty decent amount of time. Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of my Fries and Chicken Fries. However, the quality of my Onion Rings wasn't so good. The breading tasted stale, and many of the rings were hollow. For a total of $5.24 the meal was still extremely filling and decently satisfying. Overall, I would recommend this location. The customer service was pretty satisfactory, and the food quality was good besides my Onion Rings. I also wish this cafe had tenders. The cafe itself was clean and had a nice fireplace and playground. I see myself returning here once I want Burger King again in the future. read more

service is HORRIBLE! We sat in the drive thru for 10 min waiting to order. We were the only ones and then three more cars pulled up. No one ever even came on the speaker to say they would be with us shortly. We pulled around and went inside and nothing but yelling and screaming between employees and someone FINALLY answered the drive thru and was yelling at the customers. inside the restaurant is FILTHY!! there was only two customers inside and there were 6 employees!!!! No excuse to sit in drive thru over 10 minutes and have to go inside! read more

I went to this Burger King last week I got my food to go. All the food was very old and cold!! I only live 5 minutes away this food was sitting around for a very long time. I called and asked for a manager the guy said he was the manager his Name was Kevin he was very rude after I told him that the food was old and cold I explained to him that this food was not free I paid good money for it and I should have been able to eat it. I told him I was going to call corporate he said if I was gonna do that he was not gonna replace the food. I told him he needs to talk to his employees about not serving old food he pretty much lol and hung up the phone. read more

This Burger King sits in the neighborhood of Sesame Place and Oxford Valley Mall. As such, it is in a premier location to attract families and shoppers for a fast bite. Anticipating this, BKHQ designed this shop with extra space, large kiddie room, and a multitude of dining areas with different looks and feels. They even put in a fireplace lounge for those in a romantic mood. It may be the nicest Burger King I have ever seen. Almost date-worthy. My Whopper was as good as a Whopper can be, and still fell short of much of the competition. It was hot, but the large slices of onion were not. Mayo and lettuce caused slippage, and my fingers bore witness to the consequence. Fries were decent and there were plenty of carbonated beverages, while not the excessive choice of the new fangled sodie machines. Service was amazingly efficient for a fast food operation, with servers walking my tray over to me beyond the counter. The space was very clean. If BK figured out how to make a first rate burger, a joint like this would be a revelation. read more

I go to this Burger King almost everyday to get two large Diet Cokes. Staff is prompt and friendly! However, this week the soda that is being served has been undrinkable. I hope it is just a bad case that is being used for the fountain. It tastes terrible. Almost like Dr Pepper. Myself and my house mate have both been here to get diet cokes and they have tasted the same. I do hope this issue with the fountain diet coke will be remedied soon. read more

Manager comes out yelling at customers that they ain't Takin no more customers because they're backed up there dropping food on the floor bags on the floor and still putting food in the bags that they dropped on the floor read more

Store staff is rude and made my food wrong twice. You would be better off eating at Chick Fil across the street.
