This was by far, the absolute worst fast food experience I have ever had. Now, I am not one for fast food in general, but hubby was wanting to try the Impossible Burger, and I was sort of interested. So we go to this location and things went from bad to worse. The woman that took our order was surly to say the least, not a bit of a smile on her face. We get the Impossible Burger Whopper. Cold and doughy bun, not even toasted. meager less than 1/4" veggie patty, limp and warm piece of iceberg lettuce, and barely a sliver of tomato. This was awful. The lady asked me for $6.24 .. didn't think anything of it. I handed her a $20 and a quarter. She returned to me $13.69 and when I asked her why, she said. Oh we are out of small cups so we charged you for a medium. How is that my problem? Submitted a mobile order for this promotion, but the free item didn't show up on the order. Manager Maria refused to honor the promotion (false advertising), claiming that it wasn't valid on mobile orders. App clearly says redeem in restaurant or mobile order. I then asked for a refund and she refused multiple times. Went there multiple times and every time they have messed up my order. First time I tasted my drink and it was incorrect and when I came back to get the correct drink the employee told me not to drink the drink next time. How was I supposed to know if my drink was correct without trying it? This most recent time I went and they forgot half of my order and had to drive back to get it. I have been to this location twice within the last two weeks. Both times I was waited on by a girl named Daisy. Customer service skills are the worst I've seen in any retail establishment by any employee. Myself I've managed up to 75 locations and over 500 employees at one time this girl needs to go and be retrained and then watched to make sure she doesn't fall into her old unexcused a bowl no concern for the customer traits. There is no hello how are you thank you how was your day going nothing she just wants to take your order and then bring it to you. No recognition no appreciation no gratitude and no thankfulness to the customer. And example was there was a gentleman that ordered after me he was trying to find out if he could eat in the restaurant some of the tables had signs stating that you could eat there yet they had a sign hanging up right in front of the registers that stated that you could not eat in the restaurant. He of course was mixed up and was asking her to define the situation and she never did come up with an explanation him and I were both shocked. She was the first person that you see when you come into that restaurant she represents the franchise as well as the company. And you have a person they can't even define a simple situation related to the Covid whether a person could eat there or not? Plus the whole time when you do ask her questions she acts like she is bothered like she has something else more important to do. I would retrain her if she did not comply she would get written up and fired. Also today I ordered a couple hamburgers they were not even warm they did not even melt the cheese I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and they were terrible the worst burger that I've had at Burger King. Just to let you know I do like Burger King I've even done a few surveys and complemented the establishments that I were at. Because the presentation of the hamburger the quality of the hamburger as well as the temperature of a hamburger was phenomenal that Burger King was in Martinez it was excellent this one is the worst I've ever been to I give them an F.. failing customer service for failing food and for failing management training of these employees! After a long day on the road with the boyfriend, I decide that I need a bathroom break. We see a Burger King, and decide to stop there. I don't like to use the bathroom without buying something, so I ask the boyfriend if he wants anything to eat. He tells me to get him a soft-serve ice cream. The first thing I see as I walk through the door is a surly teenager in her Burger King uniform standing right in front of the door, playing on her smartphone. She doesn't even look up as I walk past her. I assume she is on her break. I decide to use the bathroom first. The first thing I notice is that the one stall is occupied. I hear a lot of mysterious "snorts" as I wait. Finally after waiting 7 minutes for the stall to open up, a very sketchy looking woman comes out, talking to herself. There must we a crack-house nearby. After I finish using the bathroom, I go to the front counter to order our soft-serves. I see two people working behind the counter. One looks like he is 14, and the other like he is 16. The 14 year old looks like he is having a heart attack. Beads of sweat are visible on his forehead as he rushes around, trying to serve the swarm of cars waiting in the drive-thru. There is only one man ahead of me, but both boys are working, serving the people in the drive-thru, but not us. The man and I exchange a sympathetic look to each other. After waiting 15 minutes, the man gets his food, but they forget to give him ketchup. That takes another 5 minutes. Then finally it is my turn. I order two soft-serves. I think it will only take a second, as the machine is right there....but the boys go back to helping the people in the drive-thru. After about 15 minutes, the nervous 14 year old looks at me, and you can see the panic: In the frenzy he forgot about me. He then proceeds to put a tiny blob of ice cream into two cones, and hands it to me. I ask why the restaurant is so under-staffed, and he answers "Uh.....I dunno" As I get back in the car I realize that my boyfriend has been waiting for me for almost an hour. He looks angry, as I pass him the tiny ice cream cone. "That's it?!?!?!" he asks as he stares at the morsel of ice cream that will only take him one bite to finish. "They are REALLY understaffed". I reply. So, unless you like wasting time, hanging out with crackheads, and getting ripped off (the soft-serve was WAY too small), I would recommend skipping this Burger King.
