Rude as hell! Just came out of the drive through and lady literally threw me the bag of food and shut the window before I could ask for ketchup and ranch. Then she handed me a huge handful of ranch and they fell on drive thru floor. She forgot ketchup and I said, "and ketchup" she very rudely went and got it and gave me a handful so big more went on floor! Most Burger Kings are just the next stop along the road. There's nothing truly special about them and there's nothing truly terrible about them. You know what you're going to get and that's what you're after. In this case I ordered a quick snack, some mozzarella sticks with zesty sauce. The mozzarella sticks were cold. They were soggy and they were falling apart. I was very disappointed, especially as we went through the drive-thru and I had to turn around. They were inedible. I will say this, however, when I went in and asked for them to be remade, they did not give me any trouble and simply did remake them quickly and efficiently. And for that I give their service two thumbs up. It's never fun having to return things but they made it easy enough. Well the first time around I was disappointed. Usually at every fast food place it's a lottery, you win with an amazing order or customer service, or a bad experience. Sometimes you hit the green and even get a special encounter. Well, where do I begin... Mr. Mounet isn't wrong about this location having poor customer service. However, his poor actions to reach a resolution weren't the right steps to fix the issue. From the incident, I'm happy to learn that none of the employees were hurt. This particular Burger King is notoriously known in the area to have terrible customer service. I been to this location 4 separate times and all have been a poor experiences. The two common denominators is you're either going to wait over 20 minutes for your food and or you're order is going to be wrong. From my observation, the staff is young and inexperience. Which is okay, but it's clear that a lot of them have no ambition or drive to be there. The last time I was there, I could tell there was some internal staff friction. Two workers were arguing about an order and the manager was non existent and didn't have a leadership/managerial presence to deescalate the situation, especially when these workers were arguing in front of customers. I highly recommend to avoid this place. Not worth your time and it's definitely a concerning location. read more

I really liked this place cause it's the go to spot when I'm hungry, it's close and it's nearby and it's good. It didn't feel like real chicken, it was flat like a cheap hamburger patty, the breading was not great, and where were my pickles?!? Nothing at all like the picture, and although somehow it seemed like there was sauce/salted butter on the bun (?) the flavor was really nothing special. After driving all day last week I decided a shake sounded good & since McDonalds machines never work I figured I'd try Burger King. Bad Idea!! I should have just tried the drive-thru but no, I decided to download the app and attach a card and order that way. Sounds about right-right? I lost 30 minutes of my life right there. Pulled up to the speaker (by the way all the outside lights were off, not sure if they were trying to hide or what) and told them I was picking up a mobile order and they said to come to the first window. Upon which they told me that the shake machine was down and had been for about a month. They said that I'd have to take it up with the app to get my money back. When I got home I contacted my bank and the app figuring that I'd be waiting awhile. But, I actually heard back from customer support right away & they put the money back in my bank account that night. This is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Customer Support was on the ball. Just got home after hitting this drive-thru with my 2 boys. The food quality is inexcusable. Fish sandwich was tough and dry. Had either been sitting out a long time before serving or terribly overcooked, but I'm guessing the former. Both the fry and onion rings containers were small for a "large" order. Way too slow. Every time I come here I spend my entire lunch break waiting in line and I still get someone else's food.

I ordered an Oreo shake,whoppers, cheese burgers and stale ass fries. Can I just say that it opened the gates of hell out of my asshole. I literally cannot trust a fart after eating this food. It hit me almost instantly! I didn't even finish eating my cheeseburger before the flooding started to roll in. Here I am laying in bed when my bf jumps out of bed. I ask, "Are you okay?" He say's a little pebble turned into explosive diarrhea. It smelt so bad he was covering his face with a towel I thought he was bent over passed out.
