But the operational side is disorganized to the point of being unacceptable. A simple chicken biscuit in the morning can take up to 30 minutes. That defeats the entire purpose of fast food. Larger orders are even worse. I've placed family meal orders, driven to the restaurant, and found that the order hadn't even been started. That's not a delay--that's a breakdown. At that point, the experience becomes confrontational. You have to push just to get what you already ordered. Eventually, the food comes out, but by then the frustration outweighs the quality. I understand that card theft and fraud are unfortunately common today, but businesses also have a responsibility to ensure their payment systems are secure and to investigate when customers report repeated incidents. I have reported the fraudulent charges, and the individual responsible has been identified. I sincerely hope Burger King takes this matter seriously so that no one else has to deal with the inconvenience, stress, and financial risk that comes with having their card information stolen.
