I'm a big fan of Taco Bell but this is not my favorite location although it's close to my house. I find they are a bit stingy on ingredients and sometimes my order is incorrect. I placed an order with Grubhub the dumb ass drive parked 3 blocks away and never delivered my food. I call his number voicemail 4 times. I even texted the driver. He puts on the GRUBHUB app he delivered my order. I call grubhub and the respondent Emmanuel tells me he can give me half off the next order. I waited over and hour and the changed the time. I ask to speak to a manager they put me on hold and tried to put someone else on. Then I ask again for a manager again. i finally speak to a Dina who had an attitude. She tells me we can't deliver the order. Now they want to give me a discount on the next order like I am going to go through this again. Grubhub is the worst. I love Taco Bell, but I think out of all the ones I have been to in my life, this one is the slowest. The line for the drive-thru is always long. It takes forever for them to get it moving. When it's your turn to order, whoever is on the other end receiving it doesn't even let you know they are ready for you to order. You just hear silence. Then they are always busy talking to other people in the background, messing peoples orders up, causing them to have to constantly repeat themselves. Some of the workers even give you an attitude! I witnessed a employee cut herself on the job. The cut was so bad she was leaking blood and instead of allowing her to get medical treatment, management forced her to continue working. After waiting in line 25 minutes patiently i finally got my food with only 4 cars in front of me. And i heard them because the window is open complaining about not having a manager and their coworkers and going off. Once i got my meal i said this isnt mine i got nachos box, and there were fries and he went no this is right its just not in the box and i was like but theres fries and he was like yeah this is yours. I have been coming to this Taco Bell since I can remember. I stop by here whenever I'm jonesing for some Taco Bell, which is pretty often. I know a few people who stop by here way too often, but I guess we all just love this chain way too much and well it's very cheap. I do not remember this Taco Bell being closed for salmonella. I do remember when there was some outbreak a few years back and that this was one of the Taco Bells that wasn't closed. On Friday/Saturday nights the drive through will get crowded with everyone stopping by during their night out. During the school year, the lunch hour will be filled with students from the nearby high school. I've never had really bad service here. Once there was a worker that took her time, but that was once and I haven't seen her in a long time. Usually I have no complaints when it comes to the employees. The drive-thru is always great expect to wait during the busy times like with any resturaunt. The staff is always very nice and friendly. Food is usually fresh and consistent. They have renovated after Hurricane Sandy so it has gotten "cleaner" than before. The service is pretty fast for drive thru even during lunch time. I have to keep asking for sauce which is a bummer. Sometimes I might as well go in and order my food because I really love the sauces! read more

Totally guilty pleasure that is on my way home, and have to agree with other reviewers - have patience in the drive-thru. Only giving 1 star because i cant give (0) ..Ive been to many but this particular one has very poor customer service, from young teenagers. My wife and i ordered 2-$5 boxes and chicken everything, one box came with chicken 1 came with beef. I ordered 4 double decker tacos. Asked for the meat to be substituted for black beans. Was told ok sir. I get my order drive home and guess what I have meat in my tacos. So I drive back and to have my order corrected and it was but it was wrong again. I was upset that I waited till I got home to check so another trip back. This time the took out the re-fried beans, used the black beans and still filled it with meat. So I returned to the store again to correct the food. Wish you could give zero stars. I mean, I know its taco bell but "damn....". I have never been so sick in my entire life. I couldn't even get a mile away before I had to pull into another shopping center and have to use the bathroom. I was sick for the next 2 days with food poisoning.
