The Whopper and Fries can't be beat ! Very tasty. On the downside - doesn't appear that the franchisee doesn't have much budget - the outside building looks dirty and not inviting. The inside is clean - but just tables and chairs - no plants, pictures, etc...looks so bare and empty - not inviting at all. Food is GREAT - aesthetics needs improvement. read more

Was it me having a good one time experience? I hope not because I will continue coming here. After Covid pandemic we are hitting all restaurants nearby :D And I think that's why Burger King is doing something different. The aluminum bag they are using gets super helpful when taking it up and driving home. Keeps everything warmer than regular cardboard box. It was super easy to and fast to order even when there was a line. I had their new Spicy ChiKing Delux Burger meal. It was super tasty and big! The sauce is pretty good. I just want they could add one more pump so you can skip adding barbecue. I also had these super good fries. I thought I liked better McDonald's (fast-food fries) but no, these are the best. Warm and soft in the inside. And finally, have to say that their onion rings are better than Carl's Junior at least dor me. read more

My burger is alright but pretty dry. My fries sadly are disgusting. Definitely sat somewhere for much longer than an hour. In in the restaurant industry I know a damn near 4 hour old fry when I see one. It's late I want to get home so I'm bitter going back tonight. Normal BK food. No problems there. My issue is with the loud mouth, out of uniform (wearing some maroon shirt) woman behind the counters while we were eating, and letting her kids run around back there. A few employees were singing Happy Birthday to another person... maybe another employee. And after she realized the employees in the drive thru didn't sing, she asked them why. They replied "We were busy with customers in the drive thru" She then said "I don't care. They could've waited." I'm usually not one to get all uppity about things like this. I understand this is a small town, and as typical in small towns fast food restaurants are very slow but this one is exceptionally slow. Wait time to get somebody respond to you at the drive-through window is 30+ seconds, and this is at the peak at seven times. There's no one waiting to greet you when you get to the drive-through either. Maybe they're understaffed I don't know - but this seems to be a consistent issue. And while I understand that it's a marketing matter and not the local franchise's, but there appears to be some false advertising going on. when you order a frappe it shows to have cream on top, but yet they don't serve it that way. maybe it's time to update your drive-through menu images - just saying. If I could give this place negative stars. If there was an archvillan of fast food, this is it. I must be a glutten for punishment because this place has NEVER given me good service or good food, no matter how many chances I give them. I didn't think it could be possible to screw up an order this many times in a row. Today has got to be the last straw. My order:whopper value only cheese and katsup, large fry/onion ring mix, sprite. What I got: whopper only cheese and mayo, patty was shriveled burnt and old like it had been sitting to long after being burnt up. The burger in a whole seemed smooshed. The fry container was only half full, the fries were ok at best but the onion rings were cold and stale, and this isn't an exaggerating, the rings were like hard and stale. The sprite must have run out a while ago, it tasted like carbonated water. I have been to this restaurant 3 separate times...and all 3 times I have been super disappointed. The first time I went through the drive thru they gave me fries instead of onion rings, so I had to go back in the line and wait...all the while my food is getting cold. No apology - just had my onion rings tossed to me. Employee taking the order and the person in the window both looked and sounded bored out of their minds and not happy to be there. What ever happened to great customer service? I felt like I was a bother to them to actually pay for food...so that they can continue working there. No customer...no job. Have been going to this BK for years. It is slowly deteriorating each time I go in there. The store manager, Jim is never present when I am there. He is off attending to his wine business. The cash register tape printing has been defective over two months and it doesn't appear like it is going to get fixed. Oh man... The people who work here seem to HATE LIFE or something. Every single time we go into Burger King to eat, the people at the counter are SO flipping rude. They sit on their cell phones the entire time and hardly do any cleaning. When we are standing at the front ready to order, it takes them a super long time to even notice us because they are so into their cell phones. Please hire people who actually want to work... Please stop hiring these young kids who don't care about anything and have the tendency to only pay attention to their phones! There is one kid in there who is just the worst of the worst...
