My husband and I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered 2 Whoppers with Cheese and 2 Large French Fries First the amount of money that we paid was not worth paying for the food the total came out to $22.07. Second we got home and my husband didn't like the way that his Whopper looked and also he definitely didn't like the fact that there was this big onion that came out as he was trying to eat his food believe me for the price that he paid he would still eat his Whopper the French Fries were cold we had to put them into the air fryer for 3 minutes so that way they would be hot as we would be eating them. My husband said to me that they didn't taste all that great and I had to agree with him on that one I put my French Fries also in the air fryer for 3 minutes I also didn't like the taste of them. We said that we will be giving up eating at Burger King all together they definitely have lost us as customers. Everything in this day and age is so expensive Food, Gas and fast food. Fast Food definitely doesn't taste like it used to back in the old days.. I also forgot to say that we also had gotten 1 Ranch sauce 1 Zesty sauce and 1 Honey Mustard sauce.15 cents each. I get to the drive through and I tell the lady to hold please cuz I was seeing what my friends wanted, lady came back in less than a min and sounded like she was trying to rush us. I asked for a sweet tea and got unsweetened tea. How hard is it to know the difference? people there either don't know how to read or do their simple job correctly or Burger King needs to hire a better crew. read more

I forgot what a great Burger King this is and they have their employees to thank. I stopped here on the morning of either October 25th or 28th of 2016. (I wish I could remember!). I know, I know, its breakfast at a drive-thru - what's there to review? I'll tell you. Order accuracy, cleanliness, employee attitude, speed of service and how close the food you receive comes to looking like it does in their ads. I ordered the special, two breakfast croissants with sausage, egg and cheese. 5 stars for everything across the board. I forgot how good a hot, fresh breakfast sandwich could be. Flaky crust, fresh ingredients and not greasy. They could have used these in their ads. The person who took care of me at the drive-thru seemed to actually enjoy his job. I wish I lived closer to this BK location. The one on Route 32 is atrocious and the one on route 17K is only slightly better. They are both in Newburgh. I've been to this Burger King a few times my opinion it's just another standard Burger King. I came to this location around 1 o'clock on a Monday. There's only two cars in front of me at the drive-through. From the drive-through I could see inside of the Burger King I noticed that there were a lot of people inside eating. It was lunchtime but I did not expect to see so many people see inside eating at Burger King. I ordered two whoppers with cheese the girl told me to pull around I gave her my money and when she gave me the change back she accidentally dropped the change in between the drive-through window in my car. I told her it wasn't a big deal. The girl did seem a bit rushed. About 20 seconds later she handed me both of the cheeseburgers and I left. Both of my whoppers tasted fine. There was not a lot of catchup and mayo on either sandwich. The tomato on the one sandwich almost look like somebody had squished it with their bare hands into a ball and just throwing it on the sandwich it was quite interesting. But nevertheless everything tasted fine. Overall this Burger King reminds me just of every other location. I think Burger King is good if you're looking for a deal like that you're for six dollar whoppers or the two chicken sandwiches for six dollars. I would come back here if I just needed to grab something quick. There are a lot of other fast food options in the area. But this Burger King is been here for years. read more

I've been to this Burger King many times. Since my last review a few years ago, the staff have much better attitudes now. This is one of the better Burger King's that I've used. The food is always hot and fresh when it comes out. The wait times still continue being an issue. If there are 1 or 2 cars, it goes pretty fast. However, when the line wraps around the building, the staff seem to have difficulty handling it. They work hard and rush, but there doesn't always seem to be enough staff on duty. The accuracy of the orders are right on the money. I've been going here since it opened and I've never once received an incorrect order here. read more

I went into this establishment at 5PM with my husband and 3 year old grandchildren (twins). There was a woman who was walking around approaching all the women patrons and asking for money stating she needed cab fare and could they give her money. I went to the counter and reported to a employee what she was doing and that she was clearly making the patrons uncomfortable . They said they would handle it . Well no one "handle" it and than my husband got up to get a refill and sure enough she came to me and asked for money. I told her no and that she shouldn't be "panhandling" here. She immediately pulled out her cell phone and left. I will never go to this Burger King again read more

This was probably the worst fast food restaurant experience I have ever had. I went to the drive thru with my boyfriend and we ask for a moment to view the menu. The drive thru employee did not realize he left his microphone on and we heard him call us idiots. It was unprofessional and dissapointed in the manner this gentleman behave. To add salt to the injury i reported the incident and no follow up was made by corporate..i will never go to Burger king again read more

Food and service here are so inconsistent here, it's a crap shoot every time you walk in the door. One day, the cashier will be friendly and prompt. The next time, they will look bored and unfriendly. The last time I was there, the cashier shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know" when I asked about one of the sauces for the chicken fries - which were served to me cold and hard. I almost just tossed them in the trash, but instead decided to tell the workers that they were cold and inedible. I was asked if I wanted them "warmed up". I told the woman that I did not want them microwaved. Ridiculous and a waste of my time. read more
