They never have biscuits, they never have any of the specials on the outdoor sign, they never have stuff to make ice cream desserts, they're constantly out of pies and various items on the menu. I have gone there maybe five or six times since I moved to Lowell in 2012 and it's ALWAYS THE SAME. Whether it's breakfast in the morning or a treat in the evening or a special on the board attracts my eye, THEY DON'T HAVE IT. Every time I curse myself for going, curse myself for being lulled in by fast food, and I tell myself I'm going to send a complaint but I never do, until now. Also, they constantly screw up orders and forget the receipt. I wonder if they do this on purpose so you can't look up whether the price is correct... others have complained about this. read more

Horrible Service. Went inside because I thought it would be faster than the drive through. Boy was I wrong! They serviced about 20 cars before I was given my food. The icee machine was down so I asked them if they had one back there that they used for the drive through. They said they did not. So you would have me believe if I ordered an icee through the drive through their worker would have to walk out into the seating area to pour a cup? My food was cold by the time I got it. It's funny because every time I go the icee machine is down. Doesn't matter if it's the middle of the day or eleven at night. It's practically the best part of even going to Burger King. Poor customer service from staff and manager on duty. 7 min wait at the drive thru with no notice that the system doesn't work. Went inside to let the staff know and the manager, Wencis did not care. Ignored my comment and asked me for my order with an attitude. No thank you, not a penny from me. It's been at least 3 months since I last stopped here. Now I remember why, you never get what you want here, They always forget something- asked for a kids meal no juice or applesauce came with it only cheeseburger and fries. Never going here again. I've been a customer at this particular location for a while. I've had ONE good experience here and that was it. One time, I went in to get ONE whopper and was repeatedly told "someone will be with you" "one second" and while I waited to put in my order, the employees were busy dancing around and talking loudly with each other. Two or three employees were constantly walking in and out of the office laughing and playing on their phones. Literally a FOURTH of the employees were busy doing something. One employee was just standing near the register on her phone. If I haven't had already waited 15 minutes JUST to pay for my food, I would have walked out. The line formed behind me people were visibly upset. I let it go and decided to go in today to order food and had a very simple order of "One whopper and a small order of fries". The cashier took one person's order and then walked off when I was standing there for a good while waiting to order saying "Someone will be with you." So I wait a good 5 minutes while they are goofing off behind the register, a few making eye contact with me showing me that they KNOW I am waiting to order. They continue joking around and having their loud conversations and singing loudly until FINALLY I am able to put in my order. While a few are playing on their phones, one calls my order and I say "Yes, thats mine" and he goes "Oh, I wasn't talking to you." More than half the staff was catering to the drive through but what's funny is when I walked in to order, there wasn't anybody in the drive through. Judging by the other reviews left here for this particular location, something should be done. You're there to work, not to socialize and sing and dance and to have your customers waiting 10 minutes to place an order and then another 15 to actually get their food. I'd be a LOT more understanding if it was actually busy but when more than half the staff is goofing off and I'm waiting to put in my order then something is wrong. I just had a conversation with a group of my friends as well about my experiences here and many of them had similar experiences too. Every other Burger King I've been too have always been very quick with getting my order to me, including a burger king at a busy mall and one on a busy road near Pheasant Lane Mall, always had my food in under 5 minutes. I don't understand why I should have to wait 20 minutes to get my food. Clearly overstaffed with a lack of attention to actually servicing customers. Kind of sad that people are looking for jobs to be able to support their families and these people are getting paid to sing, dance, and play on their phones. read more

Always the best, most hot and freshest food of all surrounding burger kings. Though I was disappointed on one particular visit. There were 8-9 employees there, and it took 30 minutes for our food. Here I am handicapped and standing there all this time. My food was sitting there for 20 mins under the hot lamp while I waited for nuggets and fries. The employee who waited on me did apologize for my wait several times. The hold up was that the associates were chatting with each other, and sharing food on the counter where other foods were being prepared. They were taking care of the window orders first, not paying attention to the orders, and taking our nuggets and fries and eating them every time our server went to try to get our food. There were probably 3 people actually doing work, as the others stood around picking at nuggets and fries with ketchup on the counter. I'm pretty sure your not supposed to be eating where the food is prepared. There were no other customers in the dining room at the time, and the dining room was so dirty. It was hard to find a clean table, the few customers coming in after us had to wipe tables down. Chicken nuggets, fries, wrappers, napkins, and sauce stuck to the floor. You have to watch where you walk so you don't slip. No napkin bins were empty. the soda/straw/napkin are was dirty as well. I don't know who manages this store, but they need to check their cameras to see what their employees are up to.
