This is my first time having terrible food from this location. The chicken was overcooked. Very dry and disappointing. I don't know what happened a couple of Sundays ago but I was extremely disappointed. The prices are too high to serve such a low quality meal. I would give 0 stars if I could, The staff at this location are very rude . I guy with an African accent insisted that I didn't order something that I clearly did. First of all why are you going back and forth with a customer? They also were about to give me the wrong drink before I told them this isn't what I ordered! I visited this Popeyes location today. I ordered 3 Spicy Breasts, 11 Mixed Pieces Mild, 1 Large Cole Slaw, 1 Large French Fries, 1 Small French Fries and 6 Biscuits. The order came close to $36. When I received my food, I discovered that there was NO cole slaw (not even charged for it) and I was missing TWO Spicy Breasts. How are you out here getting people's orders wrong? Never shop when you're hungry. I decided to get some wings, that's all I wanted was wings. So, I ordered 12 wings, rice and beans, and an order of sweet and spicy wings. First the ordering was frustrating, I asked for wings he placed the order for ghost wings. No! just place, wings. didn't realized rice and beans came in 2 sizes. He gave me 2 large. When I received my order, I just walked out. It wasn't until I got home did, I notice he put down 2 meals, with biscuits and 2 large rice and beans. It was a language dialect that was causing some of the problem. But this wasn't my first time and it happen before. I could have purchased a pack of wings at fresh grocer for less of what I purchase at popeyes. Do better when people are spending money. Clean place but service horrible. I just sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and ordered a classic chicken sandwich a side and lemon aid. Needless to say the sandwich was more crust then it was chicken it was very little meet mostly crust. As long as they make you sit in line because there extremely slow they could at least get the food right. If they read this I'll give them a chance to make it right. read more

Good evening to my Yelp Family!! I do not believe that I have ever set foot in this Popeyes Location. This location used to be a Burger King and I patronized them many times here. I am not a huge fan of Popeyes, choosing instead to patronize Chick f-ilet, Micky D's or Dunkin' for fast food. I decided to visit this location because Mom and I were in the area, after visiting the hair salon, The Weave Bar, on Monday, February the 17th, 2020. I wanted to try the chicken sandwiches that I hear everyone raving about! I ordered three sandwiches: Mom, bro and myself, one apiece. As I was waiting for my order, lo and behold, a male customer is waiting for his order, as well as other customers. I started to talk to the one male customer. He seemed friendly. He explained to me that he decided to visit this location, because the one on City Line Avenue, was crowded, he said the line was out the door!!! So then, his friend, started berating the Popeyes staff, saying that they were too slow with their orders and complaining that they would never visit this location again. Albeit, the speech wasn't clean at all, I do not use profanity and this was all this male customer was spewing out. I was amazed because my order did not take long. I mean it wasn't real quick, but it was a reasonable wait time, considering the number of customers in line ahead of me who were all patiently awaiting their respective orders. The Popeyes associate called out my number, Number Order 25 and I thanked him and asked for napkins. He obliged and I said thank you and away I went. When I bit into my sandwich, it was delicious! IT was worth the wait and the hype!!! Only negative thing was the sandwich had mayo in it and I am not a fan of mayo. I always say to hold the mayo. So this was my first time ordering a chicken sandwich at Popeyes and I didn't realize that the mayo came with it, unless you specified differently. I will visit this location again, I will give them another try, yes Yelp Family!!! Mom and I ate and enjoyed our chicken sandwiches. We will be back! My most recent visit, I had to wait about 15 mins in line and then once I ordered and paid I had to wait an ADDITIONAL 20+ mins. Do not go to this location. Went to this Popeyes location for the firs time 12/1/19! Let's start off with the lot is very small and the drive thru was very slow 45 minute wait slow, then when i finally get up to the speaker to place my order the cashier was rude and to adthe whip cream the whole staff was rude that evening....so then i take my food and i go and i consume my some of my meal but the coleslaw was tasting funny so i stopped eating it... That was Sunday its Saturday and im just getting out the hospital cause i fell ill i had food poisoning and didn't know it until Wednesday... Went to the drive thru of store 12432 in Upper Darby tonight at 19:32:25. What a joke. Ordered a 11 pc, lg fry and 2 pies. They charged me for 12pc box, lg fry and 2 pies. There was no1 behind me so I added 6 biscuits. As I as explaining that it was incorrect and that I was overcharged a female came to the window and started to argue with me that, I ordered the 12pc. Are you kidding me, she literally kept talking crap and telling me that I was wrong. The manager kept trying to tell her to be quiet and she kept running her mouth. The level of disrespect is unbelievable. I asked the manager her name, I asked him to write it on the receipt and he wrote Tasha. At this point I have already wasted 15 mins of my time, he came back and said the price will all be the same. Ummmm no it's not but I had work and just didn't care at that point. I got to the traffic light and realized they did not give me the biscuits. Now I'm just besides myself. I drive back, waited again for this incompetent manager named Elijah to try and process that he was incorrect and how to complete simple math. He advised me that in order to do a refund I needed to come inside, I go inside he then says he needs me to go to the car to get the 1.24 change they gave me. I explained he can just deduct that. HE could not comprehend what I was trying to explain. While inside I see the same girl who came to the window and her name tag said Mateneky not Tasha like Elijah wrote down. He lied straight to a customers face in order to protect a disrespectful employee.
