This McDonald's is not ready for prime time. Either their registers are not set up properly or the workers have no idea how to operate them. I am a big user of the McDonald's APP! By using the APP you can earn free McCafe drinks, every six McCafe purchase you get one free, coffee or shake. This is if you use the APP at the time of purchase. There is a code to enter if they cannot scan the APP but I was told their registers are not set up for that. REALLY? Two days a week I go to this McDonald's and there is always a problem with the register or they don't have the 'free' item offered by the APP such as the Peach Smoothie. I have contacted the corporate office who appeared willing to help with a resolution. I was wrong! Two weeks after my initial contact the corporate office followed up to ask if anyone contacted me. They had not, they offered another apology and stated they will contact the owner again. Two months later no one has called and the registers at times still do not work and for the third time they did not have Peach Smoothies. They don't care! Luckily on the way to work there is another McDonald's! The only upside are the two female workers on the drive thru in the morning on Monday and Tuesday. This McDonald's is convenient to go to, and it is very clean. The service is hit or miss. Mornings seem to be the best time to come here. If I swing by in the evening I always notice the drive thru has lots of staff, but the order still gets messed up. Tonight I saw my small cup of coffee pass two sets of hands and it was ice cold when they gave it to me. That meant that someone poured it cold and then put cream and sugar in it. Only one example. The food taste is McDonalds and McDonald's always tastes like McDonalds - nothing to review about that. read more

I came in to get a #6, a female in the back came to register with an attitude with a male customer in front of me. She took my order with the same unpleasant attitude. When I finally got my food, the tea was 3/4 filled, the fish filet was thrown in the box. I asked for the supervisor, who was in the restroom on the phone. When she finally came out, she too had an attitude because I wanted my food to look appetizing and not thrown in the box. She asked where was the sandwich, I told her the young lady took it. The manager (who was cooking fries, making sandwiches without a hairnet, and frilly hair flying all around) served me another cold sandwich. After waiting in a fast food place for 17 minutes and food is still cold. McDonald's need to be ashamed of themselves and this owner needs to get into his/her into their business, train their people with customer service, and serve safe food. This location just opened a few days ago and so far it has left a great impression. Two drive up lanes. Plenty of parking off busy Baltimore Ave. They share a lot with Goodwill. The inside In modern with cool decor. There are booths and high tables. There are two cashiers which only take orders. Other employees give us the food. The digital menu boards are cool but switch too fast for me :) The food is McDonalds which is the same at all McDonalds. We will be back. read more

McDonald's is not my jam but when I'm on the road for work I know I can get a quick salad and hopefully a clean, functioning bathroom. This location delivered on the salad. It's a newer site so the interior is updated and the place feels clean and bright. The service was quick and the cashier polite. The wait was several minutes but the chicken on my salad was piping hot. I'll take the wait if the food is fresh. There was a guy cleaning tables and a staff member walked through the dining area to make sure everyone had what they ordered and get anything, such as napkins, that was needed. This place is a huge improvement over typical McDonald's. The flushing mechanisms on the toilets need to be addressed because there is no reason to have toilets that do not flush properly. Clean, fully operational bathrooms are a must for restaurants. read more

I once ordered a Big Mac from here and they gave it to me with the top bun on top, then 2 patties under that and then the middle bun and then the lettuce and sauce and cheese under that and then the bottom bun. I will never understand why McDonald's is still operating at all. This particular McDonald's is close to home so I stop in there at times for a quick meal , well it's been more than three occasions and I've decided I'll never frequent this place again. Maybe they speak French or another foreign language because the never and I mean never get your order right. How does a fish sandwich with no tarter sauce even remotely sound like a Big Mac, or a frappe sound like soda . And they charge you an extra .27 cents for a sauce for chicken tenders. Oh yeah if you want your food hot you have to request they drop it when your ordering to get it hot . One more thing that fresh burger is an absolute joke I ordered one it was cold and so was the cheese. I do cook so I know that hot burger will melt the cheese. I ordered from here last night on Uber Eats. They messed up my order so bad I had to leave a review. I ordered the Artisan Grilled Chicken...They sent me the bacon smokehouse fried chicken. Which was room temperature. Then the fillet o'fish sandwich we got was room temperature and only had a half slice of cheese on it. Then two orders of fries were cold. I know any level of professionalism is not supposed to be expected at a place like McDonald's but they were just too rude this time. The young lady who took my order at the drive-through on 11/30/20 in the evening (I forgot what her name tag said but I know her name starts with a C )was very rude and unprofessional.
