I stopped in Burger King this evening , o didn't to cook so decided to have a Impossible Burger , to my dismay it was impossible to get served . The young Lady who took my order was very rude & obnoxious for no apparent reason. Fast food is suppose to be fast, i waited 20 minutes , & never received my order. Finally I gave up after being ignored I asked for a refund. The manager stepped up after hearing me tell the cashier I wanted a refund the Manager came up her name is Niyanna. This was pretty good. I ended up going here because the mcdonalds across the street was closed. I've never really had burger king breakfast so wasn't sure what to expect. I got there pretty early in the morning and the staff was already friendlier than mcdonalds. I ordered on the mobile app but did end up waiting a couple minutes because the biscuits weren't ready yet. It was a pretty good deal. I will say the breakfast wraps were gross and definitely have nacho cheese which I wasn't expecting though I should have since they were so cheap. The hash Browns came out still sizzling and were so crunchy and fresh. The biscuits were fresh though I did end up with sausage instead of bacon like I ordered.. I didn't realize until I had pulled away. Regardless, it was still tasty. I'd say all fast food is pretty bad quality these days so I knew what to expect and this one was pretty good for fast food. You just have to pay for the "fancier" fast food and can't order off the dollar menu anymore at any of these places. Staff was pleasant and apologetic for the wait. I'd go back here, especially over the mcdonalds across the street but even if my order is wrong, a pleasant attitude goes a long way in making up for that mistake. read more

I've been to this location twice while staying nearby. I will not return a third time. I'm not sure if there's a technology issue which causes issues with orders. My order is simple and I simply ask for no mayo. Both time mayo covers everything.. Edit: seems like this has been an issue for years. Sounds like a franchisee issue. This place will just eventually close down due to the bad owner/franchisee. People won't return to this location after their experience. read more

Absolutely horrible ordered through the drive through and the wait was long which is fine it's Monday night at 8pm ordered my impossible whopper well done since the last time it was not cooked all the way through. I get home and eat halfway through only to find it pink in the center... again. Submitted Feedback via the app and got a call from the store manager the next day telling me that the burger is supposed to be pink on the inside due to the beets and since its justase of vegetables... tried telling him that the burgers do in fact get brown on the Inside when cooking as I've been cooking with them since they came out. He states that they cook on a timer and can't go over the limit then set in a warmer... so if I get a pink one it's fresh worst customer service and explaination ever. I live around the corner so I frequent this Burger King a lot and honestly we've been coming here forever. I can't name a time I've had an issue here? Especially the past year or two, the girls at the drive thru are always so nice, my foods ALWAYS right and almost always fresh and hot. I'm shocked to see so many bad reviews . Two deaf gentlemen came in to order and were treated terribly because the staff couldn't understand them. They are the WORST constantly. Always get the food wrong. Attitudes suck act like they have something better to do than their jobs. Don't leave without checking everything u ordered. Okay, it's Burger King. The food is the same as the bunch. This review is based on my experience. We went through the drive thru. We kept having to ask the order taker to repeat what she was saying. And, she kept asking us what we were saying. When I pulled up to the window, she seemed checked out and low energy. Her attitude radiated "I don't want to be here." I kind felt dismissed and rushed off the way she handed me the food. I made the mistake of not checking her handy work, especially after seeing how into her job she was. Well, when we got home my wife did not have her Large Popcorn Chicken, but they sure as hell charged us for it. If it was closer, I would have driven back. Feel kind of silly given a fast food place, especially BK this high of a rating. I mean, it's BK. However this might be the best Burger King I have ever eaten in. Restaurant was somewhat recently remodeled, so it looks nice inside. Food is average, staff is friendly. Sometimes they take a bit too long to make food, but always apologize. One time I went there, and put my food down to get a soda. In the 15 seconds it took me to get soda, some nitwit had opened my bag and started chowing down on my fries.
