Came in earlier today ordered a Whopper, onion rings, fries, and Cini Minis. The only thing that came out warm were the Cini Minis. Everything else was cold to the point I couldn't even bother trying to eat it. I tasted each item, confirmed it was all cold, and tossed the whole order in the trash. This Burger King has had a lot of bad reviews in the past, but I think they've really turned things around. I was there the other day and got the original chicken sandwich meal. Went to get breakfast. Once I got home with my food, which was 2 minutes away. I found that my Hoyt coffee was ice cold, all the food was cool. The hash browns were hard as a rock. I give them one star only because they were open! Drive through board isn't working properly. Wait for service at the window is excruciatingly long. While I have empathy for the employees d/t known staffing issues, they are like a team without a coach! Easily confused and little confidence. Tried to charge me for the order of a prior customer that bailed before me. Then couldn't find my order. Told me they were out of sausage, then they weren't out of sausage. Got home and my sandwich had bacon (not sausage) that was probably left over from yesterday and was severely overcooked. Plus, the "hash browns" were actually a combination of hash browns and old french fries that were so majorly overdone that the potato itself no longer existed. All that was left was an overly crisp shell. Oh, and no napkins and no "sorry for inconvenience" or acknowledgment of any issues. (I did not berate the staff as they are mere teenagers trying to earn their keep. But management/ownership must facilitate the poor quality of food and lack of customer service. Super rude. I asked for her to change my order to a meal and said, "Sorry, is that a chicken meal?" The lady then said , "well, that's not what u ordered. So, no." Well, I know I ordered the meal because I was craving my fries and asked for a meal and she made the mistake. Super super rude. Gave me attitude at the window also by slamming the window behind her as soon as she handed me the food. Would not recommend. Last time I was there they messed up my order and I was willing to give them another chance. So disappointed people have attitude for no reason, what a hateful world. It's not worth it. I had gone to this Burger King a couple times almost a year ago and it was fine. One time I ordered an impossible whopper and a fish sandwich and maybe a couple other items. When I opened the burger it looked nasty and like a normal meat whopper not the impossible one, and there was a mini patty along with the normal patty. The fish sandwich was mushy and slimy. I threw it all out. Fast forward months and months later I figured I would try them again and got a junior whopper. It looked fine and I didn't taste anything wrong but I got a stomach bug. Tried to sleep that night and had to get up every 5-10 minutes to hit the toilet from the stomach cramps. It's been a week later and I'm still dealing with symptoms. There is no way the food from Burger King is worth having the shits for a week, I beg you to find a better source of food. read more

We were recently inside the Lowell Burger King . There was one other person inside eating, no line at the drive thru. There were 7 employees in sight. The whole dining area was disgustingly filthy. We ordered 2 Whoppers and unsalted fries and sweet tea. There were 2 Whoppers already made and sitting in plain view. We waited a good 10 minutes for our food and it was barely warm! Almost forgot - there was a Burger on the floor in the kitchen. Sad excuse for a restaurant! We will never go back there! Sad, my favorite Burger joint. read more

So last week I had a Big Mac out of desperation at the yellow clown place and opened it to see a dry dark colored patty without flavor. Today We stopped at this BK, and it's been a while since there aren't any around our area. Lunchtime on a Saturday and the place was empty. Good drive thru traffic but inside looked like a ghost town. So it was very clean. Both our Whoppers were fixed properly, and when we opened them it was amazing! The large round patties actually had the slightest trace of pink in them. They were still juicy and tender. Good job on the cooking, people! Why so many more people opt for the clowns flattened charcoal patties I'll never know. There is one common item between the two chains though, the fries were cooked perfectly, and had absolutely no flavor. So get the BK burger and skip the tasteless fries which are horrible for your body no matter where you get them. read more

Trust me when I say this is the WORST Burger King on Planet Earth. From the time I got in the drive-thru line (2 cars ahead of me) until I got my food.. 18 minutes. The restaurant was very cold. Way too cold for a winter/early spring day. I am normally very warm/hot wherever I go. My wife is usually more cool/cold. We could see the thermostat and what it was set as the temperature. It was about 37 degrees outside. So we still had winter jackets on. There were no other customers in the restaurant. The temperature indoor could be a possible reason. The Managment definitely needs to make the indoor seating more accommodating to the customer. read more

Where do I begin? I never received my drink. Ordered only lettuce on my sandwich but got everything. Was asked what sauce for the nuggets I ordered & didn't find any in the bag once I was home. I saved the best for last! I ordered mozzarella sticks but received something that at first appeared to be their mozzarella sticks until I bit into it. Either they're extremely old OR they're very very overcooked. Disgusting. I will never go back. read more

Very disappointed in the service and food at this location. Lived in lowell 20 years and this was the worst experience ever. The inside is bare and their menu screens "apparently" haven't been updated according to the manager. Manager got very snotty with my boyfriend for no reason. They informed us that they don't have any more fries. I asked to substitute with mozzarella sticks and she kept saying no then charged me. Their drink machine is out of order and there was no napkins or anything a customer would need. Female employee got real shitty with my boyfriend about our drinks. There is lack of communication. They don't care. Then the manager offered other customers to substitute for mozzarella sticks and didn't charge them. I don't want anything. I will never eat here again with how it was. I felt ashamed of BK in my town. Place was dirty. Didn't asked anyone while we were eating there if it was take out or dine in. Very immature atmosphere. read more

You know everybody does this when they order fries you eat a few on the drive. I knew my order was crap within 3 minutes down the road my fries were room temp. Then when I went to wash down those cold fries with my root beer and it not only tasted like something else but spilled on me because someone was careless on the easiest thing to do. What I ordered a No.1 whopper meal with fries the signature sandwhich that should always be made fresh and right, Wrong it was made with the lazyness of a texting sixteen year old probably around noon and I ordered at 330pm. The lettuce was so wilted it was like greens right there I had decided to do my first review of this crap experienced by millions of people every day. I thought about it and Reviews should be done not on the restaurants we should take pictures of the workers then review there performance. Because I have ate at many places that one time or another had a shit food experience. One thing I noticed is new people improperly trained or just shitty workers can make a good Restaurant taste like crap. Its our own social stigma to blame the establishment. But why do you think reviews go back and fourth good and bad. New Shifts new workers every 8 hours or 6 for fast food. Then the 5 stars how do they do it. See a really good Restaurant wont put up with lazy or incompetent people because that manager is paid by business and reviews. But Mcdonalds pay the same as BK on speed of the drive through bad meal "sorry here is a complimentary meal coupon" over and over. I haven't had Burger King for a while. We ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and 2 onion rings. The food was absolutely terrible! There was so much mayonnaise slathered on the sandwiches that the chicken was sliding off. The chicken was tough and tasted old. We did not order drinks and the two meals came to around $16. Not a bargain for sure so take your money to one of the locally owned restaurants and get a great meal for about the same price. read more
