Today at 08:36, I visited your location and made a purchase using a kiosk. Upon payment and completion of the purchase, the staff at the drive-thru informed me that the broiler was down and that no Whopper patties could be made. She directed my attention to a manager with red braids who refused to come to the counter to speak with me. Instead, she stated from behind the line by the fryers that the broilers were down and that no Whoppers would be cooked. I requested a refund, but I was ignored. When I asked if the manager (red hair) was present, they confirmed that she was, but she still did not come to speak with me about this order. She clearly stated that the meat was not being cooked. Gave them another try tonight on my return trip from Birmingham. Went thru drive thru, took 20 minutes for anyone to even take my order and then the food was so cold and dried out I just drove across the street to the Mc Donald's at the truck stop, threw away my Burger King food and ate hot properly made Mc Donald's food. Worst experience I've had at a drive thru for years! Don't go here. It's been 15 minutes and I still am three cars behind. It has now been 30 minutes and there is still a car in front of me. Don't go here! Altogether from waiting to place my order to getting my food -- 37 minutes. Further, the sandwich was cold and the fries at best were lukewarm. It was the most miserable experience I've ever had at a "fast" food restaurant. The manager should be fired. Of course, there is not a customer care number so I'll never to go to a bk ever again. Today (4/19/26) I was there between 5 and 5:30, with a mobile order. The drive-through was apparently down, I don't quite believe that though. As the person on the mic responded to me and was clearly audible on my end, but maybe the screen was down. Regardless I had to go in to get my food. After telling the staff about my mobile order, I watched the employee making sandwiches pick up three different off the floor to throw away. He did not change his gloves once. I watched what appeared to be the shift leader, as he was wearing a red uniform, pick up a piece of some machine off the floor. He wasn't even wearing gloves, nor did he wash his hands. The same man was also making fries and other food items without gloves on. This was also the only person with a headset on, so I assume he was the person I talked to on the drive through speaker. Just in the time I was there I saw him disappear to the back three times instead of helping his clearly struggling staff. It definitely makes you wonder if the drive through was actually down, or if he just didn't want to work it. The drink machine in the lobby was utterly disgusting, soda and trash littered on the counter area, poorly stocked. The soda machine itself was terrible, the screen it used was clearly damaged displaying white vertical lines on the entire screen, when pouring a drink it would start dispensing pure carbonated water without syrup before filling even half of the cup and it made a mess while doing it. The ice cream machine was supposedly down, but you could clearly still order it on their kiosk. Several customers did order it and when they learned that it was not working, they were met with hostility from the cashier with orange hair who continued to talk bad about them even after the refund was issued. Which by the way was completed by a different employee than the manager, this guy was actually super nice and accommodating to them but was the only one not causing issues of some sort or another. They had to tell one customer that they were out of large drinks, which explains why I did not receive them. How do you even run out of cups? When I got my order, I was missing a sandwich and even after requesting and getting the missing sandwich one of the others were the wrong order, I didn't notice this until I got home. This is my local burger king, and honestly they've always been hit or miss. Until recently they have been doing well, good service, good food, but today was easily the worst experience I've had. 1. I ordered a large firey mozzarella fry, i got regular chicken fries instead. 2. I call the store as i am already on the freeway when i opened the box to the chicken fries that were supposed to be mozzarella fries. WHY IS THE PHONE NUMBER THEY HAVE ON GOOGLE AND PRINTED ON RECEIPTS NO LONGER IN SERVICE? This location needs to no longer be in service. Now I have to drive 15 minutes back to the location so I don't waste my money because a large order of FIREY mozzarella fries is $5.29 plus tax. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is awful. They falsely advertise their hours, take forever to take your order through the drive thru, and seem to have a recurring issue with keeping staff around. This is my local Burger King and I love the food but this place sucks and needs better management. Also boss man if you're reading this; if you kept your hours open later you'd make so much more money than the McDonalds and subway across the street. Never again!! Ordered food at the Kiosk, which as out of ink so no receipt. We were not told about this before we ordered. We ask for our cups for drinks after waiting 10 minutes for food given cups no ice in the lobby machine. We watched workers continue to hand out cups to customers without putting ice in the cups, time after time. We waited over an hour for our food, which was only for 2 people. Would have left but we did not have a receipt and could not get money back. A friend meet us there and had ordered on the app and was told they would have to go on line to get a refund. The African American Woman who works early AM arrived late on today. I patiently waited 11 minutes to allow her to gather herself and begin work. She failed to take my order . I then pulled to the window and she was making coffee. I honked my horn after I said ma'am. I figured she couldn't hear me due to the window being closed. This woman was so rude and unprofessional she never once looked up to acknowledge the fact that I was trying to order our breakfast. We get to the window and the employee repeats our order to us before we pay... it was nowhere near what we ordered. So we gave our order to him again. He kept repeating back different things. "#1 (whopper) with coke and a #7 (spicy chicken) with coke" After 5 attempts telling him that and having him repeat wrong things back to us, he gets it right and we pay. We finally get our food 20 minutes later. They still gave us the wrong drinks and wrong food. No one else was in line behind us, I don't understand how they still gave the wrong order.
