I don't usually expect much from fast food, but this Burger King honestly surprised me. The food was the freshest I've had at any Burger King--hot, well-made, and not sitting around. I should have read reviews FIRST. If I had we would have drove to the next BK. We're traveling. We ordered the trio. My husband ordered 2 Whopper Jr w/cheese and fries. Fries weren't completely done and cold. I ordered 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers and fries. Neither of my Bacon Cheeseburgers had BACON on them. Without Bacon, it's called a cheeseburger. we arrived at the venue at 4:45 on 2/22 and as we were walking in we were met by a chorus of workers stating they were not serving at this time. 3 employees were sitting at a table eating. no explanation was given so we left and went across the street to MCDONALDS where we found several more people that had been turned away. if your not going to serve the n at least lock the door and put out the closed sign. read more

The woman was rude and was making racist remarks to My Husband and my son. We are driving cross country from CA to NC and we've never had an experience like this. Place was dirty! Restroom was very dirty and equipment such towel dispenser didn't work. The employees were not rude but definitely looked liked they didn't want to be there. They moved around like if they had molasses for blood. I saw an employee go into the restroom and quickly come out. I'm pretty sure he didn't wash his hands for 20 seconds. read more

Who would of thought you would need look at Yelp for McDonald's I should of . I made my order and when I got to the window to pay it was wrong do I asked to add a double cheeseburger and she did and I paid for a double cheeseburger . So we are traveling through the state and decided to choose this Burger King to stop for food. We got our food to go. Half way down the road my husband spits out a bite and ask what the hell did he just eat?! I inspected the first piece he gave me. Seemed like plastic. Maybe part of an old spatula. He believes it could be from a dirty grill but it's too hard to be char bits. My husband then says he doesn't care he's hungry and decides to continue to eat the burger. (Why? I don't know ‍) . Anyways, he continues and finds more of the black bits inside his burger. So I'm not sure how much of it he had consumed but it shouldn't of been in the burger. I'm posting pictures of his burger and the black pieces that were spit out. Now we know why the parking lot was empty when we pulled up. if I could rate a zero on this place I would, I'm working in the area and I've went 2 times now thinking maybe it'll be better & same mess... first time I order a burger with extra pickles @ ketchup and opened to a small drop, one pickle, no onions or tomatoes and legit 2 small pieces of lettuce and the meat and bread soggy like it'd been cooked in microwave. Today order, get ask to pull to side and wait, open bag to cold fries and meat on burger soft like it'd been thawed and cooked in microwave! Possibly the worst BK I've ever visited. Took 15-20 minutes to prepare our order. No ice in the soda machine. Got my wife's order wrong. My burger was lukewarm and my son's chicken sandwich was slimy. And our "to go" order wasn't made to go. read more

I stopped here while traveling and after having to repeat my order four times, including the phrase "unsweetened ice tea" and listening to the employee completely ignore it to keep asking if I wanted a coke, I left the drive through. When I ordered my food for my children and I, we waited over 7-10 minutes for cold fries, cold nuggets and a cold burger while the only thing was hot was just our cheese sticks. The female that took my order wasn't to friendly when I kindly let her know the Sprite was out and she did replace my drink but with a lot of attitude. The female acted as if she didn't like her job one bit. When I called to let a manager know of the problem the line says busy and the call isn't able to go through. If I could get my money back I sure would in exchange for the cold food that was given to me and my children. This fast food should be rated as a zero. No customer should have to experience nasty/rude attitudes and cold for they wait 10 minutes for. read more

Always something with this Burger King. This is like the 3rd or 4th time I've had this happen at this location. I think the workers just don't like working. Worst BK ever. Bathrooms unclean, no toilet paper, no paper towels. Inside the restaurant all tables and chairs are dirty and sticky. No napkins available. The employees need time management and customer service training. 45 mins for #8 and the employees didn't care about anything other than their plans for the night as they were laughing and not working.
