This is probably the worst McDonald's I ever been to. I asked for a small caramel latte and two apple pies. It took them 20 minutes to give me this and the manager was the one that end up giving me my order. Mind you no apple pie was available. I went to the drive up and ordered 2 hamburgers and a large fry. I thought the service was good and the person taking order and money was friendly and fast. Got my order very fast and was 100% correct. In general I think McDonald's food is ok nothing special, But offers a good bargain price wise. Horrible customer service this. Ordered thru app for in restaurant pickup. Came and found out dining room closed for renovations. Went to drive thru where rep couldnt find my pre paid order. Drove up and showed my receipt with items thru phone, manager did nothing. App is out of their control. Id have to re order and pay again if i wanted food. The work ethic of this place is a little on the low side, the employee just threw the bag of my food on the table when I ordered to eat in, she kind of just tossed it on the table and turned away and despite that, I said thank you and she turned back and gave me a look of disgust. The food sucks, it's always cold, the workers are rude, the prices at this location are way higher than most other locations and they charge you extra for sauce almost 1.29$ for extra Big Mac sauce I went to another location and she gave me 5 sauces for free. Drive Thru 12:46pm- AllI wanted was an APPLE PIE. Not complicated, right? Wrong! Once I paid at the first window, I had to drive to the second window to pick up my APPLE PIE. I should be in and out without incident, right? WRONG! When I drove up to the 2nd window, there were two young ladies involved in a "Yap-Fest." Two cars were now behind me. This McDonald is the most unprofessional establishment that I have ever visited. A friend and I were visiting the drive thru late at night to pickup a quick coffee. We waited about 15 min to even place our order. When heading to the window gentle gave us our order however the coffee wasn't to properly made. After expressing our dissatisfaction we asked if they can remake the coffee. The gentleman called his manager to make the new coffee and proceeded to charge us again for a new coffee after they initially made the blunder. We asked if that's the case if us back the initial one back and we would leave since we weren't going to pay for another coffee. The manager the said under her breathe "just close the door and don't give them anything". So to anyone visiting this location prepare to have the door closed on you. One of the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to and I have only been to the drive thru (I can't even imagine going IN here based on the drive thru service). First off all, the McDonald's is in a really bad position...good luck getting back on Rockaway Turnpike and going towards Long Beach (if intended). This is one of the few places on the Rockaway Tpke that is open late night (it's 24 hours) too bad they don't have food all the time! We went there on our way home from Queens (heading to LB) one night and asked for chicken nuggets, fries and a milkshake. We were told that there were no more nuggets that day, nor were there any fries available and that the milk shake machine was down. This seems to be the late night pattern - they are usually out of chicken nuggets and milk shakes or anything ice cream related....pretty much, get a hamburger and if you don't eat beef then that's just too bad (as spoken by the employee at this location).This has happened numerous times...so go to the Burger King which is open pretty late and a few blocks ahead. There is also another McDonald's further up on Rockaway just past the Long Beach exit but I'm not sure of hours. Also, there have been days when they don't take credit cards. Something is always broken (credit card machine or ice cream machine) or missing (no nuggets, no fries, etc). Also, the staff seems to think their attitudes are funny and are very obnoxious. I received my order and I was missing 2 items that were paid for. I went into the store and made the purchase again since I threw out the receipt.
