One of the cleanest most friendliest five guys I have been to so far. I have been to Five Guys in 3 different states, and this one is the most cleanest and the staff is always welcoming. The fries is what we come for most because this is my kiddos favorite place to get fries when we ask him what he would like to get for take out. When we travel and if there's a Five Guys we stop by to get grab some grub but will not sit down to eat because all places have had sticky floors and sticky tables (California and Oregon). Decided to do a pickup order from here after a Seahawks win I noticed that the restaurant asked how long before we would arrive which helped with the freshness of our food. When we arrived our food was quickly gathered and delivered without a wait. The restaurant is clean with adequate parking a pretty standard 5 Guys setting. When we got home the food was still nice and warm, they double wrapped the burgers in plane aluminum which is not the norm but I think it should be! I had ordered a single bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, mayo and mushrooms with a large fries. The burger had a nice char with a just right amount of salt to bring out the beefy flavor. The fries are a large cup of golden brown deliciousness. This place does have a little bit of choices on the menu but it doesn't try to do everything so if you want a good old fashioned burger and fries with a milkshake meal you can't go wrong here! read more

Five guys is seriously amazing. When I tried this location the first time, I noticed they were a little stingy with the fries - compared to other locations. However, maybe some complaints have forced them to be more liberal with the spuds. Now, they do that thing where they put a whole metal-containerful on top of every bag (maybe one container for every large fry) - to ensure you witness and interact with the grease. The fries are the showstopper, so it should be illegal to withhold the 1300 calories. Seriously... they're 1300 calories for the large fries! It's ridiculous, artery-clogging fun! (I'm sure you're not expected to consume the whole thing plus a double cheeseburger...... right?... right??!) Plus, if you didn't know, they toss the "cajun fries"... in... you guessed in... cajun seasoning. Spicy. Fun... Just... SO FUN!!! It's almost painful - but just a little. Burgers are amazing - superbly cooked, great toppings (and tons of them... for free - except maybe bacon). The "normal burger" is two patties for some reason. And if you want to emasculate yourself, you can order a "little cheeseburger" - that isn't smaller, just has one patty. It's fine! I promise! No judgement. My favs are jalapenos and hot sauce - just something you don't usually get at other great establishments (read: Pilchuck Drive-In). Thought I was just hungry tonight.. then my hubby said out loud "this is by far the BEST BURGER I have ever had here". Boy, I felt the same way! What's different??Before, it was good too but not perfect... In the past, it was the soggy bun, grilled onions instead of fresh, burger falls apart etc..Not tonight! It was done to PERFECTION... no flaws and I am the picky type! I wolfed it down or we did..like a couple of hungry vultures. Unlike most, I like my burger clean with no gooey mess... so no melted cheese for sure...Hubby likes his gooey with melted cheese and grilled mushrooms among other ingredients..Besides the meat, I like my sauce cold and my veggies fresh and crisp...like the contrast of hot and cold and not heavy..I asked for my ketchup and mayo on the side and I specified I want my onions and jalepeno raw, not grilled. This is the only place I put raw jalepeno on and it elevate my burger to a higher level..super crave-able and you still get the feel of eating a classic burger. One critique is the bun can be improved in order to hold everything without falling apart halfway through. It almost did that but it didn't tonight. ( The good experience prompted me to write this review. ) Thank goodness! I had to be strategic on the way I hold it too. There's nothing worse than everything slipping out when you're about to take a big bite or towards the end you still have lots of burger but the bun disintegrate and you're left with a pile in your foil and with greasy fingers trying to hunt down a clean fork so you can finish the tasty but unsightly burger mess. All in all, we got to finish our burger the conventional way. The service was awesome, they would greet you when you walk in and the register person even asked how my day was and went out of his way to be genuinely friendly. I appreciate losing the sneeze guard for better two way communication and the guy getting clarifications on the condiments. We are both masked. It's fine. The food is not lightning fast but that's ok... good food takes time. The hand cut fries and strawberry milkshake is amazing as always. I always like the milkshake, it lives up to its name.. you can easily drink it out of a standard size straw. The large fries is always perfect -- I get the cup and the overflow goes to hubby... it's the perfect system. The large is not enough for four like some says. They give a lot but for big eaters, don't skimp on this. Get more than enough. We like the different size and textures throughout the eating process. We got two double patty burgers, a large fry, a strawberry milkshake with whip and a large pop for $35. It's great deal for non processed super yumminess! When we got our food, there were missing toppings. The burger was so cold the cheese didn't even remotely melt. And the fries... we ordered a regular size because two of us were splitting them and if you've been to a five guys you know that their fry size is HUGE... not here. Apparently those outside of the US think it's famous and a must-try but unfortunately I don't agree. Five guys is your typical burger fast food chain. This one in generally is pretty nice as food comes quick and the spot is clean during my visit . The bun isn't great and the meat is mediocre at best as I've tried it without all the toppings. I recommend it if you can get all the toppings to create more flavor (mushrooms are cool) and if you want to destroy some peanuts. If you have a peanut allergy or don't like mushrooms, I'm sorry :( I feel like its a bit awkward trying to be a fast-food looking spot while maintaining restaurant prices. Overall, it's a bit more pricey than a chain burger I would normally want to pay for and the fries are generally seasoned past my needs. I'm not sure if you could ask for less seasoning but I will next time if I remember. read more

We were looking forward to having lunch here from all the good things we've heard about it. Unfortunately we won't be coming back. Not only did it take forever for our food to be ready the food was not what we were expecting. The burger was dry and had no flavor the peanut butter milkshake was basically peanut butter flavored milk and the fires were over cooked. We were not expecting a 5 star experience more like a Dicks restaurant type of experience. Ordering was simple and we were able to find seating outside. Food was done fast and you are able to help yourself to peanuts while you wait! Food: OMG the burgers are huge!
