She asked my name and that started our relationship that made me drive the longer trip to this restaurant rather than the nearby unit less than 2 miles from my home. I was treated respectfully as a customer and person. I don't like dry sandwiches. I always ask for extra sauce and for my hot dogs not to be wrapped in the parchment papers. The styrofoam boxes don't absorb the moisture out of the hot dogs. This owner has always cheerfully prepared my orders as ordered and bagged it thoughtfully.
