This BK has the trashiest employees. They never seem to get your order correct, that coupled with the horrendous attitudes. I've been here a few times in the past only because I was hungry and they're the closest BK nearby. Judging by all of the reviews they can't seem to get anyone's order right. Their attitudes suggest this is not because of any mental impairments, but more so because they don't care or their insecurity gives them the illusion that this is how they exert power. It's no wonder AI and machines will be filling these rolls in the not too distant future. All in all I'd avoid this BK unless you enjoy incorrect orders, nasty attitudes, and subpar food. read more

Looks like the King out did himself here in Okahumpka and it all started when he used a whopper as the cornerstone of this majestic location. This is one beautiful Burger King tucked deep in the piney woods of central Florida and it doesn't stop there - this location will actually do it your way, a business associate and I stopped here for lunch recently and he requested a chicken sandwich fresh from the fryer and without hesitation she made it happen. Not that I frequent BK that often but this place is not what remember I the Burger Kings of the past being, looks like the King slipped one by Mickey D who sits across the highway from here - there wasn't an empty seat in the house during lunch service and we had to wait for a table to leave before getting a seat and people were still pouring through the door, looks like they'll need to start taking reservations at this pace. I told them that I was allergic to bacon, and they added extra bacon on my burger and now I'm in the hospital. Also i found dead ants on my burger also. The fries were hard and cold and it tasted like cardboard. Never order from here again. read more

This morning on the way to work we stopped in the drive through at 7:30am...waited for someone to answer the drive through window... 5 min went by... nothing... finally after sitting there patiently for 7 min.. other cars were pulling in so my husband said pull to the window. A woman motioned to us.. "we're NOT open".. at 7:30???? Apparently someone didn't show up to open up: my complaint is... at least answer the window and politely say sorry we're not open... give me 10...20 whatever minutes... but say something for Pete's sake. read more

Dining room open with some tables closed off for social distancing, too bad every open table was filthy dirty with trays, wrappers, cups, condiments, and crumbs on ALL OF THEM. Food on the floors. Coke dispenser covered in greasy grimy finger prints. If they can't even clean this, I doubt they are concerned about disinfecting surfaces from germs and Covid. Ordered 2 meals, both with no salt French fries. Had to wait while they cooked 2 batches because they dumped salt on the first batch. Both sandwiches were made incorrectly (although 1 was made a double even though I ordered single... so I guess I'm only partly complaining about that). Waited at least a few minutes at the counter for someone to pass by so I could have the sandwiches remade. One was missing cheese and they literally took the open and exposed sandwich (also getting cold) back behind the counter that I had opened with my bare hands and no mask, handled it by adding a slice and then continued making drive thru orders. Okay, the place looks new- and I wanted one of my favorite burgers- A Whopper with cheese. We'll, they had a special going on. 2 types of burger/ sandwiches go $6 So went for it. I had to ask what was in an "Impossible Whopper".He said: " The Same except the meat is imitation". Okahumpka FL Burger King has gone way down. Seeing as two (2) other Burger Kings nearby have gone out of business this one may be going soon. Short staffed. Under trained. Long waits. No consideration. Don't waste your time if you have something else to do besides wait in a long line both in the drive thru and in the line inside the restaurant. I have never had a problem with the food only the very bad service which can spoil my appetite. read more

Speedy service was amazing, car in front of me waited a while but they got me in and out and the driver thru cashier had great personality but.......burger meat was completely burnt. Could not take a bite without that horrible after taste over way over cooked meat and I had just left the hospital and was craving something greasy, not too satisfied with paying $10 for a completely overcooked meal. read more

Doesn't matter how short the line is. Expect to wait 25 minutes plus every time. Food is usually fine but unfortunately not worth the wait

Crap store, been here 3 times all three times the tables are dirty and they not only got my order wrong but they also got my buddy's wrong too... every time they failed to give out what's been ordered. I will not be returning to this Burger King. I've been in the service industry for over 10 years however I serve people and not fast food. Regardless I ordered a large iced coffee. When I got to the last window I was given a medium coffee. I try to grab the attention whomever was at the window at the time before she walked away so she could fix the mistake. she proceeded to tell me do not give her an attitude when there was none I just wanted to grab her attention and let her know there was a mistake. She had told me that's what I ordered. How do you know what I ordered if it was wrong?. I understand giving people the benefit of the doubt if you're having a bad day however I treat people with respect. Service was horrible and clearly no one knows how to take orders. I've been through the drive-thru a few times. Speedy service, pleasant employees, and orders have been accurate.

This is my second time at this particular Burger King, and as far as I am concerned I will not return nor would I recommend it. Both times the service was terrible and the ladies taking the orders were rude and the food was cold! Just do better! read more
