Everytime I go inside with my friend the staff is respectful, accommodating, fast, and there's crowns everywhere so it's fun. The food is always good, fresh and hot. Its always quiet and peaceful they're amazing treating teenagers and younger kids and I'll be going here more often. They are also great with coupons and if you say or show before ordering it's immediate. Let's start by saying it seems more important that the drive thru timer stay under a minute which then causes a rush job on the food and any request you may have for items you dislike not to be on your sandwich. I've frequented this location many times until this evening which was my last visit. I've put up with the occasional drinks that had no syrup but simply carbonated water, I've also put up with asking items I dislike to not be included only to drive away and .......on the sandwich anyway ⁉. Tonight was the worst . I ordered my impossible whopper and asked onions and pickles not be put on! Not only were these items on but the patty was cold , tough and tasted disgusting. One of the worst ever. Never had a good experience here. Play games at the drive through to try to improve their performance record with corporate office, they ask people to pull backwards or forwards in the drive-thru to "reset the clock". How about instead of games make and serve food!? Have been asked here to pull up when no one else is on line at drive-up window... more clock resetting so they can sit back and relax and play around inside. Watch your food closely if you decide my review isn't helpful in steering you away from this bad decision of a restaurant. Hmmm 4 stars for the store itself. This store is located near 5 town on busy Nassau Expressway. This place has improved tremendously appearance wise. The renovation did them good! There's a parking lot for parking and also wifi inside for free. Although the store is beautiful and nicely renovated, the staff were horrible my goodness. All they did was focus on the drive though orders so they can meet time goals and forget us, the people who were waiting inside for our food. Also you can hear a bunch of gossiping going on and attitudes being thrown left and right to each other. Most unprofessional staff I've see in a while. I saw our sandwiches sit there for a while until the lady behind the counter finally felt like giving us our food.(10 minutest) When we finally got our whoppers, they were cold. So upsetting. My wife popped in since the adjacent Popeyes didn't have milk, and my three year old was asking for it. She wasn't impressed. First, it took a very long time for a simple order, even though she was the only one in the store. Second, they got the order wrong (forgot the cheese on the bacon cheeseburger). Finally, she asked for utensils and got a fork and, wait for it, another fork. Not a winner. They didn't have much time to not do great, but they succeeded tremendously anyway. I usually am happy w Burger King however I placed an order for delivery and I specialized my sandwiches, and we all know food place likes to upcharge for adding additional ingredients, for my food to get here and it's all wrong they just made regular sandwiches. The cashier might've been one of the most miserable people I've come across. Definitely loves her job... I've worked at this store before, I started October of 2019 and this is literally the worst job experience I ever had. This was the most toxic work environment I ever experienced. The staff were terrible and the manager, Bianca Lofton or Fulton (whatever her last name is) is the worst manager ever. Her staff are equipped with no great customer service whatsoever, they're lazy, negligent, they were obnoxiously insubordinate and they had foul mouths. The amount of shit/rumors I've heard them conjure about me and spread was wild. I'm surprised I didn't have a mental breakdown in that place. The manager knew and did nothing, she encouraged really, considering she favored those employee which whom still probably work there. I honestly wanted to complain for this same reason. Defamation of character. I was the one mostly doing everything, ever more than her "assistant managers" never have I been promoted... also, I got blamed for ALL of the wrong doings of the entirety of the store.... How? She gave me a manager shirt, most people including workers thought I was a manager. Never got managerial pay though. She also told to me watch show up at work, stay clocked out, and watch work related videos which lasted hours. I was in the work building half of the day and never got paid for it.... This "manager" also tried to keep my W2 when I quit. I know for a fact because a former worker she fired said he never received his W2, MONTHS after he was fired. Probably going on a year. The W2 she promised to send him. Only difference between me and him was that I was persistent and she wasn't keep my money. I HAD to come up to the store and demand my W2 which she didn't have. Before I quit, She told me i would have to pick it up from the store. But then when I quit she told me it would be mailed to me? I waited and waited and waited well past February and my W2 still hadn't arrived. I emailed her, she never responded. I called about it afterward twice and she let the phone ring both times. No way she was busy. I had to come back into the store and press her about it. So why suddenly did my W2 disappear? I had to go through Human Resources to get a copy sent to me.... I waited in the drive thru line tonight for 25 minutes it was as if they were butchering the cows it took so long. When I finally got to place my order the girl kept asking me to hold. I ordered 2 rodeo burgers which is suppose to have bbq sauce and onion rings inside. A medium fries a whopper jr with extra onions (keep in mind this is a 24/7 bk yet they had absolutely no onions) a large onion ring And a spicy chicken fries. When I got to the window the cashier told me there were also out of spicy chicken fries so I said ok then just take it off my order. At which the cashier rolled her eyes at me because she was having to do additional work. Got my order finally after waiting an additional 15 minutes. Got home the 2 rodeo burgers had no onion rings in them. My whopper jr actually had 2 patties inside. My onion rings were only a quarter full! I am beyond pissed and still hungry! Worked here back in 1987 Burgers are chain Conveyor fried though a grill. They are picked and put on a bun and into a steamer until a customer orders one, then it is pulled from the steamer, thrown into a microwave where it loses more nutrition then served to the happy customer. I arrived at Burger King at around 10:15 pm . As I approached the door one of the workers closes and locks the door in my face . So I look at the hours and it says 24hrs . I knock on door and cashier waved her finger . Meanwhile there are customers in the store and on line . So I go to drive through window after placing my order I ask why was I locked out . hello, yes i called the burger king and i said im waiting for my order and they said it was nothing with ur name here and i came and called uber eats to tell them to call burger king and they call and didnt answer so i told them why they taking so long for my order if its a whole hour that they picking up my food and then it was one guy then they cancel the uber eats and put another one then they cancel it again then a guy with a bike came and a whole another hour i had to wait for my food to arrive to my moms house and then the thing is that the guy was around mcdonalds a whole another hour and i dont know what he was doing then came to my moms house, and then while i was outside talking to the guy outside my daughter tap me and said mom wheres ur order and uber eat guy left.
