They said yes, and sold me one of these very expensive happy meals. We get several miles down the road, open it up, and no toy! The employee either stole the toy out of this, or lied about still having them in stock. This might seem like a petty complaint, but these Kerwin Frost toys are considered collector items and can be quite valuable. I never would have bought an over priced happy meal had I known they were going to just rip me off and not provide one. To add salt to the wound, I left multiple voicemails about the situation at this location for the manager on duty, and no one ever bothered to return my calls.
