What I liked about this BK was convenient to my doctors office, but I also love that I can use their app to score a $3 whopper (wednesdays only) and service at the drive through was prompt and friendly. Of course a whopper is not the best hamburger ever or high culinary dining delights but for reliably good burger on the go this was a great experience. read more

Only giving this place a 1 star as a zero is not allowed. Ordered online on 9/19 and arrived to learn they were closed. Okay, I get it --- Lack of help and that is a very sad state of the economy, but not any fault of Burger King Fishers. Two days later and my over $12 visa charge remains. Called the location directly and was told to work with the third party administrator I ordered through. I ordered on Burgerking.com. Should they not take care of my credit... automatically without my calling???? Yep, I was irritated and was told by the person I was talking with that she told me how to handle it three times. Wow, not impressed. So, she hung up on me.. Called Burger King corporate --- never offered an apology but assured me I would have a credit. Called my credit card, and first off, offered an apology for the issue and she assured me I had a credit. Sorry folks --- know it sucks out there, but if you don't take care of your paying customers you won't be in business much longer. read more

As I was eating my whooper that I had cut in half, I noticed a piece of hair in the middle of my sandwich as I pulled it apart. I didn't think hair was one of the ingredients in a whopper. My partner and I often like to make quick stops to eat while out running errands. I absolutely love impossible whoppers and was disappointed to find that the doors to this location were locked during service hours with no explanation, upon ordering our food the order taker was incredibly friendly and repeated our order back to us. Our food was ready quickly upon arrival to the second window (the only window with staff). We were even more disappointed to learn that our order did not match our receipt and that the impossible whopper, plain, add tomato and cheese was actually a fully dressed impossible whopper sandwich with cheese and the spiderverse whopper and the receipt were missing the added cheese despite it having been repeated back during the ordering process. We then had to drive back to the location and get back into a substantial drive through line as the doors were still locked with no explanation. Upon reaching the drive through speaker we told them that the order had been fulfilled wrong and reiterated our original order and we're told to pull to the second window. At the second window we were immediately quoted the price of another persons order when we had to let them know again that we were here regarding an incorrect order where we were then cut off by the employee saying "so you do want cheese on it. He's wrapping it up now, I was waiting to see if you wanted cheese on it" and then closing the window to walk away. The window was opened a few minutes later with the employee handing us the bag repeating back "only cheese and tomato and a quick sorry and the window was immediately closed again. This process took an hour from the time of paying for the order the first time. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a fast food restaurant much less with this franchise. read more

Oh boy. Where to start. This Burger King is not exactly the fastest. We started off in the drive thru but that didn't move for about 5 minutes until we decided to go inside the restaurant. Then it turned into a real nightmare (Halloween pun). It was not busy at all.. there was only 1 other person inside. Bathrooms legit smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes. Staff seemed very uninterested to be working. All the surfaces around the drink area were sticky. We still waited about 10 minutes inside for our food. They set out our fries and onion rings before they even started the burgers so as soon as we finally got those they were cold. I got a whopper jr and the bun and cheese were still cold. My boyfriend wanted to try the limited time only Nightmare King Burger (don't ask me why..) and I know food typically does not look like the pictures (I worked in fast food for 5 years) but this was pretty off. He said the taste was okay but overall presentation was pretty off-putting. This was not my first time at this location, and I was trying to find positive things to point out but so far it's been a struggle. Last several times my order was wrong, however today there was slight redemption as my order was right. I really hate to post a bad review but I'm hoping several of these issues can be addressed in order to improve the experience for customers. read more

Ok. It's Burger King. You know what your getting with fast food. We all have our favorites from each establishment and what the interior may look like. But today I got the impossible burger. Boom. I'm hooked. I see no difference between the beef and plant based, besides being less greasy. Taste is there. I hope they keep it on the menu cause I'll keep coming. Now if they could only figure out how to cook a good fry. The staff here is always moving trying to keep up during busy times. I rarely have an order wrong and today was no different. Literally the least accurate BK on 37, and that's saying something. Check every part of your order before you leave the drive-thru window, because something is probably wrong, and the door is locked, so you can't go inside and get it fixed. read more

This Burger King used to be the spot when I was in high school and that was back in 2010-2014. The service was good which was why I gave 2 stars...now I've been getting the 8 piece nuggets for years...haven't been to Burger King in a while but just like everywhere else they raised their prices and now those 8-piece nuggets are 2.49 and deff not worth it at all and neither are the mozzarella sticks...the nuggets came out cold and old and I would've went back but I was already waiting a bit for the mozzarella sticks to get done...I think they pulled them out too soon cause they were very crispy on the outside but gooey on the inside and they tasted old as well and I had to spit them out...I would've asked for a refund but I didn't have the time to. But please food quality gotta be better than that...now it seems like there were only 2 lovely ladies in there working their butt off and I know that I'm this industry it is hard to find people so I do thank those 2 for being nice and getting the work done. read more

This place is ran like a bad bar. Zero customer service, subpar food, and rarely correct orders. They rely on customers preferring convenience over good food and kind employees. Multiple times I have used the drive thru for a quick lunch, but recently have been let down multiple times. Just today, I was overcharged and treated rudely while ordering and at the window. The employees seemed to be having a good time chatting, but when the window opened the worker was short and cold. I don't expect 5-star service, but you could at least be personable. After pulling off and realizing I had not received all my items, I called and spoke with two staff members After explaining my frustrations to a female that claimed to be a manager, she sat the phone down on the counter and told someone else that "she wants a refund". Then a man came on the phone and acted like he didn't know what was going on. Cmon people... where is the customer service? I was told I could come in with my receipt for a refund. I got food poisoning at this location. My mother got food poisoning at a separate location and advised I not eat at Burger King, however I thought I would be fine so I didn't listen. Seems like if you eat at ANY Burger King your chances of improperly cooked or prepared food is exponentially high. My other half wanted something that wasn't specifically on the menu? But all of the ingredients were already there for another sandwich. Just left BK's Drive-Thru and ended up having to go inside the store because I was given 3 orders fries that weren't even close to being considered warm. Upon entering the store, the manager uttered out " Oh Lord!" I go on to ask if the had made any fresh fries and right away a young lady asked the manager if she could serve me the fries that had been previously dropped? (Really? You had to ask?) While standing there I discovered that my Chicken Parmesan sandwich was small, so I opened it and there saw just a squirt of marinara applied to the bottom bun and 1 piece of cheese on the top bun. I asked if this was the way it was supposed to be prepared and the young lady said that she didn't know because she didn't make it. (?!?!) She then offered me a marinara sauce package!!! I said no, make me another sandwich please. The young lady then proceeds to get a little testy and starts complaining about having a lot of waste-basically she didn't feel I needed a new sandwich over the lack of freshness of the food. This is the most convenient place to get a quick cup of coffee on the way to work. But how is it EVERY time I go, I'm the only one in line, seems to be no one inside eating, yet the coffee pot is empty and brewing, so they fill my cup with the sludge as it's brewing. Why do you only have ONE carafe?! Shouldn't the coffee be brewing while you're using another full carafe? BK used to have the best coffee around ..... but not this location! read more
