We had ordered two separate orders one boneless and one traditional. Boneless weren't bad, had the mango habanero, they were a bit soggy but if you can look past the soggy-ness they weren't all bad. Also had the Hot Honey, big fan of those except for the fact that they were a little bit on the oily side. - Luis Traditional wings we went with all buffalo, chicken was a little bit dry. 4 stars as it's exactly what I expected from a wing chain. The service was prompt and polite. The price was about what I'd expect. The atomic wing was surprisingly not hot. Confused by all of the terrible reviews. Ignore them like I did and come try it out for yourself. I ordered the 20 piece boneless deal tonight for carry out. The estimated time that was provided was 16-21 minutes, and it took me around 25 minutes to get there. My order was ready right when I arrived and everything was hot. It was still hot when I got home 20 minutes later! The person who handed over my food was friendly, which was a bonus. I ordered the lemon pepper rub, Louisiana rub, Spicy Korean Q, and the Mango Habanero. All of the flavors are amazing, the wings are evenly coated, and they provided two full to the brim ranch cups on the side. The quality of the chicken was better than I expected and way better than what I've had from Buffalo Wild Wings. The fries are decent but always tough when it comes to takeout, they are probably better if you eat inside the restaurant. I also ordered the Cajun Fried Corn and they are phenomenal. Sweet and spicy and addicting. I'd say they are a must try if you like corn. Overall, I'd love to eat in with my family next time to experience the food at its freshest and enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant. But, I have zero complaints on the carry out. I love the food!! The customer service isn't always the best. But I just put my order in ahead of time and just pick up and go. As long as I made no mistakes on my order it's all good. One time I ordered the wrong dips so I wanted to exchange them at the counter before my order ever left the establishment. I was told I could not do that I would have to buy new ones. read more

I've ordered from this Wing Stop twice since they've been open and both times it was super pleasant, fast, and tasty. I LOVE ordering stuff online. I know it's a bit of a pain for restaurants (and additional cost), but there's something nice about not having to call anyone or not have basically any meaningful human contact at all for just about the whole experience - that's what it's about. My order said it'd be ready in 15-20 mins. I got there maybe 12 mins after ordering and my food was ready to go. Great! I walked in, stepped to the left, and someone was right there to greet me and ask if I was picking up an order. I said my name, he hunted through the bags on a rack and grabbed mine. Drama free. Easy. Surprising. I was happy. The inside is pretty small (maybe 6 tables or something) - it's a little dark, but would be a nice, chill place to eat with friends. I wouldn't bring a date here or anything, haha. I rarely see people sitting down unless they're just waiting for their take out - this is mostly a take out spot. I got my food home and everything was well packed in black styrofoam packages (stylish! and functional! but... not very environmentally friendly). I'd prefer those paper/cardboardy boxes since they're compostable - even if my food was a little colder when I got home. I know it's a chain/franchise, so this location doesn't necessarily control all that. Maybe the cardboard doesn't get along with greasy fried chicken (even with a paper liner). Who knows. ANYWAYYYYYYY... The reason for the trip this time was... my wife's craving for the voodoo fries. Voodoo Fries are: cheese fries with ranch and cajun seasoning. Seems ridiculous (and it is), but it's fast food ("fast casual") and so fun. We also got cheese fries for the kids (they're the "natural cut" fry-type, with a kind-of sweet seasoning [must have some sugar in there] and some cheese sauce on top). Their website says the cheese sauce is "jalapeno cheese sauce" but... I don't get jalapenos **AT ALL**... so, not sure if I just didn't actually get that or if the jalapeno gets lost with the seasoning and cheesiness... or if the jalapenos all sink to the bottom of the cheese tub and I just didn't get the last bit thats like 90% jalapenos. Don't know, but they tasted good anyway. I got a side of ranch and dipped my cheese fries in ranch (which is unnecessary and a lot of extra calories, but it's freakin fast food and I'm in AMERICA - what do you want from me, society?!) For wings... I got boneless all around and got the original hot (normal medium-spiced buffalo sauce wings) and cajun (which is... the original hot sauce with some cajun seasoning - which kicks up the heat a notch). I have a super weird story about the cajun wings at Wing Stop. TWO TIMES, I've ordered "cajun" wings - one time in Everett and one time in Monroe and what I received was like... plain/oily wings with the cajun seasoning (that is... no buffalo sauce...)... AND THEY WERE INCREDIBLE - like... SUPER CRISPY, perfectly seasoned... orange-colored oil... fried chicken balls from the heavens. Seriously. What I didn't realize in those two experiences was that IT WAS INCORRECT. What I got this time was "correct" cajun wings, which was "original hot and cajun seasoning". They tasted great, but I'll say... if you have them pre-toss the wings, they do lose the crunch by the time you get home (this was the case whether i was driving home from Everett (20 mins) or Monroe (8-10 mins). So, if you're sensitive about the CRONCH, you'll want to have the sauce on the side and toss 'em yourself at home (I assume they'll do that for free - I personally havent ever asked for that, though). But needless to say... I'll be asking for cajun wings with the sauce on the side next time. Even though I EXPECTED the heaven wings (and was super disappointed and even got a little mad at my wife for like 30 seconds because I thought she got the wrong thing), I ate until I was too stuffed to move - the normal cajun wings are pretty darn good, and I obviously can't fault them for the misunderstanding, lol. At the end of the day, this Wing Stop is closer to me (convenience!), and so far has been a better experience than the one in Everett. I accidentally went to the Everett one on some kind of major sports game or something and it said my food would be 20 mins and it took like 20 mins PLUS 40 mins of waiting with like 20 other people. It was bonkers and I'll avoid that location because of that. It was not a problem with the location/people/etc, though... the food was good and they were doing their best - it was probably a problem with their ordering system not calculating the right amount of time (like... a peak/max time for a special event) if I had to guess. read more

Food might be great, I couldn't tell you. Customer service however is awful. I showed up at 5:53 pm on a Sunday to order in person and I was told they close in 7 min. I asked if they were closed now or can I order and I again was told they closed in 7 minutes. The Wingstop website and Yelp both claim their hours are until midnight. I was told that I could order boneless but not the bone in wings because they take too long to cook. I turned around and walked out without ordering. If I was the owner of this spot I'd have a serious conversation with my staff about customer service. read more

The first time I stopped here I had the dry rub wings. They tasted ok but like the fryer oil needed to be changed. Because I love wings and was out and about I decided to give them another try. Wow, that was a mistake. I had the buffalo wings and they were awful. The wings looked like factory rejects. Big hunks of gristle, they were all deformed. They have given a bad first impression. It's been a few weeks since it has opened and I waited for that initial start up challenge to dissipate before I tried them out. Unfortunately, that didn't seem to make a difference. I ordered online ahead of time. Confirmation said about 16-21 minutes until ready. I arrived a little early and wasn't ready which was understood. Stood around waiting. Watched several employees not doing much. I even heard one state she needed something to do. Not a very busy time with customers. No urgency for anything. My order was finally ready after over 30 minutes elapsed time. On top of that, once home, which is only a few minutes away, the fries were not very warm. I'm highly disappointed and not sure I will repeat business. They stopped delivering further than 6 miles out, despite the fact that we were paying $20 in delivery fees each time on top of already high prices. Whatever town we are in we look to see if there is a WingStop. We have been to Everett (our closest), Monroe, Mount Vernon and Bellevue. I've gone to multiple other wingstops, and I've never had worst boneless wings, the wings were tiny, they served me cold corn and burnt fries with no seasoning. Staff was nice but food is terrible, wingstop is a great food stop but this location is ruining their name. read more

Food was good but they jip you on the ranch unlike other locations, they give you half a ranch cup. We travel over the passes a lot and I preferred to take i90 to stop at Bellevue WingStop because of this. Fill your ranch cups! read more

The employees at this location are doing a great job. There were definitely some hiccups when they first opened (timing for orders was way off) but that's to be expected with a new location and new employees. They're always really nice and welcoming and my order is always correct. I've ordered the last few times online and their partnership with Door Dash for deliveries makes it so easy and fast. read more
