I'm very surprised to see the bad reviews here. My experience doesn't invalidate theirs but it seemed so out of place with my visit that I double checked that I was reviewing the right spot. BK makes a much better burger than McDonalds but the BK nearest my house in Lansdale is so bad I refuse to go in there again. I went into this spot and it was clean, airy, the staff was friendly and approachable. The service was quick and I was in and out and lamented that it wasn't a lot closer to my house. Seriously, it's Burger King not Tour d'Argent. You're getting a variation of a burger and fries (I got onion rings) but for a quick, good meal in a nice setting. Do not go there on wednesdays before 1:00 for whopper wednesdays. I waited 20 minutes just see that they got my order wrong. And when i told them i ordered a medium and ill pay whatever they got wrong, even though i caught the mistake on the screen and told the lady that it was a medium, her co worker told me she doesnt believe me and charged me double and even my fries were soggy. The service here at this Burger King was incomparable to any other that I have been to. They have outstanding customer service that also matches the taste of their burgers. The manager Udi made my experience very wholesome, catering to my needs, ensuring everything was in order, and from my our brief interactions he is a very emotional intelligent young man. He even gave my son a BK crown without even asking for it which was so nice. Keep up the great work! read more

He went above and beyond to personally make sure I got everything I wanted and even made it himself personally. you have an outstanding manager who goes above and beyond for your company. Spent almost 30 mins ordering at the drive thru. Initially, i went to drive thru, asked cashier to wait couple mins until i make selections. She kept asking me to repeat like she was not pleasant about waiting. Then When i told her i was ready to order, she said "one moment" and then disappeared. While waiting for her, i placed a mobile order, and told her about upsizing drink/fries code. It was not added to the order for some reason but The app also says simply mention to the cashier which i did. She originally told me to tell her later but then changed her word saying i can't add it since i already placed mobile order. I was confused about the instruction on the use of code. And she told me that i have to pull my car over to the parking lot and wait 5mins for the mobile order. I waited little and then went back. She told me to pull my car and then gone. Some guy came to the window and told me "she will be right back" she came back few mins later and handed me the bag without saying anything. Not even giving me or asking me about sauce or anything, i also had to ask about drink then she gave it to me. I felt like she was getting back at me or something because i asked to wait for few mins and also was not pleasant. Large size of onion ring was same size as small fries. Container seems little bigger but content was fit in the small box. Overall, not worth the price i paid for. Online Customer service apologized and refunded $1 for onion rings. Usually the morning workers are extremely nice but today I was so embarrassed and mortified by the worker. My boyfriend and I come here once, maybe twice a month for breakfast and get the mix and match ham and cheese croissants. We get 4 for $10 and then save 2 for breakfast the next day. The lady this morning when reading my order said "four ham and cheese croissants WOAH!" Who does that? I get it, but keep the comments to yourself. read more

Lower your expectations more than usual. I've never been to a fast food place I didn't want to go back to more than this Burger King. The guy working drive thru literally yelled, "why can't we just close". I know the feeling but I at least wanted good food and they sure didn't deliver on that. Also, it took a long time. I get it. They say they open at 6 AM, however, when I got there at 7 AM nobody was present. The lights were on all the doors were locked, and nobody was at the drive-through. I would not recommend this place at all going to the fact of the people there are just lazy and in attentive. This place should go out of business. read more

Food was 'ok' but my concern was the restrooms. Absolutely disgusting. Filthy dirty, towels all over the floor, no bathroom tissue in the stall despite having room for two rolls and to top it all, a pair of sh*t filled mens boxershorts behind the toilet. I assume the customer had to use his own clothes to wipe! My Mom and I were in the area and were looking for a quick snack. We decided to stop at this Burger King. The employee who was taking our order didn't seem to be paying attention, we had to repeat what we wanted at least three times (and it still wasn't correct when we got to the window). We provided her with money and then she still was putting her hand out of the window as if to take more money from us (she already had enough to cover the bill with the money we already gave her). We also asked for barbecue sauce and did not receive any. In addition, we received no marinara sauce for our mozzarella sticks. Aren't they supposed to come with it? Or are you supposed to ask for that on the side? We don't come to Burger King often so we aren't aware - but this is not my favorite location by any means. read more

I've been coming to this location for years and I've got to say we were completely disappointed this time around. I used to say this was a really good location but this experience has changed my mind. The customer service was okay but the food was absolutely terrible. First they forgot an entire meal (no biggie we just had to go back through the drive through and get it and they threw in some cookies for the trouble) but oh my god. The food was cold. The cookies had a terrible aftertaste and the chicken nuggets and onion rings were mostly bread. The only good thing about the meal was the drinks. Don't know what happened but it'll be a while before I go back to this one. read more

This Burger King is located right near the corner of the intersection of Dekalb Pike and Route 309 in Montgomeryville Pa. I have stopped in here quite a few times over the years for lunch, dinner or just because I was in the mood for chicken fries. It's a average BK as far as restuarant size/layout and food goes, and the service isn't too bad either, I never had any problems. It's not my favorite BK location and I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but it is still decent enough and I'll stop by if its convenient and I'm in the area. read more

We do eat at Burger King quite often in Bucks County. We were up in Montgomeryville area and stopped at the BK on #309. From the minute we walked in the door I could hear a woman shouting at the workers. It continued through our whole visit. She had one of those head phones on and I would guess she was a manager. The worst Manager I have ever seen. Not only was it embarrassing to the workers but also to the customers. She was loud and abusive to her staff. She has no idea how to manager anyone. I will not go back to that BK again. I would not want to sit through that again. With so many good people out there how do you give management positions to someone who has no idea how to build people or work with them. Very bad choice on your part. She needs to learn respect for other people. We were there on Thursday around 1:00pm, Nov. 3rd. (I would not want anyone else blamed for such bad behavior!) read more
