There exists a place... not built by man, but forged in the Heavens above... where the buns are soft, the patties are sacred, and the sauce flows like a sweet, tangy river from the clouds. IN-N-OUT BURGER. Let me be clear: this is not food. This is RELIGION. This is THERAPY. This is a warm hug from your childhood that tastes like perfectly griddled beef and hope. I don't even have to look at the menu. You could blindfold me, spin me around three times, slap me across the face and say "ORDER." And I'd still say: Triple-Single, Grilled Onions, Ketchup/Mustard instead of Spread, Chopped Chilies, no salt. Fries, no salt. Large Mr. Pepperman, Light Ice. For the soul. The meat? Grilled to absolute glory. The bun? Fluffy like the soft belly of a golden retriever. The lettuce? Crisp enough to slap your ego off. The sauce? Created by burger angels, using ingredients from Eden. And the price?! Bro... I'd pay double for this and still walk out like I just robbed the Vatican.

Can't beat In-N-Out for a quick burger and fries fix. Food is consistently good and always hits the spot. Lots of parking. While it's always busy, pretty much any time of day, they manage the crowds well and wait times are reasonable.

Gotta love In-N-Out! This location is in Novato in the large shopping area with Marshall's and other shops. Staff friendly and seating not too bad.

*This review is strictly for the drive thru experience. The employee took my order from his handheld device. I asked for a cheeseburger with grilled onions. I attempted to order my patty cooked to medium rare but I guess they are no longer able to make that accommodation. At least the employee had a good explanation. I also ordered animal style fries and a root beer float (half root beer and half vanilla milkshake). I was provided my total amount and told to pull forward to the next window. I paid for my order and didn't have to wait very long for my meal to be ready. The burger was prepared as I requested. I usually ask for the grilled onions because the raw ones can have a bite to them. The animal style fries hit the spot. I made sure to mix them so all of the fries had some topping available. The float was just okay. I think I'll stick to either a full milkshake or full fountain soda. I thought the float needed to be thicker so maybe more milkshake than soda ratio?? Otherwise I'd say this restaurant is just as good as any.

    Double double cheeseburger, cheese fries.

I always get a double double lettuce cheese & spread only, cheese fries and a Neapolitan shake. The employees are always so kind regardless of if you go through drive thru or inside at this location and they know how to handle busy times. The vibe is so nice because it feels so welcoming and friendly. I even have a white in-n-out Burger shirt! In-n-out has the best burger in the world and great sauce!! I Highly recommend!

So sad our fries were immediately cold and cheese was congealed.

They're are a few items I can't have on my cheeseburger. Other places forget to omit them or they pick them off. Trust me, both my tongue and tummy can tell when they've been picked off. This crew almost always takes my ingredient request (or anti ingredient) without an eye roll and almost always gets it right. Plus they never state daggers at me while getting water. Top notch customer service, you can tell so because there's almost always a long line. Only once did we get chili cheese fries and order was cold before we reached the corner.

This is the best in and out in the north bay. Open late, easy off the 101 and never never packed like all the rest late night

The food at in n out rarely disappoints. Todays burger with whole raw onion plus pickles really hit the spot. The fries were okay but could have been cooked a little while longer. From ordering to food delivery, it took 13 minutes. Wait times are just "part of it" at in n out. I wish it wasn't... but it is and if you've ever been to one, you know it too. Something that always frustrates me is the seemingly random order the food is delivered. People who ordered after us received their food ahead of ours and their orders were larger than ours, had the same types of items (burgers and fries) and some even included milkshakes. I watched my burgers sit there, waiting for french fries, as it was skipped over again and again until I went to the counter, showed them my receipt and pointed to the two burgers sitting there with my name on it. The crew working are always friendly and accommodating and the guy I was speaking with gestured to the kitchen to make sure to place an order of fries in our order. Overall, I'm still good to be coming back to in n out because you can't find the quality to value ratio anywhere else. If only the food moved faster...

Every time I've been to this particular, In-N-Out it seems like there's new employees. Lol perhaps they're all college or high school students? They always seem nice and efficient, I just wonder about rollovers and how happy the lawyers are. I was able to get my order rather fast, and luckily, there was no line! My puppies love, the burger patties and you can order them without any salt and seasoning! Nice little treat after a long 3 mile walk with these 10-year-old huskies! Hee I did the drive-through since there was somewhat of a line inside. Luckily, there was actually only three cars ahead of me in the drive-through so I was able to get in and out in about 15 minutes.

This place is a bit nasty, if the eating area is this bad I'm a little nervous about what the kitchen is like.

Before shopping at Costco, I decided to stop by In-N-Out to get lunch. It's also located within the Vintage Oaks Shopping Center. Arrived around 11:30am and was surprised that it was not crowded nor was there a line of cars in the drive-thru lane, which I normally see at the In-N-Out in my City. With one person in front of me, I ordered and easily found my choice of seat and waited for my number to be called. Menu is still the simplest around with your choice of Double-Double, Cheeseburger, Hamburger, Fries and beverages. Oh, In-N-Out regulars know about the Secret Menu, which offers preparation variations of the menu items. My Double-Double with grilled onions was simple yet delicious as usual. Freshly cut fries had a light crisp and were not greasy at all. Keep forgetting to order them well-done for the extra crisp. Restaurant was clean and tables were maintained. Cashier was very friendly. A nice In-N-Out to dine at if you're in the area.

    Midnight snack.

The side of Mac & Cheese was ok, I wish they had some hot sauce I could have added to it. The Loaded Fries were really good, the combo of the pickles, sauce, chicken, fries and coleslaw hit perfectly ! my only complain was for $15 I wish I would of gotten more for my money. Not that I dislike Dave's Hot Chicken but overall I preferred the chicken here over Dave's, would recommend this to anyone who likes Spicy Chicken.
